Had my wedding here 3 years ago and it was the best day ever. Returned this week (3 years later) to celebrate my anniversary and it was still perfect. Staff are so friendly, nothing is too much of a problem. Hotel is spotlessly clean and atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. My favourite hotel by far x.

We had our wedding here on the 26th March 2022. The day went so quick, it was absolutely magical. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making our day fantastic. ❤ The accommodation is lush, the food was stunning, and to top it off we had fantastic weather. ❤❤❤

Had such a amazing time here we stayed for 2 nights everyone was so helpful nothing was to much hassle everyone had a laugh with us the entertainment was incredible probs to the reception entertainment manager and spa the food was so lovely and I just can’t recommend this hotel enough will be returning!

We had a great Sunday dinner here yesterday! It was very busy but the staff were lovely and accommodating! Would definitely recommend a visit here 😁

Well where do I start. From the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble… our rooms were spotless clean and all we needed to hand … the evening entertainment and meal was outstanding the staff did not stop the meal was so tasty and well served… the entertainment was amazing I’ve never danced and laughed so much in ages … the bar staff were fun fast and friendly highly recommend and will definetly be back 😁

A nice and relaxing place receptionist very nice no hassle checking in and clear about any needs for us.

The staff were lovely very helpful couldn't do enough for you the entertainment was fantastic would highly recommend a stay and show here.

Had a lovely night stay the room was lovely the staff were warm and welcoming which gave the hotel a sence of family none of the usual corporation feel. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and cooked well and the whole hotel was lovely and clean. Will be coming back as soon as I can get child free night.

Had a lovely overnight stay here. We booked the top of the tower and it was beautiful. Pool area was lovely and our evening meal and breakfast were fab! Big portions and lovely food! Thanks to a friendly team.

Nice pool area, lovely staff, shame covid has forced them to close the sauna and steam.

Amazing day and night spent at the Towers. Food and hospitality was fantastic. Extremely covid safe, absolutely loved it, what a special place, would highly recommend.

Great staff lovely treatment and facilities strange lunch brooch out to us no choice have to laugh robes on the small size wouldn’t fit anyone over a size 14 slippers on the large size.

First time staying at the towers with my partner, must say the place is lovely! Staff are super friendly and were really helpful! also, the food portions are huge! Lol. Definitely recommend!

Stayed for the spa and overnight package spa treatments — really lovely and relaxing and the staff were very nice food — really nice reasonably priced and quick service. Although check menus as the one we thought we ordered from was slightly different room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed the only thing which wasnt great was the breakfast. Ours got delivered to the wrong room so not sure how long it had been with them before we had it. Was cold, the bacon and Sausage were dry.

There were 27 of us celebrating my 50th birthday. Dirty Dancing & Grease show & carvery. We had a wonderful after in the Penderyn Lounge watching the rugby. Staff were fantastic. The carvery was gorgeous, and the show and disco were superb! Will definitely return had a great time. Thank you.

I have fallen in the Lounge Managers couldn’t do enough for me very caring helpful staff. Room excellent all round fab hotel.

Staff were smiley and friendly when we booked in. Everything was fantastic. The 2 course meal, breakfast, couldn't fault any of the food. Was brilliant from start to finish. Will definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Can’t fault the place but left an item in room phoned 20 mins after checking out and told the room hasn’t been cleaned yet but when I phoned back a few hours later the manager had a massive attitude and stated that I was mistaken I didn’t leave anything in the room and started to shout down the phone at me after repeating myself about leaving it there only to have the phone put down on me while she was still screaming something.

We had a beautiful room we were upgraded to a suit, the hotel staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We had our Xmas doo there outstanding, would recommend the tribute nights can’t praise it enough. X.

A lovely Christmas dinner, no skimping on the turkey. Lovely efficient waitresses. Such a lovely atmosphere sharing time with old friends. Thankyou.

Amazing back, shoulder and neck massage. Evening meal was great as was the breakfast, friendly staff and the room was awesome. Can’t wait for next time!

