We booked a private room for karaoke for a 21st birthday. Staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful to our needs. We would highly recommend if you're looking for something a wee bit different then you should book here. They do really good packages. We chose the cocktail pitchers and nibbles and couldn't fault it at all. Again the service was great and the staff were lovely and helpful.

Came here on Saturday a tad later than we booked for still found our table reserved, food was delicious and well presented, staff was well attentive and so polite great atmosphere also fantastic value for money for what we ordered. All round great place just perfect my daughter also loved her clown ice cream Sunday ☺️

The Orchard is a lovely old building with very friendly, welcoming staff. Breakfast was first class too.
The rooms are not so good. Lots of noise from the street and windows with broken catches made for a restless night, made worse by a very tired old mattress that made me roll to my right all night.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Food consistently good.

Everything. Nothing to complain about at all. The staff are friendly, the drinks are and the atmosphere is cozy and family friendly! We ended up here by accident, but would definitely recommend it as a first choice for anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic staff I've been in three times and cannot fault the staff or the food keep it up.

Food is amazing and staff are great and really friendly. I am disabled, I don't cope very well with stairs. There are winding stairs leading to the rooms and also to the toilets, I am marking down due to this reason. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. It is right in the centre of town.

Worst value for money place I’ve ever stayed at! The only reason I can imagine this place is getting good reviews is because people are reviewing the pub/restaurant, not the accommodation. Paid for an ensuite bathroom, but got one down the hall, which we were assured would only be used by us. This wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if it were true, but a guy walked in on me using the toilet (locks were broken as well), so it obviously was not a private bathroom. Impossible to sleep since there was Thursday’s weekly quiz night going on and the walls are incredibly thin. I’m sure Fridays and Saturdays are no better. How could you possibly rent out rooms in this place without a bad conscience? And of course nobody even bothered to apologize.

Great outdoor area, fantastic if the weather is good! Food is brilliant. Friendly bar staff and wide selection of spirits available.

Had an amazing experience with the staff at the Orchard. I organised a leaving night on Friday night and they could not have been more accommodating. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and helpful, and the night was a complete success due to the excellent service from the bar staff. They organised a small buffet for an excellent price and it went down a treat. I think it was Alex and Craig that organised the majority of my night, both of them are an absolute credit to the Orchard! Will definitely be back in the future for more functions. Thanks so much again!

What a day/night we had here. It’s was exactly what we needed. Atmosphere was great and so was the staff. We had dinner here and I must admit the chef does not get enough appreciation. My meal was fantastic, total compliments to the chef. Can’t wait to fly back and book up again with the girls. Thanks for having us xxx.

Amazed at how welcoming it was, some drinks and a big sharing platter, it was so good we actually stayed for a couple more.

Largish pub in centre of Falkirk. Good range of drinks but a bit pricey for named drinks. If cocktails are your thing, suggest you get a pitcher as about £12, which will get you 4 decent size drinks against individual drinks costing £5 — £6.

Took advantage of the nice weather and had lunch outside, service was quick though we did have to ask where our drinks were. Can't fault the food or the portion sizes, prices were reasonable and in line with other places. Staff were friendly and attentive.

It was OK. I wouldn't want to overstate it but it definitely did its job. We'd been out for a wedding so the morning breakfast was welcome. Ultimately nothing special but no real complaints at the same time. Service was fine — we booked in early. Decently stocked bar. Great location in Falkirk — 5 mins from train station.

Just been for a gorgeous meal with lovely staff and such a nice friendly warm atmosphere all topped off by being able to bring our puppy in too! Love it and highly recommend!

This is the place to come for great service and amazing fresh food. Staff are so police and wait on you hand and foot to make you feel welcome and comfortable to your every need. We try come at least once a week but there not a whole month we don't come.

Came through from kilmarnock to visit a friend for the first time, hotel was nice although I felt the rooms were over priced for what we got the bathroom wasn't very nice and bleached splashed towels, broken blinds and window handles weren't nice, plus internet was a nightmare as we were told it was used for the music entertainment which isn't fair for staying guests as it states internet in rooms, I felt £140 for 2 nights was a bit steep for a box room with breakfast not included however the staff were so lovely and the food we had there was really nice if the room was a tad cheaper I wouldn't have minded, def coming back to visit my friend but would only stay here at a cheaper rate for what's on offer.

This place is superb. I run a bar my self and if I could take a little piece of this home with me I would. Staff absolutely fantastic the food is brilliant and the rooms are clean and spacious. Will defiantly see us again. Keep up the great work.

On a road trip around Scotland from Australia. Stayed in a lot of places but this is the worst, at a high price. Pub below is ok but the room we where put in was directly next door to a KARAOKE ROOM! That they would even let the room out for people to sleep in baffles me. Hot water didn't work, Wi-Fi didn't work, TV had terrible reception. Room is a slum. Didn't sleep due to the noise until the early hours. Save your money and sleep in you car.

Had dinner at the Orchard Hotel, staff were very attentive but not obtrusive. Menu had lots of choices and the food was delicious. Stayed on after our fod and weren't chased from our table which was nice.

We went for a family meal. The service was good, helpful and friendly waitress and staff. Good range of dishes on offer, food arrived hot and was delicious. Easy to park. I will go again.

Been going here for years now used to be a great place for drinks and food. In for a couple of drinks last night and one friend dropped his drink by accident and they flung us all out Some of the staff now really need to be trained better that's even if there trained. The manners of the so called assistant manager is appalling what a way to behave in front of fellow employees and customers. A few good customers gone for good now. Staff are 2 faced. Acting like your friend one minute (manager has even been touchy-feely on occasions) and putting you out the next minute.

What a lovely meal and service was great, the two mgirls that both served us were great, will recommend this place to everyone who asks. Well done!

Came in today with my teenage daughter. We were originally going to come in for breakfast but decided to wait an hour and come in for lunch instead. We were not disappointed! Daughter had Southern Fried Chicken. She scoffed it! Wanted another one! The batter around the chicken looks homemade and I had a wee taste and have to say, it was the best I have tasted! I had Chicken Satay with peanut sauce, spicy onions, naan (which was a tortilla but I'm not complaining! ) and basmati rice. Another tremendous meal! Made a right mess though taking the chicken of the skewers to put on the wrap but worth it! The wee side of chips — real Potato chips with skin on! — and the cheesy garlic bread which was clearly homemade just hit the spot. Daughter ordered the cheesecake for dessert and she loved it! Only photo I managed to get before it was devoured! Staff are lovely, so pleasant and huge compliments to the chef. Genius! Loved it all. Been a while since we have been here but will definitely be back!

Nice bar with good quality, above average priced food, centrally located and polite, helpful staff. Spoiled by the acres of car boot tat spread about its bar, shelves and tables, a multitude of confused signs and notices — well in need of a tidy up, clear out and a good think about how a modern/stylish bar could look — an interior designer and a skip would be a start.

Stayed in the hotel last Saturday, I did not dine aside from breakfast which was a buffet style and very good, however the place was very busy all day and night so that must speak for itself! My room was very good, no complaints as such, I prefer a room with a bath whilst staying away, and only had a shower, however it was very powerful and a joy to use. I have re-booked this Friday and Saturday and hopefully this will be as enjoyable as last week.
