Very central location in Aberdeen. Stayed there twice now. Will definitely return.

Very comfortable mini apartments situated close to the centre (5-10 minute walk maximum). Good prices and they give you cereals and bread for toast which is replenished daily. Very comfortable beds and the shower/bath combo is spotlessly clean. We had ordered a taxi to take us to the station which although not far away would have been a trek for us as we had quite a bit of heavy luggage. The taxi did not arrive on time and the owner of the suites offered to take us to the station which was greatly appreciated. The stay at the suites reduced a very stressful time for myself and my parents in law and we cannot thank them enough for their caring and kindness. Thank you Freda (and the owner whose name I didnt catch sorry! ) As a foot note, do not order a taxi from Taxicall in Aberdeen unless you have no urgent need to get anywhere…

Nice surprise in Aberdeen. Nice ensuite, fresh, new, well equipped, nice staff.

Good apartments. Slightly small for the price but well looked after and nice amenities. Breakfast is a nice touch.

Terrible customer service £30 invoice for a plaster seemed a bit much but the asssistant liar being the general manager the owner Micheal refused to speak about and instead had to leave and my 11 yr old daughter put out by police I find this totally Unacceptable Owner needs to grow a spine and settle disputes with dissatisfied customers rather than leaving it a poor receptionist who was breaking down because of the position he put her in Get in touch Martin if you grow a pair before this goes further I’ve been advised to give you this opportunity Mr M as the police said it was a civil matter in which case Can’t stand any more for legal reasons mikr.

Compact modern accommodation. Not the largest room. Good service at reception.

Nice rooms in a very good location. Parking is unfortunately paid though.

Stayed here for one night, lovely clean room with balcony, they had left a box of chocolates for us on arrival as we had won a competition to stay for a free night, a lovely extra surprise! Room was comfortable and spacious, very modern and cosy too. Will definitely be back to stay. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, Jakub was on reception when we arrived and was so polite and helpful as were the telephone staff I spoke to. Will definitely be back to stay. Thanks again!

Spacious, close to the city centre and a massive bath!

Stayed here for 4 nights … Great location staff are so friendly rooms are perfect … The cleaning staff are amazing restock your milk tea bags bread every time they clean Only thing to plan for is the parking £12 for 24 hours in the ACP round the corner x.

Not bad. Well located near the main street. They leave some freebies for your breakfast (cereals, milk, coffee, toasts…) Not as great as they sell it though.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The shower head needed replaced (It wouldn't stay pointed the right way. ), but I didn't find that to be a major issue. The receptionist was very helpful when I asked about the area. Several restaurants within walking distance.

I read the reviews for this hotel, and thought it sounded great! Had a look at the pictures and thought it looked great! The reality of what was to come I could never have expected! I had absolutely NO SLEEP, because the place is party central, music blaring, fights breaking out and things being smashed! The sofa in my room was completely caved in, so I could not sit on it to relax, the floor lamp had a smashed bulb in it, and the kitchen (if you can even call it a kitchen) lights were all blown! Carpet stank like stale milk also! So after the sleepless night I went to have breakfast, poor again, 4 cereals to chose from and out of date bread! When I poured my milk onto my cereal it was sour! I did try to tell the housekeeper about these issues, but apparently she does not speak english LOT OF GOOD THAT WAS! So safe to say, I will be sticking with MICASA. 5***** for MICASA.
