Stayed for one night, staff very helpful. Arrived late, left early, breakfast was early enough for me to grab something.

Would definitely stay again. We stayed here as we won tickets to the XFactor near concord road. Perfect location — 10 min Uber. Clean cosy room with black out curtains. Peaceful sleep and pleasant staff. Would stay again.

Turned up after making a booking to be told that I have to pay an extra £30 for a completely unexplained reason. There are two doorbells, ring the one with a SOGGY POST-IT NOTE stuck above it and be prepared for a horror show. A half asleep, hairy freshy arrives at the door BARE FOOTED! A smelly, dusty looking hotel that charge near Hilton Hotel prices, horrible customer service, ended up leaving straight away. The carpet looks around 40 years old. Cut a long story short, keep your money and dignity and avoid this derelict, cesspit like the plague… I wouldn't let my dog stay there, and the receptionist should be fired in my opinion.

This establishment was exactly as shown. It is well located to use the train for London, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast facilities and food selection is very good.

Stopped overnite in the family room staff very friendly helped us out with travel from where to get Oyster cards to where to get the bus etc has it was our 1st ever trip to London. Room was clean and beds so comfy had everything from a fan for hot summer days to a mini fridge and safety deposit box. Continental breakfast was wonderful non of my kids 1, 4, 10&11 went hungry there was something there they all liked. Defo will be coming again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Staff — polite and helpful. Room was small double, but it made best use of every space. Lovely new shower and toilet. Immaculate. New hairdryer, lovely Snow White fluffy towels. The bed comfortable, lovely crisp white bedding. 4 pillows! Kettle with tea and coffee facility. Flatscreen television. Hanging space, safe and small fridge. A guest Information folder detailing local restaurants and takeaways, locations to visit in London. Bus routes and underground services. Very helpful. Breakfast, I would say more than a continental. Cereals, scrambled egg, beans and potato croquettes, croissants, cakes, toaster / breads with marmalade and jams, yoghurts and fresh fruit.

This lovely little guest house was exactly what we needed. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Unfortunately I forgot to take note of the chap that wwas on duty when we checked in so I can't single him out to thank him. We had 4 single rooms which were small, but if you're only there to sleep for one night it's perfect. En-suite had all I needed too and shower was just right. They offer continental breakfast which includes baked beans, scrambled eggs and croquette pot…atoes. Clean and compact… I woukd definitely use them again and would recommend to others. The nearest tube station is a £6 cab ride or 17 min. Walk. Thanks for providing good accommodation at an affordable price (£65.00 for a single room).

This was the closest we could find to Wembley Stadium. Not an ideal location. Quite a walk from the nearest tube station. Room cost £90 including breakfast. Had everything we needed, tea/coffee, hairdryer, shower, fresh towels, toiletries and even a fridge but it was the size of a shoe box and the shower room wasn't much bigger. 6" gap between the bottom of the bed and the radiator. Friendly welcome and checkout. Very well kept pretty garden and benches/umbrellas and a large car park.

Very clean, room fairly small but had everything we needed, shower and tv, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, fan, extra pillows and plenty of, toiletries. Lovely clean white towels and bed linen. The breakfast had a good selection, hot food, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, cakes, biscuits, good selection of teas, coffee, juice, hot chocolate, nesquik, spreads and conserves, we were impressed and surprised. Free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful and you can come and go 24 hours per day. Would happily stay again.

London Guest House was a great place to stay when I visited London, England last summer. The staff there was very helpful and they had 24 hour service. I felt safe there as a female solo traveler.

A decent place to stay in this part of London. Friendly, helpful, staff. Walking distance from Acton Mainline Station with takeaway shops, an excellent cafe and a Co-Op nearby. Pubs and restaurants are also in walking distance, with a Morrisons superstore. Clean, comfortable, tidy. What more can you ask for? My friends enjoyed the breakfast, but there isn't very much option if you're wheat or gluten intolerant — so if you are check out the Acton Cafe for breakfast. Car parking is first come first served, but we got a prime spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Book this place through a 3rd party website which book the wrong room. Went to the hotel to check in and explain the situation and was told that there is nothing they could do but if I wanted a single which I originally wanted. I would have to pay more. I took offensive to this and stood my ground, spoke to the manager over the phone and then got it resolved. Got my key for the room. Asked about free Wi-Fi as mentioned on the 3rd party booking website as being FREE. I was told that the website was incorrect and I would have to pay £2.50 extra for the use of their internet connection, how ludicrous. Went to the single room. Believe me this is a single room which you could not swing a dead cat in. Then bed sheets had stains on it. The toilet cover and seat was very dirty with stains and small hairs all over it. The night sleep was extremely uncomfortable and loud by the passing buses and cars. They called me on the room phone to tell me that my check-out was at 11am, which was incorrect because my receipt stated check-in at 2pm and checkout at 12pm. This is called the blind leading the blind. Would never recommend this place at all. And it is not worth the £54pp for a single room.
