Had a wonderful afternoon tea here! Loved the wee Scottish twist of soup and sausage roll. Enjoyed a mocktail too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we will definitely return.

Had another nice over night stay at the hotel. We were met with friendly staff at reception. Room was very clean and spacious, and comfy bed. Had a few drinks with family and staff were very efficient and wore face masks and used hand sanitizer frequently. Will be back when attending family functions in area.

Spent the weekend here with my boyfriend… who is now my fiancé :) he couldn’t have picked a more beautiful setting to pop the big question.
The staff are lovely and the food is amazing. We plan to come back every year on our anniversary. Thank you to everyone who made it so special for us.

Thanks so much for the beautiful afternoon tea with fizz. One of the best teas we have had. First time I’ve had vegetarian haggis and pastries with an afternoon tea. Yummy! Friendly, attentive staff and really good practice of social distancing throughout the building. Great job guys — well done.

It is a well appointed hotel with everything you need. Good room clean and all the facilities. Restaurant clean and spacious with good food and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The Sunday lunch was amazing, dont know why ave no had it b4, great service too, highly recommend defo be a regular for me.

My family and I had christmas dinner here, had a great time. Food was delicious, staff were very friendly and did a fantastic job despite giving up their christmas day to work. Thank you all had a fantastic day, would highly recommend.

My best friend got married yesterday. She was treated so well, the place was beautiful and the food was amazing. Staff fantastic too ❤️

Lovely meal with excellent service. The waiter and waitress who served us are obviously experienced in excellent service just so polite and couldn’t do enough for us. I will definitely be returning more regularly.

Myself and my partner are just back from an amazing stay here:) the staff were all great nothing was too much of a problem, food was nice and did not wait long for the service. We had a small issue which was nothing major atol but the lovely receptionist and manager gave us an upgrade to the honey moon suite which was spectacular. This was our last time away before our wee one arrives and I can honestly say it was made very special and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much. Lynsey and ben xx.

Jason & I cannot thank the Richmond park enough for making our full wedding day perfect! They could not do enough for us and the full day went so smoothly! Meals were amazing, they also made a separate meal for us to take to my papa who could not join us, so we could take it to him so he still had his wedding meal! All staff were so friendly & help to make sure everything we had taken there for the day was all ready for us to pick up the following day! The over night stay in the Richmond suite was amazing! The breakfast was great too! Nick had everything down to a T! And again can’t give enough thanks! x.

Myself and my friends stayed this weekend for Party at the Palace. We had a beautiful suite, it was absolutely stunning. Please can the plug points be wee bit closer to
The mirrors etc. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were helpful, polite and so friendly, we had a fantastic stay and will defiantly be coming back. Thanks for looking after us. We will be recommending to family and friends.

Lovely decor and nice staff but the food is mediocre. Reasonably priced.

We had a meal here 30 years ago after we got married, changed quite a bit but still great food.

Fantastic lunch on Saturday with friends. Dining room was fabulous — modern & clean with a bit of added bling! We were lucky enough to be one of the 1st tables to try out the new menu. Food was lovely & service was outstanding from the waiters who were young but very experienced, confident, polite, attentive and courteous & a credit to the restaurant. Haven't had such good service for a long time. Will definately be back soon.

Thank you for giving us such an amazing day on saturday! Our wedding was just perfect and everything we could have hoped for from start to finish. Both the conservatory and the big room were stunning! Our wedding breakfast was just to die for and everyone commented on how good it was too. A massive thank you to Kirsty as we couldn't have done it without you! Your an amazing credit to the hotel. Neil was fab too and such a laugh. All our guest had an amazing time too. Went today for Sunday lunch today. Had the Sunday roast it was delicious, best roast beef we've had in a long time. Food was served quickly. Staff were friendly, courteous and nothing was any bother. The venue is really nice and we stayed on as there was a singer on in the bar. Excellent night. Highly recommend. Well worth a visit, you won't be disappointed. Looking forward to going again. Thanks.

First meal here since change of management and we were very impressed. New menu is great and the food was excellent. Pleasant surroundings and atmosphere and attentive waiting staff despite it being a busy Saturday night.
Great surprise to find out about the January offer of a complimentary bottle of wine and free kids meals too! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

What a difference in the food! I went with family for lunch. The servers were very attentive. The menu, although restricted because of the renovations, was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend highly enough. If this is a taste of what is to come them I cannot wait. They have definitely put Bo'ness on the map with the chef they have.

Clean, cheap and the food was outstanding. Really nice place.

Dinner was ok, well the burger was cooked. The chips were limp and very thin. Room was a bit dated very small TV with a remote control which wasnt for that tv. Room was clean enough. Breakfast was a waste of time after having a coffee and a croissant I sat and waited 45 minutes on a cooked breakfast which I ordered from a somewhat disgruntled and disinterested who sighed when I asked to place my order. When it did arrive it bore no resemblance to what id ordered. Wrong eggs no bacon. So at this point I just gave up waiting and checked out. Wont be back. You get what you pay for or in this case you don't.

Myself and sister were at Richmond Park on Bo, ness Fair Day, we were booked for our lunch. We had a lovely lunch. Service was great, but when trying to get to toilet near where we were, no chance, so we walked to the other toilets which were the same. I realise it was a very busy day but the toilets were terrible. Some did not flush no toilet rolls and floor wet. Plus bins were overflowing with papper towels. I do think this should be a priority. yours sincerely Helen Keyes.

Food was good value when it was three courses for £10. This offer has ended. Food took a while and was cold. We were the only table in in what would be a busy night at other hotels. No atmosphere. Shouting from kitchen heard in restaurant. Gents was a disgrace. Stank to high heaven.
