Simply fantastic — great rooms, in an unbeatable location, with an excellent breakfast included, but what really makes this place special is the staff. They give “Nothing is too much trouble” a whole new meaning — from Ibrahim on the front desk, to Adilbek who runs the show, to his adorable 11yr-old son after whom the hotel is named, Shokhjakhon — everyone is just immensely kind and welcoming.
