I have stayed here twice now and cannot say enough about how good this place is. Quiet comfortable rooms handy to Richmond and resteraunts and top service from the staff. When in London again I will definitively be back. Thanks to all staff that made my stay so enjoyable.

Surprised at the size of the room and cleanliness. Even the continental breakfast was good.

Advertises free parking but has 14 places for 48 rooms so they tell you to park at the station. Dreadful service and the quality was of a 2 star.

Friendly staff. Short walk to Richmond town centre / train station. Basic would suit lads weekend to visit any of the local rugby teams or Twickenham.

I have absolutely loved my stay at the Richmond Inn. I am in town for business, but have LOVED the feeling of being at home which the Richmond Inn has provided. I had breakfast, a mini-fridge, was close to town and Waitrose as well as an excellent pub across the street. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, as I had no idea what I was doing 7 days ago and now I feel like I am a local. I spent a couple nights sitting in the lobby listening to great music and drinking a glass of wine. This will be my mainstay in Richmond to come because the hospitality just can't be beat… wonderful and helpful people with a home like feeling!

I enjoyed my short visit. Good facilities and very helpful reception. Comfortable bed and airy, well appointed room. Would recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The rooms are a good size with a 90s style TV. Breakfast is just toast, cereal, yoghurt and orange juice with tea or coffee. But the member of staff on was good to mention they did have vegan spread which I appreciated. But the cleaner came in and opened my window and forgot to shut it. I got back late and my room was absolutely freezing not to mention my valuables in the room (first floor). Just had the worst sleep I've had in years buttttt that is just one person's mistake and I was offered a blanket which I regret not taking lol. The bathrooms aren't nice. BUT for the money I am paying in London it is exactly what I expected. And minus the cleaner if I had another work trip I would probably stay again.

Nice place for quick visit.

Very basic accommodation, highly dated, and lack of repair meant not really very clean. Television in room was on high shelf, tiny screen and worked with set top box (wel, l did not actually work very well, at all! ). One lady in reception was very helpful, another (a man) seemed almost put out when I registered in. Bed was comfortable, although extra blankets should have been available, radiator did not work at all and place very noisy. Was taken aback that the 'buffet breakfast comprised just cereal and toast! Highly unlikely to use it again.

Good sized suite, comfy bed, decent bathroom facilities. Breakfast wasn't great in the morning, adequate but not special. Check in and check out very easy.

There is no access for baby so stroller or wheel chair. I was coming with big bag and a baby and I had hard time to get in. And I don't want to leave my baby out on the street in the middle of the night to go in and ask for help. Bed was really bad and noisy. Hard and not comfortable. Pillows also. But apart from that it is a good clean hotel in a very good location. And staff is also friendly. I got baby cot for my 10 months old baby which was also very nice.

Well located for a moderate walk or short drive to Kew Gardens. Parking is a squeeze and interior is worn-looking, but can't argue with the price.

Cheap price and good location for town centre, but very noisy in the morning, especially if hung over from night before as on flight path and lots of doors slamming. A bit rundown and in need of update.

The stuff is friendly; breakfast is good; good value for money. Carpets in common area need some care; they smell badly.

Stayed here during summer for work, Ian was a star no worries there, as normal parking was a nightmare, however if you can get in car park it's all good, directly across the road from the car park is a side road you can normally park up there, I would stay here again.

Definitely one of the most relaxing and welcoming place to stay absolutely love it, can't wait to stay again, highly recommended.

Everything's fine, nothing more could you expect while traveling. Used this place mostly for sleeping after whole day of city exploration or work.

The contact was friendly, breakfast was extensive and it has gone to my gluten allergy. Room was fine.

Like other reviewers, not sure if it's truly a 4-star hotel (calling it an inn is probably more appropriate), but it's quite a good value for London. Good location, though it can be a bit noisy with planes overhead and traffic at the intersection outside, but still not too bad. With the windows closed I had no difficulty sleeping. Breakfast was excellent, room clean and spacious by European standards. Staff was cordial. Very good value for the price.