We have stayed at the towers a good few times it is a fab place the pool spa and gym are fantastic and the staff and food are wonderful highly recommended x.

Absolutely fantastic day for our wedding reception with you. From the planning to the service provided on the day we couldn’t fault. You made every step of the way run so smoothly. The food was extremely delicious and enjoyed by all of our guests as well as ourselves. The comments we have received from all our guests support 100% how we felt by the incredible service we received. Another hot topic from our day was the fantastic DJ nobody has ever seen so many people get up and dance from the second the music started to play to him joining in with Jon’s favourite dance and everything in between until the end of our perfect day. We stayed in the tower, used the spa facilities and ate at the restaurant. And cannot fault any of it, very polite and helpful staff, clean and very nice room. Pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were so relaxing definitely will return. Thanks.

I loved my visit to the Towers Hotel. The staff are friendly and the room was great. We were upgraded because it was our wedding anniversary. The pool and spa facilities are just across the path from the main hotel. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back again!

Food in bar downstairs excellent and service. Tribute night Michaels Bubble he was great and atmosphere brilliant. Food carvery alright… Felt the staff who were very friendly but expected a higher standard of service… however felt bar not stocked up very well. Not their fault. And lack of glasses. But the bar staff did run around trying to obtain some. Rooms clean and tidy. However had to push beds together because there was 3 in each room. Supposed to be superior rooms…

Stayed for my mam 75th birthday and a lovely place, although booking in at 3.00 was fine but we arrived a little earlier and couldn’t use the facilities until check in time, that wasn’t the best start, room was very spacious but paying extra for a 3 person room we didn’t expect the pull out bed to be so poor, very thin mattress and the one sleeping on it didn’t have a good night to say the least, couldn’t get the sky to work in the bedroom and one of the party was heavily pregnant so was purchasing Black currant with soda water which was costing more than a pint or a whiskey and coke. I would recommend the towers but these little extras would just elevate the whole stay, and there should of be more beds available outside the spa due to the warm weather.

Spent a lovely afternoon here celebrating husband's 60th birthday. Food was generally good, generous sized meals and the fish was enormous. Some of the veg was a little over cooked and the batter on the fish and fish fingers was a little too brown. Service was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and very beautiful. Close to city centre and approximately £12 taxi fare from town in the evening. Staff are extremely helpful and Spa staff are particularly lovely. Only small issues in room such as drainage of shower and some lights out, which happens and have informed reception so they can sort it. Didn't effect my stay and really loved my room and view. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Nice back neck and shoulder massage. Gentle with some pressure from elbows. Very relaxing 30 minutes.

We visited the spa at the Towers, the staff were very helpful and polite. The spa it's self is very nice with everything needed to relax and unwind. We had a massage as part of our package which was very good, we also had a buffet included that very good especially the deserts.

Staff very good. I even asked to be able to do a time lapse video and they moved me to a room with a view which turned out to be a superior upgrade. Only down side was in the morning the staff had very kindly packed us a breakfast to go but new people on reception refused to let us take a coffee for free despite being allowed a free coffee if we attended breakfast But let’s not squabble over £2. It’s a good place fairly ok stocked gym food adequate and views pleasing enough. I liked the females on reception they joked with us and it made the stay enjoyable.

We came for a friends birthday for the Lionel Richie tribute night with carvery and overnight stay with breakfast. The room was lovely and clean the carvery was very tasty and Lionel was brilliant we danced the night away. Breakfast was very nice too. Most of the girls took advantage of the spa in the morning (included) while some of us chilled in the chill out room which was very relaxing will definitely be returning.

The hotel needs a good refresh. The restaurant and the breakfast could in my view be a bit improved. The view of the tower is special. The presence of swimming pool and spa is an added value not to be underestimated. I could not use it though being in business trip.

