I've stayed her 6 times always been happy with room and staff. Today however not so happy. Rang 2 weeks ago to request a 1st floor room facing onto the road as I'm so claustrophobic but was given a room looking out at nothing.

Friendly staff, when delayed in traffic we arrived near to the restaurant closing time. Staff told us to settle in our room first then come down to eat. Felt welcome and helped us relax after a stressful journey. Room was clean and comfortable, everything you would expect from a Premier Inn.

Clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced too. Great location.

Disgrace of a hotel.
Certainly NOT family friendly. Avoid if you have infants.

Always a great stay. Welcoming staff, great bar service. Rooms always spotless and maintained daily throughout our stay.

Premier Inn have terms & conditions that state they can cancel your booking and keep your money. How this is legal I am unsure. It seems they flagrantly abuse their own terms & conditions with a James at their 'customer service' advising I would need to speak directly with Premier Inn London Sidcup to avoid paying a cancellation fee. This is a direct conflict with section 10 of their own terms and conditions, therefore a breach of contract. It appears they can operate under w…hatever conditions they wish, which is something a consumer rights claim could be the means to address such conduct. I am unsure whether Premier Inn will attempt to remedy this situation through their own choice, or whether a third party will need to investigate this heinous situation.

Shocking sat here for over 1.5 hours waiting to eat. Had to ask 3 people where my drink is between the waitress picking her scabs on face when serving drinks. Wouldn't stop here again.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean and breakfast okay. Not so good was dirty cups in my room on the tray and the only coffee machine out of order having to use instant sachets.

Exceptionally tidy room when I left it, for a spectacularly pleasant full English at 9am. The previous 6 hours I was asleep, so refuse to comment. Thanks again for having me on a sleepover.

Where do I begin. First time I felt so at home at a hotel, the hotel staff were like family only a little bit nicer. The service was on point, the breakfast was out of this world. I had such a wonderful time and great experience. Its home away from home (my new hideaway)

Not a great premier inn. Car park is on lower floor to reception which isn't a great start, check in on a corporate account means you have to wait, FOR EVER, you are asked to reserve a dinner table, only one chef. Turn up to that and be told you cantc order for 45 minutes. Once ordered the food takes an age. Mixed grill wasn't what what was on the menu, chicken was missing, steak cooked really well to be honest, something else missing can't remember what. The room door didn't lock on the toggle lock. What the food ticket covered was ambiguous. Check out was in manned I just walked…

Ideally located for zone 5 for travel card. Well priced. New hotel. Very well maintained. Spotless. Comfy bed. You can't ask for more so close to the West End Theatre. Stratford & Ox4d Street.

Reception staff lacked warmth in their greeting. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice room. Wouldn't pay £9.00 for breakfast. It's not worth it. The staff new that I didn't enjoy. Yet did nothing about it. Are you interested in guests experience and reviews?

Can't complain at all with the hotel and its staff. The room was top class in hygiene, decor and comfort. The ensuite equally impressive if not more.

The room was nice. I got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good as well. Its right next to a dessert place called Kaspa's, which is fantastic. All in all a great place to stay.

Good location not too from the motorway and Dartford tunnel. Good service, clean rooms. Parking available on site at a cost although first come first served. Good choice of breakfast. Pleased with my stay.

Helpful staff, nice room, good service. Was able to iron my shirt for the next day, restaurant open until 10. Food nice enough. Felt worth whatever my company paid for it.

Booked in late 22.30hrs tried to get on the car park barrier had to press a button to speak to a rude female at the other end informed her I had a reservation and could she lift the barrier so I could park up, only to be told there was no room in the car park I informed her I could see one. She refused to let me park informing me I would have find another car park. I informed her I was a female on my own and wasn't confident in walking from a car park (once I found one) in the dark in a area I was not familiar with. She just said "there's nothing I could do" just hope she never finds herself in the same position. Would not recommend booking in here late. Very rude reception staff as well.

Not the Best Premier Inn I have stayed in, car park can be a nightmare. Room was very hot so turned air con/ heating to minimum, temperature was still hot when I tried to sleep but far too noisy with air flow on so had to turn it off! Ended up a very hot night and that was in February! Hate to think what summer months are like.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, food was good.

Good service everything you’d expect really. Breakfast wasn’t great preferred to go to a nearby cafe.

Everything is perfect apart from the breakfast buffet. We waited along with 4 or 5 other families for the cooked breakfasts. The girls that were working were fantastic but the manager delegated all jobs and blame instead of taking the criticism on board and proactively helping out.

I have stayed at a few premier inns. You know what you are getting. I have always found sidcup staff friendly and helpful. The room as are always clean. Comfy beds. Food is ok. Premier in location is fab. Close to lots of places to eat and shops I would recommend this to stay.

A new hotel that is well run and perfect for a quick stop over. Room was good size and nice. Only downside is that there is no window and air conditioning was rather drying to have on all night. Nice to have a restaurant and then an independent run ice cream place below that. Car park too.

Good, tidy room. No issues with check-in with the new (to me) automated service. Breakfast somewhat sparse in terms of choice but you get what you pay for. I'll book again when staying locally for work.

The location is good. There is a really nice Indian restaurant nearby called Curry Mahal which was part of the motivating factor for booking this hotel. The actual hotel is very nice and modern but the room could have been just a bit cleaner. Some of the staff could have been a bit more helpful, but overall it is a very nice hotel and good I'd you want to stay overnight on a budget.

