Very hot room could not sleep. Kids very restless. Room was not the cleanest. Dust everywhere on skirtings and dust in bathroom hairs in Bath. Apart from these little things I Would stay here again. Room was worth the money.

Couple miles from central Glasgow so pretty good location. But nothing around it. Describe it as a road services hotel. Rooms are big but some are miles away through many corridors. Breakfast is good but starts at 7 on weekend so for me going to work at 645 fairly irritating. I was also woken up mid week because a delivery lorry pulled in at 6am.

Very nice rooms. Lovely welcome on arrival. Breakfast was quite cold though, but plenty of choices.

I have visited many Premier Inn locations and have to say this one was one of the worst. The room was small and needed redecorating, it was quite grubby. My main issues were with the bathroom. 1. The extractor fan was broken so moisture stayed in the room. 2. The tap was faulty, everyone you turned on the water is spurted out in all directions. 3. The soap dispenser was broken so the second you touched it it discharged its entire load onto the counter top. I am sure if I had made a complaint they would haveoved me to another room but I was tired and was only staying one night so I put up with the room.

Great location for breaking up a journey just off the motorway. Very modern rooms and lovely reception staff. Would have been 5 star but had a stained towel and bed sheet. Dealt with during stay but should have been spotted by the person making up the room.

My experience was fab and this is my first time bringing my phone whith me and I loved it. It's not the same as England.

Arriving in front of this hotel I was doubtful about the choice. The reception also seems not to promise well, but when you arrive in the room it's all well done and cared for, really tidy and clean. The rooms are well insulated from the noise and near there is a restaurant where you also do breakfast. Wanting, you can go there near a McDonald's, a Subway or gas station.

Was ok, the look and feel though could be brought up to date a little as it let's it down.

Got a meal from here with my wife and daughter and it was not really good had a lot better.

Went with my two grandsons. My seven year old grandson found £30 in the soft play area and handed it to a member of staff. When I was leaving g I asked a member of staff if the money had been claimed. They said they had no knowledge of the money but that a member of staff who was no longer on duty may have some information. To date I have had no feedback from them.

This was the cleanest inn I have stayed in. The sleep was not the best but everyone sleeps diffrently and getting the right matress is hard tobplease everyone. They could do with we biscuts in the room. Apart from that the stay was great. Thank you.

Nice hotel, good rooms. The staff are the best part of this place and then would be the sole factor for my return here. I think it was Meg front of house who was a delight.

Perfect for our needs. Love the makeover and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast next door. The lovely Samantha was very attentive and very friendly. Great stay. One down side the plumbing is being fixed and all showers etc to be taken before 9am.?

Premier inn Belleville is fiddly kept and with great staff who welcome you eagerly and help you with anything needed. The rooms are always kept to a high standard and are great for any le get of stay.

Very spacious, good wheelchair access, staff got order wrong but were very happy and quick to rectify this, good choice of food and very accommodating to allergies and dislikes.

Staff are all really friendly. Beds are comfy. Really good value for money.

Spacious room all set as requested. Nice big TV with HDMI ports easy access. Food & drink next door nice & Maccy D for the kids.

Usual premier Inn, but our room was too warm. Even with heat turned off, temp still only went down by 2 degrees over night. That was with the window open as far as it would go (not far), and because of our open window, there was an awful lot of noise. It is next to a very busy road, and there is also a 24hr petrol station right outside, so lots of noise from that — especially from lorries, even honking horns at 2.45am. Brewers fayre next door, great bargains if you eat before 6pm.

Nice food in restaurant. Good value. Service could have been a bit better from the greeting staff, spent too much time talking, and one woman was rushing to attend to many guests.

We booked last minute to go to Glasgow the staff were very nice and accommodating. However the travel cot we had was dirty and covered in chocolate and still had bits on chocolate inside apart from that's we enjoyed our stay.

Standard Premier Inn. Clean rooms identical to every other Premier Inn. The restaurant next door is sufficient, but little more. Ideal as a business stopover, but hardly a decent holiday stay.

As hotels go this is great, the rooms are clean and provide excellent facilities… The only down fall is the weak pressure on the shower and the Wi-Fi is not good atall… I would recommend this to anyone.
