A great little site. Right next to the beach. Ideal if you have dogs as you can get straight into the beach without crossing busy roads.

Lovely site not far from the beach and pubs, site was clean and tidy the caravan was nice and comfortable.

We had a lovely long weekend in Martin Coleman caravan there it is immaculate and you could not ask for better quality the facilities were very high standard and there is some local pubs just minutes walk away that have entertainment on and make you very welcome would definitely recommend this to a family or just a couple going away.

I love this place. There is everything right on your doorstep! Such a lovely quiet and peaceful place with the hustle and bustle just minutes away. So much to see and do.

Every so friendly people. Great place for the family to come. Excellent service and value for money.

If you are after a quiet break then this is good, beach is 5 minute walk away. If you have children however, ensure they won't mind walking or you're ok driving as the facilities like swimming pool and show bar are in another site about 15-20 minute walk. The caravan itself was clean and comfy, and the staff lovely.

Next to the beach, shops, launderette, pubs, etc. However we found our 6 berth caravan way to small and only 2 of us ended up staying for the week. We had a good stay and there was everything we needed close by. I would recommend and stay there again.

Typical caravan park but no clubhouse. 100mtrs from all the beach you can have. Good sized caravan from sun savers. Value for money. Lot of amenities on strip into park. Skegness, 15min drive.

Had an amazing time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking to go. The beach is on your doorstep and there is loads to do without the massive crowds you would get further down the shore. We cycled along the beach front to treasure island which only took 20 min. The beach is clean and not too many dog walkers although dogs are allowed on the beach. The campsite is well maintained and looks good. Friendly staff and people with loads of bins around for rubbish and speed limits on the site are adhered too. Like I said it's a recommended site and would go again. Keep it up guys.

Very dissapointed in the van we came into yesterday. Pots in the drainer, fags outside in ashtray. Dirty glasses in window. No electric in 1 of the rooms. Loads of empty packets under bed in same room. No smoke alarm, and no cap on so an eyesore. Toilet rickety, shower held with jubilee clip. Mould on ceilings and dust all over. Its not normally me to have a moan but very dissapointed especially my wife. This was van number z43 please do not stay first van as u drive in from the left.

If you are an owner the rents are too much for what you get. We pay for Club Tropicana on the rents but never use it as the beer is over priced but not allowed to knock it off so we pay less rent. The £2000 to just to change a name of the owner of the van is robbery. The walkways are a disgrace.

Fantastic booked a site van and it was spotless as long as u go with it set un ur mind a grass field with tincans on u will not be dissapointed as thats what we did and then it blew us away so so close to the beach and truch lane was fantastic arcades shops pubs cafes u couldnt wish for more far better than the main site and thats only a 10 min walk for me and im disabled so gd we booked up on this hol for next yr well done golden anchor.
