Beautiful venue for a wedding and the grounds are stunning. We had a lovely morning preparing everyone for Sarah’s wedding.

Thank you for making our day perfect. The first moment we saw Glenskirlie, we knew it was the venue for us. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had the day we'd always dreamed of. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were attentive to everyone, and did it all with a smile on their faces. The memories we've made in one day, will last a lifetime. Had a wonderful wedding on Saturday 28th may 2022 for my Daughter and son in law. Every think was just perfect. Meal was beautiful. Staff very helpful beautiful grounds for the wedding photos and beautiful rooms for overnight stay. The honey moon room was stunning, definitely would recommend for wedding. 10/10. X.

Just wanted to comment how amazing the staff are here at glenskirlie. Our wedding on May 7th was fantastic. Our wedding coordinator lynne, nicola, Ryan and suzanne were on hand from the start to support us right down to the smallest details. Like many ours was postponed over lockdown but nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed over the night before the big day aswell and the catering and cleaning staff were lovely and so accommodating. Cannot recommend glenskirlie enough thanks so much you were all 👏 we definetly plan to be back for an anniversary stay and can I just say the little extras yous left with the champagne in the room and the jacuzzi bath filled were just an extra touch of class. Thanks so much, The sutherlands 💗

We had our wedding here on 15.4.22 and it was just the most magical day from start to finish. The staff were exceptional throughout the day, especially Lynne, Suzanne, Ryan and Nicola. Our day was seamless and the food was out of this world. After several postponements and venue changes I feel so blessed that we finally had our day here, it was just perfect. I really can’t thank the staff enough, thank you for giving us the day we dreamed of 🤍

Wonderful food. Wonderful staff. Terrible noise level from the wedding. Sound insulation needs updating and bass traps added. If you're booked in the first floor take your earplugs! Oh, you can get them from the unmanned reception, or at least that is what we were told the following morning!

Great rooms, brilliant shower, food was perfect from star to finish, pleasant and Friendly staff, Ten out ov ten very happy, ideal Venue, would defo, recommend, great location.

I had my wedding here yesterday and the day was perfect! Everything really well organised. Nicola and Ryan were great at keeping everything running smoothly and I had no worries about how the day would go the entire time! The food was fantastic and everyone had a lovely time! 100% would recommend.

Just got married on Friday at Glenskirlie and the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Its such a gorgeous venue, with amazing rooms and staff so friendly and professional. Everything ran like clockwork on the day, the food was amazing and the bridal suite was beyond anything I could have hoped for! I would recommend Glenskirlie 100%! 🥰

I loved everything about Glenskirlie. We first went for our Daughters Wedding. Then went back for meals. I can't fault the staff so friendly.

Been going to the Restaurant for many many years excellent all round service quality and setting. Richard the chef is brilliant and the staff are great.

Had a fantastic festive lunch in restaurant today. The food was superb and the service faultless. A little bit of normality in these challenging times. Thank you to everyone.

Went with my family today along with my Mum for lunch at the Castle Cafe. Food was delicious, large portion sizes & the kids meal was huge as well. Staff were so lovely with the kids and so pleasant. We will be back again soon! Ps sorry for the little one breaking the coleslaw dish. 5* from us all! Xx.

We got married here in march this year, absolutely amazing from start to finish, I couldnt fault a thing, all staff are friendly and welcoming, I would 100% recommend this venue to any future couples, completely in love with Glenskirlie.

Food was great! But service was slow we had to ask for more coffee and another drink and another! Chef swore twice loudly when he burnt his hand but did come and apologise! Glad there were no children about.

Fabulous food, lovely staff, great service, A Birthday treat, we will be back for sure.

Visited for afternoon tea with Santa. Staff were fantastic, food delicious and the Santa the best I’ve seen in 4 years. I really liked the gift — a little different to another toy and a lovely keepsake. My sons favourite part was the “snow”. He’d have played all day in it.

We were there yesterday for a meal, we both had fish and chips! hate to say this but we were a tad disappointed, it was ok, service was also just ok! having visited a few times before and loved the place, left feeling a bit let down, sorry!

Had our wedding here and would recommend. Excellent service, food, friendly. Had a perfect day and everyone had a great time. Never had to worry for one moment and helped us to have a stress free day!

Fab anniversary lunch today! Food delicious! Husband enjoyed the venison and sticky toffee pudding and I devoured my chicken with monkey gland sauce and the panacotta was amazing!

We had our wedding at Glenskirlie castle on the 6th June and it was amazing! They were so helpful with everything in the whole process and on the day the co-ordinators were amazing. The waiting staff were also so lovely and helpful. All of our guests loved the venue and said the food was amazing. The rooms are also absolutely gorgeous and the bridal suite is out of this world! I would highly recommend Glenskirlie castle to anyone for their wedding!

