Great value for money plus close to tube /train station. Can't really go wrong with this choice.

Didn't get her name but the lady on the morning shift was very helpful. The room was good for the price paid but the pillows need to be updated.

Wouldn't stay here again bathroom window wouldn't close and the cold was terrible.

Meh! A tired hotel with tired standards. Everything in the bathroom was completely scaled. The bedroom window didn't fit, letting significant drafts in. Bed was comfy but made lots of noise when moving. Breakfast was disappointing. Could have got something much better for the price. Won't be coming back. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely awful, visited in the mid/end of August. Paid £60 per night for a double room. Complete waste of money, could have paid an extra £15 per night for something much better. 1) Temperature outside was approx. 22 degrees. Temperature INSIDE was over 30 degrees. I know this because I bought a portable thermometer out of curiosity. Hotel staff did not offer anything when I brought this up. I had to go to the desk to ask for a fan, which took about an hour to arrive, why did they not offer this straight away? 2) The beds are rock solid. If you sit on the grass outside, the bed is a similar hardness to that. It is not comfortable at all, I woke up constantly throughout the night. The pillows are the cheapest possible kind, I needed 4 of them to equate to one of my own decent pillows at home. 3) It is advertised to have a continental breakfast. Yes, they had stuff like bread and cereal, but expect it to be literally the bare basics type. I. E. Cheapest bread, cheapest cereal possible. 4) The water was hard, not soft. Most hotels nowadays have soft water. Felt horrible to shower. 5) Expect the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel to be 3 in 1. Also, expect it to come from a big bottle which has been used already by other people! 6) Bog standard tea and coffee — no biscuits provided. Who wants a cup of tea without biscuits to dip? 7) Wi-Fi is very patchy.

Great location, cheap, clean and staff are really friendly and helpful. Word of warning though it's near heathrow so bring ear plugs.

Everything good except it was saying international breakfast buffet, while there was only toast, cereals, coffee and tea…

The hotel location was perfect for us. We walked into the high street and had dinner in one of the many restaurants near the hotel. Ham House and Gardens as wwll as Richmond Park are within walking distance. The room was clean. The water pressure, wow. All in all a good little hotel and a reasonable price. Would definitely use again. Thd only reason for the 4 stars is the creaking and sometimes very noisy floor boards.

Rooms were nice, there's free Wi-Fi, breakfast was decent, all in all a good experience. Staff was very nice as well.

Very convenient location as close to Richmond station. Single room was spacious, more than adequate for a night. Use of fridge and microwave very handy too.

The stuff is friendly; good value for the money.

Great hotel= except for the reception staff — namely the south African man Joseph. Hes rude aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant — see trip adviser/ late rooms etc etc he is as bad as the reviews. I wouldn't have a female relative or staff stay there and a member our team is considering police action. Dispicable human with such a long track record available in public arena how is he still working in a hotel.
