We had a fab week couldn't fault anything we have stayed here twice now and would stay agn and agn! It has an excellent location just 5 mins stroll to Collwell Bay and cafes and The hut restaurant or Totland not that far! We found some lovely places to eat The cow tapnell farm, On the Rocks and The George in yarmouth do lovely wood fired pizza 😊

Everything! comfortable, super clean and friendly. A perfect base for exploring the island.

Rockstone cottage is situated in a peaceful place, rooms are clean and decorated very well and is in walking distance to the local beach with a great restaurant called The Hut on the beach front within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing and the hosts were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Lots of places to visit with buses nearby. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great service.

A group of us stayed here for the weekend. Lovely room, breakfast was excellent and Denise and Matt were very friendly. Thank you and we will be back again. Caroline and Jez.

Comfortable, friendly environment with delicious breakfasts.

The owner knew I was coming late and by boat as I had spoken to him. I indicated around 9pm. At 9pm exactly they left me a curt message saying they "assumed I had found other accommodation" and then refused to answer four calls. They took my money (from my credit card) and left me and a friend wet and cold at 9.30 in the evening with nowhere to stay. In 20 years this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I strongly suggest you avoid this place, there are plenty of much more friendly and central places in Yarmouth.

Would highly recommend this beautiful B&B. Sheena and Gary are such wonderful hosts and their attention to detail is not unnoticed. Had a fabulous 2night stay in their superior super king room and could not have asked for a more comfortable nights sleep. Breakfasts were delicious (thanks Gary) and Sheena could not have been any more attentive. Keep up the good work Guys, your doing a brilliant job. Best Wishes Tracey and Tony Dale x.

My husband and I have just returned home, having spent a week at the home / B&B of Shona and Gary. Our room was FABULOUS. The breakfasts were GREAT with a vast daily choice (cooked by Gary and served in a warm, friendly way by Shona). The daily cakes in our room was a lovely surprise as indeed were the hand-packaged biscuits on our table on the morning of our departure. Thank you SO much to you both for making our stay a happy one. X.

Amazing B&B — Sheena & Gary are such wonderful hosts! Lively upbeat and constantly smiling… Our room was spotlessly clean & the bed was so comfortable. Location is great too — close to the bus stops and a couple of minutes away from the stunning bay! Sheena's home baked bread and in room brownie/fruit cake treats are exceptional — Gary's breakfast starts the day off in style — all in all a wonderful place to stay! If your going to IOW highly recommend staying at Rockstone Cottage.

We could not have asked for better accommodations! They have thought of every little detail-even the ones you never considered. Very friendly owner. Very reasonably priced. Relaxing and comfortable room, excellently decorated. Cooked a DELICIOUS and completely homemade breakfast. If you're in the area, you're short changing yourself if you stay anywhere else.

Very friendly place. Excellent breakfasts. Comfortable rooms. Good location for walking/beach. Quiet location. Easy parking. Only minus is there's no residents lounge but that's about it.