We went to a tribute show & carvery on Good Friday. The tribute act was Freddy Mercury. It was awful! To take our money for this show was horrendous. We'd have been better off staying home with a takeaway & karaoke. I'd have done a better job.

Staff lovely, good location, food lovely, great spa and facilities but rooms could do with a freshen up as touch up painting and stained carpets let it down a bit. But a great place to relax and catch up with friends.

Fab treatment. I had a oriental head massage, it was fabulous, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after the treatment then layed down for a read before food. 2 course meal. You can have starter and main or main and afters lovely. I would definitely go again.

My wife went for the Tina Turner tribute evening 10th-11th /3/2018) with carvery evening meal, bed & breakfast. Loved the room, and the facilities were great! The evening meal was great, and the breakfast really good! (Her words not mine! ) She's already looking for a reason to go again!

Booked a corporate spa day for myself and 9 friends. Was in frequent contact with Vicky from the spa who made the whole booking experience easy. The whole day was lovely from beginning to end, the buffet lunch was very tasty (they even made a pre ordered salad on request for 1 of the girls at no extra cost) the unlimited teas/coffees all day is a fab touch which not many other spas do. The treatments were lovely too, I can def recommend the back neck and shoulder massage with Chloe. Thanks again for making the experience a very relaxing one, we hope to be back again in the summer.

I went there for a spa day with my friend. The staff are so friendly, the facilities were lovely and clean. I will definitely be coming back again soon. Thankyou very much for an amazing day!

My sister was given a voucher for this spa while she was pregnant. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to arrange with a manager for us to extend the voucher for 6 weeks as she is still breast feeding and we are unable to take babies into the spa. They have been so unhelpful and they are so far unwilling to extend. One lady at the spa told me over the phone they won't extend the voucher because plenty of women go to the spa who have just had babies and they just express their milk. I found this extremely condescending! My sisters baby will refuse to take a bottle so as my sister wouldn't want her daughter to starve all day, she hasn't been able to use the voucher. We have now booked for the machynys instead.

I've not even been here yet, and I can't recommend it! Booked for an evening spa experience and paid the full price as requested last September. Come the day last Thursday, I had to ring to cancel due to ill health. A rip off 48 hrs cancellation notice… No partial refund offered or even an option to rearrange the date. £45 gone. Not even a reply to my email to the manager. Left similar review on FB page… still no response. Seems they have a habit of ignoring their critics. Speaks volumes. May try local press or trading standards next.

We spent one night at this hotel on the 24th December 2017. Although it's advertised as a 3 star hotel, the facilities and services they provided (let alone the friendliness of the hotel staff) made us feel as if we were indeed in a 4 star hotel. It's really easy to find the hotel itself, there're plenty of parking spaces, the room that we got was really well equipped (we've seen way worse rooms in 4 star hotels before). The spa was really nice and clean (the gym looked well-equipped). The breakfast was more than what we expected. All in all, I highly recommend this venue to anyone willing to get away from the everyday rush.

The hotel location is just outside the town centre and near to the university so was easy to access by car. The rooms are simple and nice for a night away with friends or family but didn't have a luxury feel. The spa was fantastic and brilliant for a spa day with friends. The food at the hotel was nice and we had a lovely weekend away.

Service was great, very friendly staff. Although were pouring soft drinks from a bottle to top up VODKA and charging £4.00 for a single VODKA and coke. The food was outstanding though, and the entertainment excellent.

We went there for our annual work AGM and Christmas lunch so we were in a function suite which had its own bar and was huge. There was plenty of space. There were about 90 of us. The service was quick. The 3 course Christmas menu was great especially the chocolate yule log dessert.

Nice hotel. Only used conference facilities, but all good. Nice staff, nice location and Tower — thus the name. Nice place to visit and, I'm sure, stay!

Took my mother on an evening escape package here and had a fantastic time; Leah did a great job working out the knots in my shoulders and neck and was just absolutely lovely! We enjoyed the use of the sauna and steam room before out treatments as well, which was great for all round relaxing. The food we had afterwards was delicious, with the staff wonderfully friendly and accommodating from start to finish, but a special shout out to our lovely waitress who helped with my veggie choices! Would highly recommend coming here.

