Excellent space, Comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Time. Recommended!

The hotel is old, has a part that is original and another new. The new rooms are actually well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast is ok too.

It's in a prime location. 3 blocks from the old Town and 2 from the Commercial Avenue. Everywhere we were attended with great kindness. Excellent. And the hotel has a nice structure, even the pool comes well to relax after a long hike. Excellent attitude of the people.

The room was the one I stayed was a bit small and was a bit sloppy.

The service is friendly. But the hotel is very expensive so it provides… the heated pool does not work anything and the breakfast very limited. Please note that the outdoor pool is nice and does not have a garage.

It is very central and is close to the colonial part. There is small for the amount of people in the pool part and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable. It's a quiet place and the people helpful.

A nice establishment, the staff service is very good, the breakfast services is very poor, the pool should be cleaner. It shows that the hotel is renovating, has sectors that could be better. The gym has equipment in poor condition. Very hard mattresses, and very thin pillows. In general the hotel acceptable, has many points to improve.

Except the maid who was very friendly, in general the staff little communicative. Poor breakfast. I asked for an adapter for a token and the answer was, the owner bought 400 and they took them, we have no more. And? With what they charge, I don't think they'll become poor for that expense. I don't go back to that hotel, they lack attitude. In Cologne there are other wonderful people who cater very well to tourists. We'll be there.

If you are visiting Colonia del Sacramento this would be the best place to stay! This hotel is great to stay at with all the possible amenities specially their indoor pool. It is walkable distance from all the places you would want to see in Colonia. The hotel is clean with complimentary breakfast and the staff is very kind.

I stayed there for two nights, booked a 'luxury room' in the new part of the hotel. It was quite nice and the bed was spacious and comfortable. There was a strange humid scent in the air but once you turn on the AC it goes away. You can hear the neighbors loud enough to wake you up. The pool is magnificent and breakfast is well up to par, the installations were much better than what I expected from a 3 star hotel. The staff were friendly though had a bit of an attitude. I would return if the price was better and would definitely take some earplugs with me.

I was this weekend (7/5/2016), I loved it!, the friendliness of the staff is to feature, enjoy the heated pool, the breakfast is abundant (with great variety of snacks to choose from), everything very clean, impeccable staff, facilities I loved (outdoor pool, fountains, common spaces, ) well located, I felt great!

The hotel seemed correct to me. Pools ok. Breakfast ok.
I did not find much hospitality. They charge you the hot water
for the water heater. The room has a minibar with 2 bottles
girls of mineral water. When you leave, if you consumed them, they charge them
and at a price it nonsensical. It seems to me that all this does not contribute
to the image of a hotel which is is true for its price
and certain category. A pity, because clouds other things of the hotel that are good. If very late checkout, the price per stay 7 hours is equal to half of the cost of the room!

I paid US$155 for a double room for one night with a late checkout. The hotel looks modern from the outside but we were lead to a small very dated room at the back. The TV was placed near the ceiling and the remote did not work; there were two lights at the head of the bed neither of which worked. There were provision for 5 light bulbs above the mirror, three bulbs were missing and the other two didnt work. Overall very disappointing and very poor value, I have stayed at much better Pousdas nearby for much less money. One star for the cleanliness of the room.

I think one of the best hotels in Cologne by cost, infrastructure, restaurant, swimming pool, breakfast and location. Very good breakfast, and the new rooms are excellent. Also very good attention from the service of the hotel.

The breakfast room has ceiling and walls all rusting and the lighting very old hospital.
I think that staff must be renewed in its entirety and young. Best predisposition with force. An employee, I think that responsible for reception said to be social Communicator but the truth is that it should work in a laundry or a bakery.
Enter the person when I too have face to frustration.
