We have a great time every time we stay. Our last stay was last week and we had a great time. I would recommend staying here.

Such high standard guest house run by an exceptionally lovely family. I would rate it as a 5 — star. We are definitively coming back.

A nice, family-run hotel. Not accessible for the disabled, as many narrow, narrow steps. We had the family room with kitchen upstairs. Unfortunately very light-hearted, our neighbor snorted persistently. Breakfast is good: either the choice between different breakfast menus or buffet with fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt. The request for natural yoghurt was immediately met.

A fantastic, welcoming friendly environment. So relaxing and nothing was too much trouble. When we were leaving, it was as if we were leaving ‘friends’.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Fawley hotel, our room was excellent with a lovely comfortable bed, Debbie, Mark and Anna are the perfect hosts, breakfast was lovely, highly recommend, you couldn't go wrong staying here, they made you feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble, so if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Shanklin The Fawley is the perfect place to stay. Second stay at The Fawley, great location, lovely friendly hosts, accommodation is very good with an excellent breakfast.

We stayed at The Fawley over the Easter break. We would like to thank all of them for a lovely stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was delicious and hearty. The room was comfortable and they even allowed us a room to place our luggage in which we really appreciated. Thank you.

Wonderful experience at Fawley. The atmosphere there was brilliant, wonderful people. The accommodation beautiful and well laid out and well presented for customers. I will visit again in the near future.

1st visit to the Isle of Wight and couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Perfectly situated for Shanklin seafront. Our king size room was beautifully decorated and cleaned daily. No need to take a hairdryer as this was also provided.
Breakfast was amazing! From muesli and fresh fruit salad to full English or even pancakes. Not a bad word to say.

It's all about the owner's! Both Debbie and Mark went out of their way to make our stay as easy possible… With an 18month old that can be a tough job!

Great Guest House. Breakfast was fantastic such a big choice for everyone and such a warm welcome from the family. Near to the Shanklin Beach and a choice of several Great Restaurants within walking distance. Rooms clean and really nice and especially tea and coffee provided in the rooms. Shower very good and also hot water. Good Luck for the Future.

Stayed here for 4 nights, absolutely loved it, room was lovely and the guest house was spotlessly clean, the breakfast is one of the best you will get anywhere and nothing is to much trouble. Mark, Debbie and Anna are really friendly and make you feel very welcome, can't wait to return again next year! 5

The Fawley was a great place to stay, the family room was amazing, great fun for our girls who loved a little room of their own. The room was spotless and the owners were helpful, giving advice on IOW things to do and even posted something back to us one of our girls had forgotten. Breakfast was amazing, again really accommodating, and the pancakes were a big hit. Having been to the IOW many times I hope we will be back again to stay very soon. Many many thanks for wonderful accommodation and for the sunshiny weather you laid on too!

This was a rare find of an exceptional B and B. It was meticulously clean and great attention the the smallest detail. Breakfast was good. I would recommend that you stay here.

Great place to stay with fresh accomodation, great breakfast and an easy walk into town or to the beach. Very helpful staff and parking a breeze.
