My beautiful wife booked us a night here! Just goes to show you don’t need to travel outside of the UK to enjoy yourself! Awesome chilled time at this guest house, felt like family! Hosts great, breakfast great room outstanding views.

Great place to stay and everybody couldn't have been nicer. Only let down was the shower with very low flow. Other than that room was comfortable, breakfast was good and location was right next to the beach opposite the peir.

Had 3 nights here, we had a lovely, clean comfortable room, it was a lovely place, Amanda and Tony couldn't of made it any more of a nicer stay, the breakfast did us for the day, we will be booking again. Thankyou X.

Great location, close to beach & South Pier within walking distance. Amanda & Tony were delightful hosts, & great breakfasts! I live in Texas so not too many English breakfasts. I was in Lowestoft recently for my Aunt's funeral & so very grateful to find the B&B at last minute as unable to stay at my Aunt's home. Coventry was able to accommodate family & friends during my stays this past summer. Highly recommend Coventry Guest House & it's hosts. Thank you for everything Amanda & Tony.

Travelled with another couple who made the booking. Certainly this is the more upmarket part of town, but still in reasonable walking distance to the south pier, the shops and a couple of reasonable pubs. The rooms we had were recently refurbished, were spacious, tastefully redecorated, new furniture and carpet. Ensuites while small were adequate. Breakfast was satisfactory with the usual choice of cereals, juice and cooked breakfast to follow. Overall a good guest house which represented reasonable value.

Great location near South Beach and centre of town. Really friendly helpful hosts — I stayed as part of a group of 8 cyclists and they washed and dried all our kit! And a nice breakfast. Loved it.

Lovely B&B and the beach is just out the front door! Clean, homely and Tony cooks the best poched egg! Tony and Amanda were very accommodating to the changing needs of my stay. Definitely will stay again when we come that way.

Very clean, comfortable and owners very friendly. Breakfast delicious. A good base for local attractions, the Oulton broads especially. Will certainly use this guest house again should we return to the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely hosts and great quality breakfast, lovely clean sea vew room with large plasma screen and free Wifi. Looking forward to returning already!

Just had some friends and colleagues stay here for a couple of nights and they were more than happy with it. Lovely rooms, view and excellent breakfast.

A great stay! We stayed in room 6, with a sea view for only £85 a night for 3! Owners Tony and Amanda are really accommodating and kind. The breakfast is also tasty!
