➜ Terrible hotel. Noise up to 2 nights could not sleep. Mosquito nets are not available. Daily cleaning is no noise of the washing machine around the clock t of a Horrible mildew smell when you turn on the air conditioner. Repair poor. The hotel is horrible. We fall asleep at 2 at night as terrible noise. The lack of anti mosquito grid. No wi fi from time to time. The noice of all the night washingmashine No possible to use cooler as there are the mold smell when it is “on”. Our weekend has been destroyed.

Talked with the administrator at the following number: 050 337 1010, signed as a Boutique Hotel Perlyna kobleve, talked with the girl introduced herself. Chose the family Suite with sea view on the 4th floor. The selection was done purposefully to this arrangement, since the vacation was planned with a small child, so as not to hear the noise of the lower floors. All agreed, the girl said that will throw off the account details for advance payment. On this day, after repeated details said that your booking is closed but active, is everything okay wait. 27.06 the next day, the wife repeatedly asked for the invoice, replied : good day OK. 28.06 two days later we get the answer: the account is not exposed, because the guests live in the room made the extension and came payment. We were offered another room, respectively, with other terms and conditions on which we disagree was initially. When asked why, got the answer: the guests made an extension for 15 days, nice or not nice, it's business. Total spent 2 days during which we were able to book a room in another hotel.