Attended family wedding last month, what a great job by the Towers Hotel, Very frendly staff with efficent service. Food from Canapies to evening buffet was excellant. To top if off the grounds, tower & lawns made for a wonderful selection of photograph opportunities. Would highly recommend the location.

Location is good, not far from the M4, local amenities if needed. Rooms are lovely. Service was very good and all were friendly.

Attending a nursing study day. Staff very accomodation. Buffet lunch was first class and desserts to die for. Food plentiful and always topped up with fresh. Huge room and all areas very clean and well maintained. Would love to return for a social event.

The spa was a beautiful relaxing experience where we swam, used the jacuzzi, the sauna and steam room. We had a lovely lunch and a glass of wine and then I experienced a full body massage which was amazing. I can't wait to go again.

Although it took me a very long time to get through to the spa reception phone when trying to book our spa time (about 2 weeks of calling) we had a lovely time. The spa was nice and clean, we enjoyed the pool and sauna and sitting out in the garden. I was a little disappointed that the hot chocolate machine was out of order in the chill out room. The treatment we had was nice. Food in the conservatory restaurant afterwards was nice. Staff were very friendly.

Myself and 4 sisters were bought a show and stay package as a Christmas gift. We chose the George Michael tribute night. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were well maintained, clean and spacious and public areas and surroundings were beautiful. We had a carvery meal, which was delicious, before the show. The tribute act was good, but the disco could have played a better selection of music (a little too dated for our taste) drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was included in our package which was buffet style, included cooked breakfast, cereal and pastries, tea, coffee and juices. Overall a lovely stay, we are considering coming back for another show.

Have just come back from a nights spa break and the whole experience was wonderful. The staff are a credit to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. The food was superbas was the accommodation. Will definitely be returning to de-stress.

I can recommend this hotel for its restaurant facilities. I haven't stayed there but we often dine out and this is one of the consistently good restaurants in the Swansea and Neath area. The food is quality and reasonably priced (mains are about £13). Just remember to book on Saturdays when it can get busy.

Hidden gem, brilliant spa package. Fab food and friendly staff, definitely will visit again.

Group of 4 people had booked a spa package for a Saturday in January. Arrived to find that our booking had been put on their systems by the staff member for a Tuesday in Feb. We booked a package that was not available on a Tuesday (as they have weekday specials instead). Spa staff admitted it was their error. They were unable to fit us in on the day due to two large hen parties being present. Both the initial staff member and then the duty manager agreed it was their error, and we could rebook for another date and we would have an extra treatment added as way of an apology. The duty manager needed to check with the spa manager what treatment it would be but this would be confirmed by telephone on the Monday. No phonecall Monday, I rung Tuesday and was told by the spa manager that it was our error not theirs, that a confirmation letter was sent out by post despite them not taking my address at time of booking. The spa manager Laura refused to discuss why the two other staff members had said different and refused to offer us any extra treatments. When I called back a 2nd time to cancel our new booking due to the lack of the promised extras she refused to speak to me (I heard her say this to the girl who answered the phone! ). I emailed my complaint again, asking for an explanation and to cancel the new booking. All I received back was "Booking is cancelled, card will be refunded"! No apology or explanation.

Have stayed in the hotel a couple of times, attended some functions and had Sunday lunch. All in all a great hotel with great facilities. Even though I live locally I'd be happy to stay over at the hotel for a relaxing evening.

I really enjoyed a relaxing spa day after booking a good value package. The facilities were clean and the lunch included was lovely. The only disappointment was the massage did not last the 25 minutes as described in the package. It was very good but lasted no longer than 15 minutes, something a couple of other people also mentioned, so I felt a bit cheated.

Very friendly staff enjoyed greatly thank you.

Calm and quite place. Ideal for everything as long you are not noise.
