Went for dinner and cocktails with a few friends. First of all I have to say the food was very good quality for the price, was well impressed. Secondly I cannot praise your staff members especially a big shout out to Charles and Gillian who made us feel very special. They were so helpful, attentive and all of our group members agreed we could not have had that experience without them. They deserve a big Xmas tip, you are so lucky to have amazing staff. Can highly recommend this place, great time had by all.

Fantastic food in relaxed atmosphere.

Enjoyed a delicious three course meal this afternoon, children’s menu was brilliant too. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. One server in particular who was a young girl with dark hair in a ponytail, she was amazing with the girls asking them about Santa (thank you) Look forward to when we can return ♥️

Staff were excellent very polite my husband and I were truly looked after couldn’t fault a thing lovely experience and the food was awesome will definitely be back well done to the staff! X.

11 people from our family were at the Park Hotel on Saturday night for a meal to celebrate my 70th birthday and the meal was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends. Thank you so much xx.

Unfortunately the architecture is straight lines bland and uninviting looks late 60's, however the staff are good and the food is as well, I'm a fussy eater! Room is clean and spacious.

Spacious room bed a little on hard side for us. Food good & really value for money. Helpful & friendly staff.

Worn out matras. Clean but old hotel. Needs renovation. Meals in restaurant average but good price/quality. Breakfast was poorly. Most B&B are better. Not a good experience.

Not much choice on the menus. So much so. I have brought my own meal in. And will eat in my room.

Friendly staff and clean rooms, but the whole place looks a bit 1980s. Looks to be having some building work done, so maybe a little facelift is on the cards. Stayed here one night while working out that way, it was clean, the shower worked and breakfast was ok, so can't really complain, and at 3.50 a pint, it was miles cheaper than the usual places I end up staying.

Good hotel with lovely staff, restaurant is always busy and that's because the food is good and reasonably priced. Portions are generous and the desserts are superb. Drinks are pricey but that's what you get from any hotel bar. Coffee served on the big leather sofas in the foyer is a very civilized way to end your meal.

Room was extremely warm, even without the heating on. Looks a bit 'retro' from the outside but ok once in. Staff friendly, nice relaxing areas for drinking. Only had breakfast so can't comment on lunch/dinner. Breakfast was lovely but not really a great selection. Across the road from the hotel is a great park with kids play area. You are no more than a 5min drive from the retail park and supermarkets. Town centre close by, within walking distance. Overall a decent hotel with good amenities nearby. Was stopping over for a night so didn't get to see more of the area. Parking is right outside. Rating is 3 stars because it needs modernised (which they are in process of), they could offer more selection for breakfast and the heat in the room wasn't good…

Restaurant, reception, hotel and room very old. Correct room. Breakfast very light for a high price.

On arrival was upgraded to superior room well if this room is superior I dread to think what a standard room offers I purposely marked my score down there was scuff marks on the wallpaper you could see the undercoat showing through on the skirting board the top of the dressing table was bubbled and peeling in need of a refurb. The bed was comfortable functional bathroom with a very invigorating shower the dining room contemporary light and airy the lounge area also comfortable it's a shame the comforts and fittings downstairs aren't reflected in the rooms upstairs good selection of breakfast items teletext didn't work on TV.

Had a lovely meal in here. Will definitely be back. Wasn't that keen on the pudding but maybe that was just me not liking it rather than anything being wrong with it as my mum and brother ate theres. Would recommend it! The starter and main course was lovely and cooked to perfection.

Good location, nice restaurant food. Room I had (47) needs new mattress as there was zero support in the ones in there now. All in all a reasonable hotel for the price I paid but wouldn't pay top dollar for it.

Food was absolutely amazing. Had melon for starter, just gorgeous. Then steak pie for main, beautiful… but my favourite had to be the trifle it was absolutely out of this world. All for £12.50 wow well done Park Hotel.

Noise suppression is poor, room decor very dated, bathroom shower unit poor. Food was lovely, drink prices were high.