Attended one of my good friends weddings yesterday and had an amazing time! Staff were great, food and drinks were brilliant! All went well, bride and groom looked amazing! What a great day!

Went here for a wedding the place was really nice gardens were lovely and the food was excellent. Atmosphere was great and the staff were great too. Had a great time. The dance floor was a little small for a wedding could only get a few couples on the floor at the same time before it was too crowded. Only thing we all had to be out for 12pm which was a wedding is not that late but apart from that it was a great place. No Wi-Fi or 4g signal in the room where people get married or the dance area that is the only downfall, allow guests to perhaps join the Wi-Fi.

My Husband and I got married at Glenskirlie House on 23/06/18 and it was the perfect venue for our big day. On the run up to the wedding and on the day itself all the staff were amazing! They transformed the venue and made it more beautiful than I ever could have imagined and made my vision a reality. The chefs also outdone themselves, as the meal was delicious and all our guests are still raving about it. All the staff were courteous, attentive, professional and a total cr…edit to Glenskirlie and I truly can't thank them enough. A special thank you also to Colin & Julie for helping me on the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly and always checking I was ok (much appreciated! ) Glenskirlie House and Castle is an impressive venue with stunning surroundings and elegant rooms, the perfect setting for your big day. My Husband and I had the best day ever and can't wait to return. :)

Mum took me for an Afternoon tea birthday treat. Amazing! Staff and especially owner so friendly and chatty making sure we were well attended. Tea was delicious, amuse bouche scrummy, sandwiches very tasty and last but not least the cakes and pastries to die for! Such a beautiful place, relaxing and indulgent. Already planning our next visit!

Definitely worth a visit. Had been for a wedding in the past and the food was good but nothing special. Going into the restaurant was a completely different experience, the venison was rich, moist and extremely tender. The game pie was a great accompaniment something very unique with a lot of flavour packed in. A great selection of deserts on the menu as well with a few daily specials as well so worth a repeat visit.

Easy to get to from Glasgow, only about a 20 minute drive. Nice reception and drinks on arrival. Very hot in the reception however. Dinner was delicious but the portions are quite small.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Overall the food was Ok but nothing special found some of it quiet dry and lacking flavour in ways so wouldn’t rush back. Not once through my full meal was our table of 3 asked how is the food or is everything ok with your meal (hence the reason I never complained at the time). When we arrived their was only a couple tables in but towards the end of our meal it was a bit busy, well if you call 8 tables busy. The servers seems to forgot about us for quiet a while. Mabe 8 tables was to much for 3 members of staff. In fact after our dessert and coffee we still had between the three of us two glasses from our drinks each and all our dessert plates and coffee plates left on the table. We sat for a good 20/30 mins waiting on someone clearing that and to get the bill. Clearly we were ment to wave them down or something to let them know we were finished. Eventually we ended up standing up and going round the back bit and sitting for a drink as we didn’t want to sit at our full table anymore. Probably wouldn’t return.

Freindly staff, great food and a gorgeous venue for weddings. Just had my dads wedding here and everyone had a great time, the bar area could be bigger while guests are waiting to be let into the main room however the garden/patio area would make up for it in the summer. The bar is reasonably priced for guests too.

This can be what you make it! Formal or relaxed. Period architecture with 'front parlour'style. Window drapes and discreet lighting. Lovely food nicely presented. Very pleasant staff.

Was invited to a wedding there. Lovely venue. Great day and helpful staff. One thing that I found uneasy about was that during the meal I went to the bar for a couple of drinks and was ushered away because it was table service only. Didn't like that since I was stood at the bar with cash in hand.

A lovely place to visit. Good food, drink and surroundings all warmly capped by friendly staff. The chefs aim to please and the owners clearly care as the effort put in to running the establishment is evident. As a central Scotland location this is prime for traveling to various cities without being located in one. It's also proving popular as a wedding venue and the elegant "castle" perfectly serves itself for this purpose.

Had a delicious anniversary meal here tonight. The food was delicious and ambience good — difficult to do on a cold Monday evening at 6pm! Lovely decor and enjoyed being by the fire.

We came along yesterday to have afternoon tea with Santa and we werent dissapointed! The atmosphere that was created between the decorations, staff members, and general feel of hotel was so Christmasy! Excellent service from staff who were all happy to help. Having the short breaks between having lunch, visiting Santa's workroom, and being able to talk to Santa was perfectly timed especially having young kids who dont like to sit for too long. Lunch was super tasty and plenty to go round! Santa was a traditonal Santa and having his elves beside him made it feel so real for kids especially making it snow at the end of the afternoon! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves so thank you xxxx.
