We booked the room for three. At their price, they do not have hair dryer, no iron in the room. We were going to a conference and we had no iron to iron our clothes. When checking with the front desk, they simply answer that: after 10pm the room service “went home” already so there is no iron. I do not expect this inconvenience at this price and this affects my work.

Clean, very large "Superior" rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing. Swimming pool is clean but not too inviting located in the very center of hotel. However the whole atmosphere is a bit industrial and very much "large scale hotel". View from our room was into the back yard efficient was not that pleasing either.

Friendly staffs and good service. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent in all aspects. Just one suggestion: there should be a notice asking people who leave during the night or in early hours of the morning to keep the noises to a minimal, especially when using the stairs. (Co Lam).

The rooms are very nice and very clean, and also a decent size. The breakfast is great and service is friendly. The location is ok, need a taxi to get to most attractions.

The first thing that I love this hotel is the front desk manager. She is so lovely and we were so much welcomed. Even she gave us a free extra bed She is also beautiful haha We were supposed to stay there two nights but we extended our stay one more night! Very reasonable price with amazing room conditions and great service. They offer free Sauna, gym and swimming pool! 300%recommend.

Good service and clean room. Onsen is clean too but some guests wears swimwear and their children swim in the Onsen with their float… couldn't relax.

Clean and comfort for a night over. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was small but clean.

Incredible value. A suite for half the price of much smaller rooms in the big hotels in Danang. Swimming pool wasn't crowded, breakfasts were very good slightly crowded in the weekend. However, service from the staff in the lobby was exceptional.

I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for my family and friends. Rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. Several rooms on 2nd floors and at the last row of the East side of the hotel are darker than the others because lack of sunshine. Free saunas, Wi-Fi, swimming services.

If I could put less than one star, I would do it! The staff is really disrespectful because when we told the woman in reception that we found cockroaches in the bathroom she rang somebody and started to smile and make fun. They give us another room, where we could find more cockroaches just opening the door… When we told them we wanted to leave the hotel because it is really dirty and disgusting, they didn't want to give our money back, even if we had just been there for one hour, and didn't use anything on the room. New redecorated Hotel at Bach Dang street overseeing the beautiful Han river. The Hotel is perfect for travelers looking to stay in the center of Danang City. The Restaurant on the 8th floor is quite amazing! Need to check it out, pasta's, salads, soups all good!
