We stayed at 25 St. George Square in flat 4. The location is wonderful. Close to the metro and the bus stop is right in front of the flat. That is about all the positive things I have to say. The apartment was musky, dusty, and filthy. There were hairs on the pillows and sheets. To top it off, there are bed bugs! There is a bed bug infestation in the sofas in the living room. My niece spent one night on the sofa and woke up with over 50 bites all over her body! Upon this discovery, we called and emailed the company to which they refused to refund our money after sending them photographic proofs of the bites and bed bugs. Poor customer service. We spoke to an employee in person named Georgeon, at the office and he stated that they have had bed bug problems before and thought it was taken care of, but declined our refund request. My niece's vacation was ruined due to being traumatized by this incident. She was in pain, itchy, and embarrassed of the bug bites. Poor cleanliness and poor customer service. Stay at your own risk.
Unfortunately, we didn't get what we asked for. Our 2 boys were with us, and we were put in a very crammed studio apartment. There were no cups to make hot drinks, when you sat on the bed it moved, thus no headboard, terribly clostaphobic. Certainly wouldn't go there again.

Good location, fair price (I paid $140), 1 min from Pimlico tube station, spacious (1 bedroom), a bit on the basic side but clean and well maintained.