So evening meal. 3 courses £12. Excellent value for money. The dessert was verygood. I am home an hour and still feel full.

Was here recently for an 80th birthday lunch and ate from the set menu. No complaints with the food or service and as it was a set menu, the price wasn't too bad either. Good variety of choice on the menu.

Go every week on a Sunday for lunch, only complaint is limited menu, restaurant staff are brilliant.

I have always enjoyed coming here for dinner. The staff are friendly and efficient. The surroundings are nice and you get a good mwal. Really enjoyed our night.

The staff are fantastic, friendly and can't do enough to help. The hotel itself is good if a bit worn around the edges, the food simple but always good and great value. Look forward to our next job up this way.

Had a family wedding at this hotel and I have to say the staff and facilities were excellent. I can't thank them enough for helping the day run smoothly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also excellent value for money.

Sat 16/9/17 Carrot & corriander soup tasted great not too hot & not too cold. Sweet & sour chicken great sause very nice but could have done wtrh a tad more. Custard & lemon drizzel very nice but only covered half my plate.

Location is good, lots of parking. Staff were friendly. No complaints.

Nice clean hotel. Lovely staff but as there was a major event on there could have been more bar staff on serving.

Not great for the price, small room is barely adequate a couple of nights. Most lights not functioning, no plug sockets near bedside. Only free TV channels, no Sky or BT. Cramped, awkward car park… Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The sole upside was the very warm welcome and excellent service we received from the front desk on arrival, for which the staff should be commended.

Would reccomend to anyone looking for a lovely meal excellent value for money and great service.

Restaurant is very poor. Noisy and food inedible. If wedding in the hotel it is very noisy. We were very disappointed.

Very clean. Personal medium friendly. Pillows had blood stains. Otherwise clean. Easy to reach. Parking right outside the door.

Really nice hotel. Great for an overnight or long stay. The aesthetics are the only failing definitely needs updated but that's my only gripe.

This place is truly amazing. We had our wedding there on 13/5/17 and it was out this world. The care they put in, in making our day special was outstanding, and nothing was to much trouble.
On the day it all went to plan, and as for the meal, it was great value, with good size portions.
Alot of hotels cut back on staff, to maximise profits, but not the Park, as the meals came out sharp, fast and was so impressed at the amount of staff on. I could go on and on, but trust me, this is a wonderful place.
The breakfast the following morning was good as well, being eat as much as you like.
PS £6 for a jug of diluting orange, slightly on the high side.

I only have two requirements, a good nights sleep and a stable Internet connection. I received neither. The double bed was actually two singles pushed togather and was like sleeping on a slab granite. The Internet was constantly up and down, due mainly to a weak signal from poorly placed access points. The hotel resultant was the only bright spot and the sole reason the hotel even rated a 2. Thr food was good and the wait staff are very well trained.

We booked in for one night as attending a wedding near by. Room was good. Comfy bed and lovely bedding. Was also clean. We arrived when the lobby was very busy and when using the ladies loo it was in a bit of a state! Drainage smell and loose tiles on floor. Breakfast was served up till 10am and we arrived at 9.30 am. Felt staff were annoyed at us for turning up at this time and they were very snippy when we asked any questions. They were setting tables up for lunch and not impressed when we asked for a table for 4 as our friends were joking us. Why say you serve till 10 if you don't want people? Service did improve as I'm sure they heard my comment about feeling as though I was being told off! Staff elsewhere were very polite and helpful.

Not bad for a uk best western. Usually they're dire but this was passable for a 1 or 2 night business trip. Handy location and neat room with free bottled water. Bit dated but comfortable enough and decent price.

Dinner option exceeded our expectations in matter of price and quality. Highly recommended. As for the hotel itself, it was fine and provided good standard. Staff at the reception was friendly.

Good central location in Falkirk. Went in for a coffee and lounge was well presented and very clean. Pleasant.

Food is lovely and at a good price. However the building is a bit dated and some rooms small for having a double bed in. Service is very good. Can't complain really.
