President hotel is amazing and the most hospitality hotel in Kiev, highly appreciate it's staffs/managers/ directors, they make warmest and lovely feelings when you are staying at the hotel.

Stayed there as part of Atlas festival. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, good food but what really made it was the staff. Needed to buy a few emergency things to replace lost luggage and fix a broken guitar. They told us exactly where to go and couldn’t have been more helpful. Made for a very enjoyable stay. Special mention to Ariyana and Anastasia in reception who really went the extra mile to help and make us feel welcome.

Newly renovated hotel, great location brilliant executive chef whom I have known from three previous hotels. Management with commercial director Natalia doing a terrific job. The food is exceptional rooms very well appointed. Good in room amenities. A 4 star hotel that goes above many 4 star hotels in have stayed in. Staff on from desk, concierge and porter service excellent and polite. Good place to stay perhaps a little less expensive than the 5 star hotels. Highly recommended.

The conference hall is strongly lacking appropriate ventilation. I was there in spring and the hall was not full, still it was hot inside and I came with a headache. Toilets capacity is also not appropriate to the number of people who can come to the hall, so queues are impressive. The location itself (hotel + conference hall) is huge. Make sure you arrive from the correct street, cause it occupies a whole quarter.

In the rooms standard there are no disposable shampoos, air conditioners and shower gels, slippers. In addition, the travel card was lost, which was searched for about 2 hours, causing inconvenience to the customer. Poor Wi-Fi worked. Please organize your work and provide a decent level of guest service.

The location is a bomb. The views from the window are great. But unjustifiably expensive, here is nothing there for 3500 UAH. It's okay. Clean and comfortable. I stayed there 2 times, in different room classes. Clean was in both.

Average hotel, location is perfect, rooms are good but there is a fresh cigarette smell like you smoked a minute ago. Electricity sistem is really noisy, at nights you sometimes feel like there is someone inside the room. Food is better than outer restaurants but generally they don't know how to cook deliciously. The interesting think was elevators. You never wait too long. Personnel is ok. Totally good hotel in a perfect location. Watch out for taxies. Bargain before taking in. Better use UBER.

Much better than in most Ukrainian hotels, rooms although quite small, relatively old furniture but in good condition, personals are decent, pleasant, speaks English, good food (as everywhere in Ukraine). For those demanding is only a reasonable place, for those with fair expectations remain the best option in Kiev.