Not enough staff. Stood at reception for over 15 mins. The staff were working in the restaurant and bar as well as working at check in. Breakfast was good as long as you didn't want bacon, hash browns, mushrooms or sausages because there wasn't any. Thought I'd try a coffee. Lots of coffee available sadly no cups. The staff just couldn't cope with the numbers of guests.

Check in with Alice was not great, she tried to sell me the meal package… then when I got to my room, I realised by checking my pre-paid online invoice that I had already bought the meals at the time of booking. She didn't explain about Wi-Fi, restaurant opening times, check out time etc. No information basically! I offered and forfeited my family room which I had booked for a standard room as I didn't need it, but she didn't thank me. I thought I'd help out another family who wanted to stay. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Comfy bed, clean, quiet etc.

I only stayed one night room was clean and comfortable the only problem was a group of students in accommodation above partying on a Monday night. I opted for the meal deal the evening meal was nothing special a small portion of sticky duck legs and what can only be described as the smallest mixed grill ever I actually thought about getting a takeaway afterwards The breakfast was ok.
To be honest its ok for one or 2 nights.

The hotel is nice and tidy. It's what you expect from a Premier Inn. The staff were excellent and really friendly. The restaurant was nice with food arriving quickly and fast service. Unfortunately I had to move rooms at quarter to midnight as the hotel is across the courtyard from student halls of residence and the noise from their music was astonishing. Thankfully the staff gave me a new room away from the courtyard and the rest of the night was undisturbed although it took quite a while to get back to sleep then. Finally the car park was a little hard to find as it's not sign posted as the Premier Inn car park. An ok stay but I wouldn't stay here again because of the risk of getting a room across from the noisy student halls. If you need a good night sleep before work Swanley Premier Inn is just 5 minutes up the road in a much quieter area.

Good clean room… typical good bed provided by premier inn. Not to noisy… good nights sleep and helpful staff at a good low cost price. One of the cheapest around considering it is in a reasonably good location to Bars. Pubs and train station with good links to the city. Good option for a cheap stay.

Parking not great. Was very dubious at parking on road side as suggested by hotel staff also signs not clear about timings allowed your to be there. The train station didn't feel safe and had to move the car at 4am!

Delay in booking in as no available key cards for second room, not keen on being called darling by staff behind reception. Online screens at reception out of order as was vending machine. Surprised I had to pay for parking at the adjacent car park (£6). Barrier for car park was broken, smashed and left at side of car park. On entering the room a clothes sticker with long hair stuck to to it was left stuck on mirror which was covered in dust (sun shing through window) I removed the sticker and hair and stuck outside in hallway. Dusty furniture. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. On checking out, once again online screens were out of order & no staff present as all busy serving breakfast. After waiting a few minutes approached staff in restaurant and asked to check out. Cannot comment on food as didn't eat here.

Really helpful staff, best night's sleep I've had in ages and the meals were gorgeous.

Rooms are good. Food was okay we had fish and cips and the blue burger which were reheats. Not freshly cooked. You have to pay extra to use the car park.

Receptionist was very good and helpful. Will highly recommend them anytime.

The family room was fantastic, however there wasn't enough space to move around as compared to the other premier Inn's I have been to. The access to the car park is not convenient as it will create chaos when the place is busy.

Good location with great food opportunities nearby if you don't fancy the on-site restaurant. Helpful staff, despite a couple of teething troubles. Clean, tidy and even reasonable Wi-Fi.

Car park was a joke! Have to park half a mile away in an unsecured public car park! Company had booked room with food allowance after what seemed like an age they finally found the fax only to be told no food allowance! Offered the meal package, ordered Lasagne which had to go back as was cold! Only positive sadly was breakfast, won't be using this hotel again!

This hotel is a little gem just on the outskirts of London! It's one of our favourite premier inns within easy reach of the big city The staff are beyond AMAZING and my children love it here. They cannot do enough for you and are always friendly and approachable. Thank you SO much for another enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend for a great nights sleep at a great price.

I had a really poor service, the front of house becky was so rude she swore at indirectly just because she was asked to change a room, the staff do not respect paying customer's, I would suggest that you do not spend your money or even book a room at this premier inn, they do not even so much as apologise.

Bed had spring sticking out of it and bed lamp was looses fell off on my son's head staff are friendly and helpful but wasn't a Gd room.

Not stayed in a Premier Inn before so wasn't sure what to expect — this place was great for a budget hotel. Very clean & tidy, nice & helpful staff. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service and Hotel quality, Compared to many other premier inn Hotels, this is by far, much better. The Hotel has Convenient surroundings Near shops, the train station and bus services. The restaurant inside the Hotel has amazing food and broad options and excellent customer service. Amazing breakfast and the Hotel itself looks great.

Rooms are so lovely, clean and quiet. Beds are so comfortable. Would highly recommend. Very close to the station and the breakfast is yummy.

Cozy in everything, clean, tidy, quiet, also the area is quiet also because the police station is just behind, the price to be London is great.
I never dined there, but the breakfasts were great.
Friendly and accommodating staff, think I got there in the night after being walking with the bike and the girl at the front desk also asked me what problem the bike was, it does not serve anything but it is a touch of humanity that helps morally, it also helped me to book online despite I was already there, because so doing the price is lower.
