Super cool hotel large clean rooms and very pleasant atmosphere.

Cozy, helpful stuff, comfortablr room for public presentation.

Not only a IHG member, all the guest room of Holiday Kiev equiped with all the required amenities. Apart from that HIK have good ambience along with stupendous staff.

Extremely rude girls at the reception, especially the blond one which was on duty Wednesday 3rd April at 10:00am. You really should fire her, such people should not work in hospitality industry!

My highest recommendation! I stayed in HIK many, many times over last 5 years when I go to Ukraine. Finest Holiday Inn I ever stayed in anywhere in the world including US. Staff is world class. Restaurant menu is reasonably priced and well prepared across the board. Rooms are super clean, tidy and bedding has been recently upgraded and very comfortable. Wifi is stable and fast.

A good hotel for visiting Kiev. Clean, large enough rooms, the look more than okay. The design is as you would expect it to be. The breakfast buffet was not quite to my taste now, but it is known that it is different.

Nice interior, friendly welcome, breakfast buffet with quite a wide choice of food, ranging from Asian till European plus cereals, fruit and all the other stuff you should expect. Rooms very clean and tidy.

Great place to stay. They strive to make your stay comfortable. Try and support additional requests like brining medicine from pharmacy, electrical adaptors etc. Veg food options are limited, but can live with.

Modern hotel with all necessary amenities, excellent breakfast, good bar, well kept premises and English speaking helpsome and efficient staff. Rooms are top modern without any fuss or frills. All of this combined with a very low room rate results in a warm recommendation from me.

Good staff who have knowledge of English (visitors are mostly foreigners) ; Excellent breakfast with quality products; Wi-Fi about 15 MB download and recoil; Somewhat strange design of the room-wardrobe for outerwear not at the door, and the bed; There is a kettle, iron and ironing board; In the standard room for EUR 148 no slippers (! ) and bathrobe, zhlobstvo in my opinion.

It's a pretty decent place for business travelers. The rooms are well maintained and pretty spacious. Near to the commercial area, the place has pretty good options to go out and eat.

Check in was simple and quick. Room was very clean as expected. Where this hotel shined was not when they knocked on the door with a Christmas present which was not expected, nor was it the high quality restaurants they recommended to us. Not even when we had no idea where to go and the front desk took the time and had great patience to get us where we wanted to go and see all the historical monuments and sites did we even think about how great this hotel is, which we should have. It was when one of the people I was traveling with asked if he could hook up a laptop to the dining room TV and watch an American Football game and they said no. They said we would rather you have this private room so you can eat food and watch it on a 70" projector screen with surround sound. Above and beyond what we expected, and we all were very please with all the staff and the manager. They made our stay great, and I know everything they helped with was not easy, even though they made it look that way.

Very very good service and good value. Restaurant is good and all staff speak fluent English and are eager to help. A haven in a foreign country.

Nice, very well kept rooms, tons of conference rooms as well. Rooms are on the smaller side, but cozy. Bathrooms are very well kept. Staff speaks good English and the breakfast buffet is excellent — wide choice from tons of bacon and omlette to porridge and fresh food. Also has a gym on the top floor and very close to an excellent Georgian restaurant. There's also a small convenience store behind the building.

I was there for 4 nights (November 2014) while on business trip and I want to say this: I'm very very pleased with this hotel. The room was super clean each day, the service was very helpful and I felt that even small details are taken care of. They have free fitness room on 11th floor but I didn't use it and cannot comment on that. The truth is — I have a difficulty to point out negatives about this hotel (and no, they don't pay me to write this review). Every single thing that I saw or used in this hotel were performed in excellent fashion. I'm truly impressed.
