Staff is lovely. Very well priced. Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. Walkable to train. Rooms are small and dated. Everything in the room is small and dated. Perfect for college students and budget minded travelers.

Very polite and helpful receptionist. The room and bathroom was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. The breakfast was very good. Full English. And all this for a very good price. I would highly recommend this guest house as somewhere to stay.

Good service. Bed wasn't brilliant. But what I'd expect for what we had paid! Not a massive selection for breakfast, buy nice all the same!

It's cheap clean-ish and fine for a bed when you're on the lash.

I was at this property for three nights on a business trip to Twickenham with two other colleagues.
The structure in general and the rooms are filthy. Even the shelf inside the closet was filthy. The bathrooms are uncomfortable, the showers do not work: it was impossible to take a shower without getting burnt or freezing.
We never consumed breakfast because the smells from the kitchen were disgusting.
There is no possibility to speak to a person responsible for expressing their complaints.
Absolutely not recommended.

Affordable and meets the purpose of short stay. The property does not offer fridge in rooms.

Too Expensive for what this place lacks in its offering. No easy access for people who are semi or fully disabled which we were told there was as my mum is semi disabled and needs a walking aid and wheelchair and we struggled to get in the property let alone up the stairs as there is no lift. Property smelt of a very strong curry from the night before which is off putting in itself and everywhere was unclean. Staff while a tiny bit helpful where hard to understand as English is not their first language and didn't get the manager to ring us when we complained. We had a room which was very small and had 3 child size single beds. We left immediately as they couldn't offer anything better and stayed at the Marriott at Twickenham Stadium for the same price. Never staying at the Guest House again!

Awful place room smelt of raw sewage! We asked for refund as the smell was so bad (only in room 10-15 mins) receptionist did not want to know said it's not his problem would not let us speak to a manager and would not refund us! Then he lied about names of managers and would not give us any surnames. Absolutely appalling service and unsuitable accommodation! Would not recommend staying here at all! I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS ANY STARS.

Pros; Proximity to Twickenham Stadium Staff very friendly Breakfast ok Cons; Rooms very small and appear to have been painted by a 12 year old TV very limited, most channels seemed like they were being jammed by Mi5 Shower didn't work Only parking for 4 cars. The website doesn't say if you don't get one there is a £10 surcharge per day to park on street Free Wi-Fi depends on how many are using it on how good it is.

Clean rooms. Friendly service. Great breakfast. And you can see twickenham ground from the stairs.

Rooms were adequate, but the bed itself was not get comfy.

Location is good but the rooms are really basic. Can't complain for the low price for rooms though.

Convenient location, bit noisy if you're not used yo traffic, could do with a spruce up.

Good rooms. Exactly what you expect for the price. Short walk from the main high streets. Even shorter walk to the stadium. Stayed a few times will use again.

Where do I start! As I was going to check in late I called ahead to ask for an iron & ironing board as I could sort some things for the day after as I wound down from a long drive. Apparently there is no portable iron in the building, but there is a cabinet in a hallway with some kind of throw over it where you go to iron, wtf! We went outside to get to my room, there was about a 1.5 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door anything could have gotten in, also meaning the room was cold, it even rattled in the wind it was so lose, I put the spare towel down there to block the draft. Wifi, took about 30 seconds to load a picture, so I turned it off and used my own data! There is a no smoking sign in the room, great i'm not a smoker, but when someone else goes outside to smoke from one of the other rooms, you get the strong smell in your room as there are plenty of leaking areas around the door, brilliant, I might as well have been a smoker!. On the site it says there is parking, there is but for only 4 vehicles (I was in room 11 so bound to be lots of folks who need this service! ) I had to park on the next street where signs said 'permit users only' but as I arrived late and was leaving late I took the chance. There is practically zero noise cancellation so anyone who got a little frisky with the accelerator on the street you heard it loud and clear. Decor in the room was dates, sploges of paint on most units.

Very peaceful although right next to the main road full English was great.

Perfectly fine. Room by road a little noisy, as expected. Breakfast took ages though, but was nice.

Avoid this guest house unless extremely desperate. The noise from the road is extremely loud as located right next to the A316 roundabout. Major busy road at all hours. Impossible to sleep through this. The radiator in the room was on full power and could not be turned down even when spoken to staff they just made it hotter. No matter what position my partner and I laid in we could not get comfortable in the bed so we left during the middle of the night and went home only to return to the area the following day to conduct our business in the local area. Very disappointing. Spoke to the staff about our experience and all I was informed that I should have asked to change room when we had already been show one other room on checking that was even nearer to the road and we were informed that all other room were taken. They would not give any money back.
