Everything what can a say about the best hosts brill brill what a funny and wonderful couple best beds ever breakfast knock out ps if I could have got that mattress on my scooter would have lol if you are looking for something very nice and quite B and B in shanklin you won’t go wrong.
Our stay with Sharon and Nigel was exactly the stress free week that we needed! They are natural hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. They have excellent local knowledge and were a pleasure to chat with. All the little extras including the beautiful freshly baked biscuits in our room on arrival, the buckets and spades available to borrow for the beach and the daily weather reports at breakfast to help us to plan our day we honestly felt we were staying in a home from home! The breakfasts were perfect; such a large choice — we loved the full English, massive homemade waffles, pancakes and huge bowls of fresh fruit and berries. They kept us and the children filled up all day which meant we could enjoy our activities without anyone being hungry or grumpy! They had clearly thought through the current Covid guidelines and implemented a one way system through the house, two separate sittings for breakfast and we were impressed with the system to reorder any towels etc without the need for anyone else to enter our room. We stayed in one of the Family Rooms and found it had everything we needed. The fridge was a bonus so we could have cold drinks at the end of the day. Our daughter turned 5 the first morning we were there and Sharon and Nigel went above and beyond to make it a special birthday for her by decorating our breakfast table with a big helium balloon, a card and a gift! So thoughtful and really appreciated!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights so we could attend a wedding on the island. Would highly recommend, the hosts are very friendly and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is a great one. Breakfast is delicious and a great range to choose from. Fantastic location and close to the beach. Very comfortable room with large en suite. We will definitely be returning!
