Check in was simple. Beware if driving you need to pay for parking — thankfully reduced by Ibis but still £11. Room was fresh and clean. Nil issues. Staff wasn't overly friendly but had no complaints.

Great wee rooms. Well designed. Comfy beds. Heating/ cooling system effective. My room had great view of ships in harbour. Friendly staff. £5 voucher given if you don't require room to be cleaned. Drawback is that breakfast is distinctly underwhelming.

A very pleasant stay. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Location is good too… close to maritime museum as well as shops and harbour. Would thoroughly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at Ibis. Great location. Clean room, clean and big enough shower! Climate control in the room, which is highly appreciated! We didn't book breakfast, but bought it in the morging. There is enough to choose from! Staff is also very lovely.

The hotel is absolutely recommended for a great price also the bar left hand in front of the hotel. Here you can watch all the sporting events on 5 screens. The rooms are small the beds great and I had a very quiet room.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. Comfy bed. Only downside was the restaurant was very small and they had a big party in so couldn't get food. As it's in the centre it wasn't such an issue.

Perfect located near train station, shopping mall and harbour. Nice and quiet rooms, very clean and a comfy bed. Staff was very friendly, felt welcomed from the first second. Breakfast had a great choice of warm, cold, hearty and sweet things, and juices, coffee and tea. Checking out was as fast as checking in. Would definitely come back!

Good location, good value for a budget style hotel. Provides all you want for a couple of nights. Drawback is the late night noise from revellers from nearby clubs may disturb sleep.

Central Hotel a little expensive, good bed to rest, no parking but you get a discount card for one that is next.

Friendly staff and price performance is right. Checkout time is great (12 o'clock). During the week, breakfast is served until 10 am and at the weekend even until noon, which is perfect for night owls.

Good clean comfy room with good temperature control (usually a problem for other hotels! ) … very reasonably priced, with member discount and easy online booking. The £5 bar vouchers for not having your room cleaned are a fab idea! Staff very friendly. Breakfast was fine.

I've stayed at this Ibis many times as it's very well located in the centre of Aberdeen next to shopping malls and restaurants. It's a modern, clean, quiet hotels (the secondary glazing helps), with an easy and efficient check in process, friendly staff and very good breakfast. All in all its great value for Aberdeen.

Good price for central location. Great staff, tasty breakfast, had a problem with the bathroom in my room but it was sorted super fast :) quality 'standard' hotel. Would recommend for business trip :)

Modern hotel with typical local breakfasts. Centrally located, but quite quiet. Somewhat annoying are the room door access cards, which were constantly defective in the first week. In the last few days it went more reliably.

Room was good and clean. The breakfast was delicious but the staff was not able to provide enough replenishment at full capacity. I. E. Partly there were no plates, water etc. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

17/08/2017 to the 21/08/2017 — 30th wedding anniversary. First time staying at an Ibis hotel. Booked for 4 nights for our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay, only down side was room was far to hot, I asked for a fan on our first night, which was brought up to our room prompt, by Elise, she moved us to another room the next morning due to air vent not working as it should. Breakfast had good selection of choices to lickn from from. So central to everything, I would stay here again, and will be recommending to our friends and family. Staff were polite and attentive however not to intrusive. Thank you Elise and your staff members for a very pleasant and memorable stay in Aberdeen.

Clean and pleasant. Good choice for breakfast. Very convenient for the city. Nice view of the ships. Very close to the Maritime museum.

Super service team, great room.

Hotel was nicely decorated and we received a warm welcome. To start with everything seemed good until we went to use the shower and found hairs, it had obviously been cleaned but not cleaned well enough. The top corner of the mattress topper was damp also. Went down in the morning to ask for a bottle of water from the bar, stood for a few minutes waiting while staff members ignored me. When leaving, went to drop the keys in the key drop box and the receptionist was on us like a rash I guess to make sure we had paid (which we had) which wouldn't of been a problem if they hadn't ignored me earlier. Not writing this review to trash them as we did enjoy ourselfs. All in all I would stay here again, reasonably priced — you get what you pay for.

We looked online to book hotel for the weekend and the ibis looked better online in pictures. When we arrived we were disappointed wen we seen the size of the room they could av been bigger n the cleaning should of been kept under control but it wasn't as wen we received new clean towels for showering there was black / brown marks all over the towels how on earth cn u shower n dry unselfish with tht towels! Will not be coming back should have went to the hilton!.

Excellent location for the train station at union Square, which also has good shopping and food outlets. Handy for Union Street too. Comfortable hotel. I've stayed a number of times and intend using it again.

Good size bed, nice room. Bathroom a little disappointing. Located smack in the middle of Aberdeen, good option for business travellers or overnight stays.

Hotel and staff are nice, real shame there is an adjoining Pure Gym that plays music 24/7 at high volume. Had to ask reception if they could have music turned down at 3am without any luck. Checked out at 5:30am and drove to a quiet part of town and slept in car for a couple of hours. Will be contacting head office and local council to make complaint. Terrible, shockingly bad experience. Won't be back!

Nice simple and very clean place to sleep in a great location.

The rooms are all very clean, modern and fuss free. Great location and very friendly staff. If I am ever staying in Aberdeen I always book there as its such great value.

Going to an Ibis hotel is a safe choice in every aspect from price to comfortability. Placed in an unbeatable location, near the city centre and next to an affordable parking.

Nice, clean and quiet room with friendly staff. Short walk from the bus station and train station. I stayed for 7 nights and would stay here again.

Hotel basically comfortable and suitably appointed however room gets very stuffy, the fan in the room only blew hot air and the window opened onto a main road. So at night the room was either uncomfortably hot and stuffy or the road noise prevented you from sleeping. With the window closed the room was quiet enough.

Well located, close to the train station. Room was good value.

Service was great. No problem with the rooms location is very good great experience all round.

One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Would be 5 stars if the bar was bigger. But all in all it did everything that I needed.
