Food and service were very good what let it down was the seats 7 out of 8 of us had sore backs of legs as it feels like your sitting on a plank of wood digging into your legs the waitress did get one chair which my mum used and we were told that’s the only decent one. Think it’s way over due to spend some money and buy new seating.

The staff were fabulous and very friendly. We had a 1st class dinner, and an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious with a lovely bright bathroom. Will definitely book again if visiting the Falkirk area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Price performance great, the supper is very good, however, the breakfast, you must like it.
The rooms were very large and clean. Recommended.

We held our Golden Wedding dinner here recently, from the first booking till finishing, nothing was a bother. Excellent service, just enough time in between courses to catch your breath, bar service was spot on. We would recommend you to anyone. Thank you once again.

The hotel largely meets the requirements of a three-star hotel. Breakfast much more modest than the good dinner. Friendly and communicative staff.

There is no elevator, the food was good. Most rooms (double rooms) had more than two beds. The location is nice, you can get to the city quickly. Staff very friendly.

Four of us stayed here yesterday evening. We had a warm welcome from the ladies on reception and we’re quickly and efficiently shown to our large family room which was decorated lovely with a brand new bathroom suite & a travel cot as requested. It had plenty of space and even had 2 double beds! The evening meal was reasonably priced and was absolutely worth every penny! We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast this morning was equally as good. Nothing was too much trouble & they were on hand when my baby’s bottle needed warming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again next time we’re passing. The only reason I wouldn’t rate 5* is because I found the mattress too hard and didn’t get the best nights sleep, however I appreciate it is down to each individuals preference. The pillows and bedding was lovely! Brilliant place to stay!

Stayed there for our trips out to the Falkirk wheel and the kelpies, very nice clean hotel with good rooms and an excellent restaurant, didn't have a bad meal there all week, good variety of food too. Very large portions. Excellent. Will definitely visit again,

Very Well Running of staff on the ball, Prices are great eat your heart out Weather spoons you have got Serious Compation rooms very spacious bathrooms great only one fault personal thing bed was a bit firm for me as for the Menu fabulous choice.

Nice Hotel we booked for evening dinner Sunday evening. The menu had good choices & 3 courses for £12 or 2 courses for £10 is excellent value. I am a Celiac sufferer so finding somewhere with a menu that could be adapted for people like me was a bonus. The chocolate fudge cake was lovely. The staff were efficient friendly & polite. Good meal all round.

Lovely clean room, with plenty of towels, smart TV and tea and coffee facilities. Fiendly staff who were welcoming, chatty and helpful. Comfortable beds, up to date decor and a really tasty breakfast. Parking right at the front door for plenty of vehicles. The cleaning lady went above and beyond, taking away birthday wrapping paper too. We were a family of 4 & would recommend to other families too.

Very spaciuous and tiddy room. Food quality dinner at affordable price. I'll be back soon.

Service was quick and the food was good and well priced. My only negative was that the restaurant was a bit cold.

Good stay, newly refurbished and clean. Free Wi-Fi and parking. All the facilities a travelling worker needs on site including a restaurant. Would have been 5 stars but we were missing a shaver socket (my toothbrush had died), the bed was a bit on the firm side and the fire alarm went off at 06.30.

Good hotel, very clean, breakfast can increase even more.

Beautiful big rooms, but no elevator!

This hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but its one of those basic hotels who do the simple things brilliantly. The price for a double room with breakfast was reasonable. The staff were friendly and very helpfull. The rooms were clean and tidy, with many recently refurbished. They offer a three course evening meal option for £12, which meant it wasn't worth going out to find somwhere (brilliant idea by someone). The meal options were traditional and simple and very enjoyable. The breakfast the following morning was again traditional and simple, but very nice. All in all good stay.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Cladhan, the location is ideal for anyone staying in the Falkirk area, with it only being a 2 minute walk into the town centre, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, we ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which is something we don't usually do, but who can beat 3 courses for £12 with a great selection of food, upon arrival we had been upgraded from a double room to a suite containing 2 queen sized beds and huge amounts of floor space, great value for £65, would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 1 night with my daughter in law. The room was very clean and fresh. The bathroom was ensuite. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small packet of biscuits. There was also Wi-Fi in the room. The noise through the night was awful. Guests that do not have any consideration for other people. The staff were very professional. Breakfast in the morning was what you would expect anywhere and the morning staff were very attentive. It's a great place to get around and see the sights. I gave 4 stars because of the noise.

Very large clean room and new bathroom, good food very reasonable priced. Better looking inside than outside. Nice place we will call back again.

Really nice clean hotel. Much nicer inside then it looks from the outside. Bathrooms are recently refurbished and spotless. Only criticism is that there was a wait to get all the items you wanted fof breakfast as only replenished sporadically. Very tasty though once you actually got it.

The best of the Hannigan Hotels. Three course meal for £12 and well cooked, but not overcooked. Service is quick and pleasant. Ample free parking and paid parking just opposite. Just the ticket for travellers.

The rooms are massive and luxurious, the staff is helpful and fun to talk to, and the atmosphere is lovely. Don't let the 'meh' location deter you from this excellent hotel.

Had meal in restaurant it was delicious and excellent value at £12 for 3 courses or £10 for 2, nicely furnished, helpful staff and prompt service.

10-15 minute walk into the centre of town. Parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi is included with your room. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are very neat and tidy. Price was very good considering what you get. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights whilst they visit Falkirk.

Family hired for funeral, friendly staff and very nice venue.

Many thanks to the wonderful Hotel Cladhan staff for the excellent service on our Xmas Party night December 19.2015 NHS Forth Valley Hospital. Food was good, nice and tasty and hot when it arrived at the table! The staff worked very hard and even performed their own wee Xmas routine! at the end of their shift! My wife and I booked to stay the night and breakfast the next morning, and the room was amazing! Three large double beds! lovely bathroom, round table and two leather chairs, two tv's and nothing was a bother, as we needed an iron and they brought an iron and ironing board to the room. My only negative was that we could hear the generator kicking in and my wife was kept awake but that's out with their powers. Well done! Merry Xmas and all the best for 2016!

Bad meal on Sunday 3rd, March, the so called Chicken Madras was rubbery and the sauce had just bee poured on top of a rubbery chicken breast. We complained and were asked if we wanted something else. We both declined. The chef never bothered to see what was was wrong. I sent an email but got a negative response, a partial refund would have been appreciated. You have just lost 4 family members and of course the church congregation will be informed. I have been ill all of today Mondayso all in all staff that couldn't care less. I can't find out who owns the chain but I shall keep on trying.

Stay there every time travel to Falkirk.

Went for a meal on Saturday night. Place was busy, meal was enjoyable portions were of a good size. Only complaint;steak coukd have been hotter.

Previously was brilliant but the last 3 times I've been here it has really gone downhill. You have now lost 4-6 regular customers. Go to Beefeater instead, better value for money and better food.
