A traditional family run hotel with exceptional service and excellent quality food. Highly recommended.

What an amazing find! Lovely, practical hotel and base, near enough to walk to tourist spots whilst being far enough away to be quiet! The breakfast was Amazing, with a capital A! Special little extras that make so much difference. What made it extra special for us were the owners and staff. Everyone of them friendly, professional and with a little spark! Can’t wait to come back again and again!

Have just got back from a stay and would highly recommend this hotel, the staff are friendly and it was a most enjoyable experience. Thank you very much it was just what the doctor ordered.

Great friendly staff. Lovely room, comfy bed and two comfy chairs. Breakfast good choice and quality. Booked for one evening meal which was great and excellent value. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Good rooms love staff clean and very good was going in November but had to cancelled due to bad hips but do go there loads to do good shopping lovely place to visit to.

Friendly staff, amazing brekfast the fresh scones were still warm the best ever, full English was good quality, comfy bed, big room, fantabulous x.

I recommend this hotel because the staff are very friendly and welcoming so I felt relaxed as soon as we arrived.
I recommend the motel rooms as you don’t have to go through reception every time you come in and out!
The food at the hotel is lovely and the choice at breakfast was brilliant.

Besides having extremely welcoming hosts who go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, they also have a fantastic chef who creates a great and varied menu. Plus comfortable rooms and a great view of the recently renovated Venetian Waterways. Can't praise this hotel enough.

The staff at Knights Court Hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and cooked very well. Lovely room we stayed in. Husband had planned a surprise for me on our first night (to give me some flowers and chocolates) and the staff helped him as well. A very lovely touch.

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, the staff make this place amazing! I have two young children and everyone here is amazing with them and the family rooms are perfect as the single beds are in their own little private section of the room. We stay here every year and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Just spent 4 nights here and was great from start to end. Malcolm, James and all the staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in making it feel like a home away from home. The food is second to none and some of the best we have had with new menus daily and great vegetarian options. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Keep up the great work. Have been here twice and booked for our third visit this year at the end of September. Breakfasts are amazing with fresh cooked pastries. Staff are very warm, welcoming and friendly.

Just home from spending a week here Absolutely fantastic place to stay, The hosts Malcolm and James are the loveliest, warm, caring people you could ever wish to meet, they make you feel so welcome and at ease, as do all the staff.
We stayed in a motel room great rooms with your own little patio area to sit outside.
The breakfast was outstanding with so much choice.
Our room and the whole of the hotel was exceptionally clean fantastic housekeeping staff great attention to detail.
I would definitely stay here again (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) x.

Tried to phone up to enquire about some services you offer and was met with a very rude member of staff. Not very helpful and didn't really want to speak. Being polite goes along way.

Just home from a fabulous few days away Celebrating my partners birthday we were both very looked after, nothing was too much trouble, we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Malcom and the staff helped me pull off a birthday surprise to remember! We loved our room! It was actually like our own little chalet round the back in full sun with privacy and a patio area outside where we enjoyed romantic evenings in. The food is outstanding, we had 3 courses each for £19pp (the steak was 1st class) we are already looking at days again where we can squeeze in another visit…

Malcolm and James are amazing hosts, from the moment you arrive you are treated like family. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble, we stayed in the house, the room was light and airy cleaned every day. The breakfast every morning is fabulous, so much and cooked to perfection, Malcolm’s scones mmmm, first time at Great Yarmouth, we will return to stay at Knights Court.

This is a review of 2 halves really. To get the negative out of the way first:- This is the third time myself and the wife have stayed here, different rooms each time. The first time there were no issues with the room. The second time the shower had a nasty leak but the third time (21/4/18) I'm sorry to say was disappointing. The lamps in the room didn't work. The TV bracket was loose so the TV always pointed towards the floor which meant you had to watch it at an awkward angle. The shower only had 2 default settings: Slushy cold or lava hot! To get a suitable temperature was near impossible as the temperature was so slow to react you always end up with ice or lava and the difference on the dial were so minute you would need equipment so sensitive it could split the atom to get the desired temperature. Then to top it off the bed squeaked at the slightest movement so didn't get a lot of sleep. Like I said this is a review of 2 halves. The place looks nice, very clean and the staff are so polite and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. We made a relatively late booking so they could not fit us in for an evening meal but give us great recommendations. We have had evening meals here before and they have been flawless. The breakfast is first class with everything catered for from full English to cereals, fruit, yogurts, pastries etc. If the maintenance of the accommodation was better then this place would be off the scale.

