The hotel is badly infected with bed bugs. On the next morning, I quickly informed the reception to change room but they told me hotel is full and not able to have other rooms for me. So they say they will sort out the mattress before I come back that night which I thought they had but apparently they did not as I got even more nasty bites the following day. My entire body and face are covered in red, swollen bed bugs bites. It was so painful and I tried to call the owner to inform him of what had happened to me. As I am someone running my own business in the service line for years, I never wrote any bad reviews because I believe everyone is trying to make a living (although I was already so depressed in my condition), I tried to speak calmly with the owner about what happened was really unacceptable as I have given them a chance to solve the bed bugs issue but it still is same the following day over the phone. To my horror, he begin shouting at me over the phone and slammed down the phone on me. He showed that he have zero compassion for his customers apparently. He could have just said sorry that this happen and would do something about it. A little apology wouldn’t make me felt even more sad about my situation. I looked at my arms and legs now and I want to cry.

Manager is a deceiving lying snake out to cheat the very people that invest their money into this country. What he is doing has a long term negative effect to the point where the whole country will judged badly. Then nobody would want to come to Vietnam. Greed has no rewards. Plus the false advertising wherd I never got the room I payed for because its just to trick you. Black mould. Water logged floors. Had nothing it said it had ie self-contained suit, bath tub, washing machine, kitchen ware etc. Giving the country a bad name.

Good hotel in District 7. It is outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. But very near to saigon exhibition and convention center. Quite area.

Please make sure the room type is consistent with the order when you check in. Booked in the booking network Deluxe King Suite, check in when you say a bunch of help you and so on and so on, the result is the lowest room. Dishonest merchant! There's no safe!

This is the second time I have stayed here in this hotel. The room service was good. Elegant decoration, nice furnitures and the breakfast was good. I'm a neat person so clean toilet and bathroom were my concern. The bed was kinda big and comfortable. The hotel is located on the convenient area near big shopping malls, convenient shops, restaurants, and spas. I really enjoyed my time here. The hotel would be my first choice for the next comeback.

The. Whole. Administration. And. Hire. A. Real. Human. Being. In. Place. Of. This. Barbarian. Staff. At. Present.

Diem nguyen is not staying at the hotel, she booked a room for 5 Chinese people for 5 nights. When she checked out, she told the receptionist to pay the passport to the guests and she would pay. But when those guests had left, she told the receptionist that she would return for payment. But she did not come back. Until the hotel contacted the police. Her husband came and paid. This is a scam. I think this hotel is a great choice. Business competition is inevitable.

The room was lovely. 4 Star at least. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly.
