We have just come back from the most wonderful wedding weekend. It was a perfect venue and the host and hostess were fantastic as well as the friendly and very professional staff. We could not have asked for anymore and are so delighted that we settled on this venue 💕

Me and my partner stayed in the barn owls retreat on the 11th December was very welcomed by everyone all covid measures were in place it’s such an amazing get away even for a night breakfast was 5 star already looking to come back.

Omg swallows nest is absolutely stunning. Great location, made to feel very welcome, very relaxing, massive bath & beautiful gallaried bedroom with starlight skies. Thankyou we WILL be back.

We have just returned from our 2nd Visit to Dairy Barns staying in Swallows Nest this time. You couldn't ask for better accommodation or nicer people and not forgetting the fabulous breakfast delivered to your suite. A gem of a find and a fantastic weekend with dinner at The Ingham Swan and a visit to Horsey to see the Seals & their pups!

Had a amazing stay here such a beautiful place and the views a crossed the fields was lovely and in the right location to venture out. Some lovely public houses close by which sell amazing food at great value. But nothing can beat the fabulous breakfast which they serve in the morning and the comfortable warm rooms which you need this time a year. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Recently stayed at Willow Farm Cottage. After a warm welcome we found the cottage to be very clean, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could wish for. Very relaxing and excellent beds to allow a good nights sleep. The location was ideal to make several visits to nearby places of interest on the Coast and inland to The Broads. A visit to The Greyhound Pub in Hickling was well worthwhile with good Ales and fine food with a lovely atmosphere. Recommended and would willing make another visit.

Just stayed 3 nights at The Dairy Barns. Lovely rural location. Accommodation fantastic and really well thought out. Lots of outside relaxing area when the sun is shining, if not the rooms are lovely and a comfy lounge to enjoy. Fantastic barn setting for wonderful breakfast with so much choice, definitely need to try the waffles and also full English. Last but not least are Hanna and the team, really welcoming and friendly. We will be back x.

A fabulous place to stay. Attention to detail great, from the lovely toiletries, bedtime chocolate, Nespresso coffee machines and amazing breakfasts. Must also mention such lovely welcoming staff — all of them!

Staying in the cow shed, very nice and spacious. The staff are very nice and friendly also helpful.
The barn where we are staying is clean and modern, love the shower.

Dairy Barns is a great place to stay. We were welcomed with a pot of tea & cake. The rooms are all decorated beautifully with fresh flowers & an assortment of tea, coffee & hot chocolate.

Really nice stay, despite the fog we had a really good time, we stayed in one of the cottages and really enjoyed it, it was very clean and cozy and we'll layed out, the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We will be coming back again soon. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay missing it already.

Stayed in cowmans cottage and it was fantastic. A lovely relaxing holiday just what we needed. It really is a home from home and Hannah and Ian are really helpful. Will be booking to come back soon.

Second stay at Dairy Barns. First stay in the 'Cow Shed' and next in 'Swallows Nest'. Very friendly with fabulous accommodation and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Whole stay was excellent, the venue and bedrooms are great and breakfast was a highlight. Staff were outstanding, I would highly recommend.

Wasn't staying overnight so can't say much about the place but did visit friends who were staying. They stayed in the upside down place and it is huge, loads of room.

Hannah… Our admiration and love for you, your team and venue is overwhelming. From the moment we rocked up over a year and a half ago to now has been amazing. You have been so supportive and encouraging to us and our wedding ideas, we really could not have asked for a better host. Dairy Barns is an absolutely beauty and as you know we fell in love with it the minute we walked in. The characteristics and homeliness makes it a real gem and we feel lucky to have found it and booked for our special day. Your team are an absolute credit to you and really are a well oiled machine!
Jo is soo lovely and made sure we had everything we needed, she even came to the bridal suite before breakfast to make sure everything was ok which really settled my nerves and nothing was to much trouble. Hannah, you are an amazing lady and we hold so much respect for you. You made sure the day went smoothly and we knew we could leave the running of the day in your capable hands. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done to make sure our day was perfect, we can honestly say it was the best day of our lives. We stayed in Swallows Next on 13th Aug and we couldn't recommend this place highly enough. From a warm welcome, to the amazing accommodation, little touches and the super yummy breakfast made our stay perfect. The staff are super helpful and couldn't of done more for us. We shall definately be going back.

Stayed for 2 nights at Dairy Barns B&B. Really warm welcome from Hannah, shows around and to our room. We stayed in the sunrise room, which is well appointed and the bed was huge. Very comfortable and led to great nights sleep. TV and dvd player, and usual tea and coffee and kettle and bits and pieces. There is a choice of breakfast items, and you order the cooked items the night before. Great breakfast. Hannahs mum who served the breakfast and gave us ideas for local things to do, great to talk to. Only downside, is mobile signal is poor, but that can be an upside too :) will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Excellent venue with very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely surrounding area, only down side to that being a complete lack of mobile signal.

We have stayed here twice now & will definitely be coming again when we next visit Norfolk. The people are very friendly & helpful, the breakfasts are delicious & the accommodation is one of the best we have stayed in. I slept better there than I do in my own bed at home.

Went for the weekend away with our two young children to visit Bewilderwood. Found their special rooms with the sitting room on the mezzanine level were perfect for our needs — we could put the kids to bed and go out of their space so they could go to sleep, which is nigh on impossible in a hotel room. Breakfast was lovely (waffles are highly recommended! ) — all food is locally sourced. All the team were absolutely lovely, and we're already planning on going back next year! Dairy Barns is excellent value for money, and Hannah and Ian are very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Clean, modern, lovely breakfasts and fluffy towels. Nice staff, it's Norfolk what's not to like. Very reasonable prices, highly recommended.

Amazing converted barns in the middle of Norfolk countryside. The main barnhouse is where you have breakfast and is amazing, no wonder it doubles as a wedding venue. We stayed in a standard double room and even that was super luxurious. The staff were so friendly — the lady who served us breakfast then gave us a tour around to explore the place a bit more and see some of the other suites which was so kind. And it's about a 15-minute drive from Horsey on the coast where you can spot local seals. Overall great place if you want a local escape.

Beautiful room, amazing place to stay, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast is lovely, tea coffe cake on arrival, we had a great time and would definatly recommend Dairy Barns, we would come again.

We visited Dairy Barns as a possible wedding venue. Hannah was fantastic and showed us everything and told us all the information we needed. The setting is really pretty and the Barn itself is really lovely.

We stayed in Swallows Nest room it was amazing Beautiful, Stylish and clean Super King bed and bath were amazing, The breakfast in the morning was brilliant with a great choice full English which was amazing and there home made breakfast sweet waffles to die for, Hannah and staff were brilliant made our stay more special, would recommend this place highly we loved it perfect base to explore Norfolk. We stayed in the Cow Shed and had the most amazing time. The location is perfect and peaceful and waking up to the sound of the horses saying good morning put a smile on our faces. The staff were friendly, the suite was gorgeous and the breakfast could not have been better. We'll definitely be going again and staying for longer.