Really enjoyed my stay in this well run hotel. Owners and staff couldn't have been more helpful to make our stay such a memorable one. Rooms were clean and the food was fantastic.

Absolutely fabulous place Malcolm, James and the staff were fantastic and catered for our needs. Nothing was to much trouble.
Across the road from the beach and a short walk to the promenade this is a great location.
Rooms are nice and spacious and have everything you possibly need.
Breakfast was enjoyable every day of our stay and plenty to choose from.
Plenty of parking and very secure.
This place has hotel and motel rooms. We opted for the motel and was not disappointed at all.
This is the place to stay if you’re in Great Yarmouth.

My sister and I have been going to Knights Court hotel for about 2 and half years and cannot fault anything about it. Staff, room, food and ambiance all superb. If you get the chance — visit!

This is a nice relaxing place to stay with nice rooms and a good breakfast.

Yet again another visit and yet again not disappointed. As usual Malcolm, James and their staff really make you feel welcome and relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended and the small changes they are making to the accommodation are very tastefully done. Cannot wait for our next visit.

Amazing hotel great location, the hotel was very friendly laid back relaxing atomsphere. Staff were fantastic very welcoming friendly couldn't do enough for you. The owners Malcolm and James were very lovely and very welcoming they wouldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was great they wouldn't fed you enough they made sure you were well fed and watered before checking out. Room was very nice lovely view and very clean. Would def be staying here again.

A wonderful place to stay. The owners James and Malcolm and all their team are absolutely lovely. The room we stayed in, 24 was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The whole hotel is spotless and comfortable. The food at Knights Court is outstanding, all freshly cooked and locally sourced. Plenty of parking. It's an all round great place to stay.

We stayed at knights court this weekend on our first visit to great Yarmouth. It was a wonderful experience great staff made us feel welcomed. We are a family of five we booked two rooms. A family room with a lovely balcony and sea view and a double room. Clean rooms, great location easy to find. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. The only thing would have made it perfect for us would be to have mini-fridge in the room. We have a 1yr old baby so it would've been ideal to have a mini fridge to keep his milk. We will definitely go back to knights court hotel next year and will recommend it.

Lovely run hotel within 10to15 minutes from main resort second time we have been here and certainly will return again.

Have not stayed there, but my family use this hotel regular, they love it nothing to much trouble.

A beautiful hotel with two of the most fantastic hosts you could ask for. Nothing is to much for them to do to make your stay wanting you to come back again. The food is fantastic and the portions are huge so you will never be hungry, James and Malcolm make you feel part of there family.

Working locally stayed at knights court for two nights very friendly and helpfull staff food exellant rooms comfortable and clean couldnt fault it recomend staying here.

Prices are reasonable and service was good, would definitely recommend to a friend.

My family and I stayed for one night here, we arrived early and wanted to leave the car, the gentleman at reception was very warm, welcoming and friendly. When we returned later we were treated again by a woman who was very helpful and kind. Interacting with our children making us feel very comfortable straight from the beginning. Our room was perfect and large just what we needed for four the of us, comfortable beds and everything was clean and tidy. A very quiet hotel which was prefect for us. In the morning we were all welcomed into the breakfast room and made to feel comfortable again greeted with smiles and the kids included in everything. A perfect family get away and we can't wait to return already. Thank you for a great get away Lianna hodson.

This a first class hotel the owners just cant do enough to make you stay perfect, we had a recent holiday with our family and the owners were so welcoming and helpful, a great hotel run by a lovely couple, cant recommend this hotel highly enough.

I work away a lot and this has got to be the best B&B that I have stayed in the management are very friendly and would help you out as much as they can for you to enjoy your stay! Keep up the good work and defiantly be staying again.

Probably one of the worst Places I have ever visited. We were here last year and the place had not been maintained since then. Only few things worked in the hotel and the faul smell in bathrooms and toilets was awfull. The manager was very unpleasant and did not accept the ageed (email) Price but had his own tarifs. We did not get the rooms with sea view and when we eventually got them the shower did not Work in one of them. The rocking toilet seat was not fixed despite the fact that the manager was advised day number one. Never Again. Benny Lund.
