Very good. Location good, 25 minutes to train station and centre of town. Breakfast brilliant. Very reasonably priced dinners and served beautifully. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy. 5 minute walk to Sainsburys. 20 — 25 minute walk to Kew Gardens. There is a bus there as well bus stops just up from hotel and on opposite of road to hotel. No cash taken on buses but oyster cards or bus passes can be used as well as debit or credit cards. Oh and the hotel is very quiet we didn't even hear the planes going over!.

Very quiet rooms which is surprising as it's under Heathrow flight path. A few minutes from the station and just over the road from the buses into London. Powerful, easy to use shower. Great breakfast choice and cheery staff.

I've been to about 8 or so Premierinns scattered around UK and I've never been disappointed. Clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, nice food and as they promise a good night's sleep. But there's always room for improvement, and it is the windows. If your room is on the side of the near road it can get noisy at night. Other than that 100%recommended.

We needed somewhere reasonably priced and convenient for getting into London. We were travelling in from the west (M4) so this Prem Inn suited us from ease of access from home plus a 15-20 minute overland train to Waterloo or District line tube. The hotel was easy to find (straight in from M25/M3 junction into A316 from end of M3) and past Twickenham stadium, over the Thames and into Richmond). Very straightforward! The hotel was clean and tidy and staff very helpful. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to the station or a 3-4 minute taxi ride for about £5. If you are returning late from London then there is a taxi rank opposite the station that is seemingly always full of taxis. Also note that as you drive into Richmond from the West the hotel will be on the right hand side and the road is dual line both sides. Make sure you are in the right hand line and just be a little patient as you wait to turn right as this turn is not traffic light controlled. Our room was in the main road side of the building… we had an undisturbed nights sleep. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was a mixture of tea, coffee, juice, cereal, pastries and cooked breakfast. All of which gave us lots of energy for the sightseeing day ahead. Would recommend as a good base for trips into London. The adult day travel card was about £12 which covered the return overland train to Waterloo plus all day tube rides… we’ll be back. Stay here fine, don't eat here. Dinner is awful and breakfast is not great.

Standard stuff from a Premier Inn, great beds, quiet rooms! Bathroom taps were hanging on for dear life, and when you turned on the heating there was a lovely smell of drains but for 50 sheets you can't go wrong!

Very good, quiet, comfortable, long corridors to run down, big lifts, quite friendly, free croissants; what more could you want?

Book in on line was easy. Check in lady was pleasant and efficient. Room (206) was clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice sheets, duvet pillows and towels. Didn't use bar area or dining room as we ate with relatives away from hotel. Good location.

Very clean room, bed was extremely comfortable. Only issue is tho the car park is tiny! As well as lack of spaces for guests, it made manoeuvring very difficult.

I have seen a few reviews that tell a few lies so I am going to clear things up. I used to work here part time at night, and run my own small business. I am also a local guide for Google. Complaints about food — the kitchen closes at 10:30pm for everything but desserts. The kitchen is closed completely by 11:00pm. You can get food delivered here provided the restaurant actually delivers here. If not I suggest you try another restaurant. I got food delivered myself as there is no chef, using the Hungry House app. There are many restaurants open until 3am and some even later. Bottled water is not extortionate, in fact it costs £1.50, which is the standard vending machine fee. There is a local petrol station within 2 minutes walk which is 24 hours but is pricier than premier inn. Tap water is available in all rooms, and from downstairs. Staff will happily give ice. There is some road traffic noise as the hotel is located on a dual carriageway — this is clearly stated on the website. The rooms have extra soundproofing fitted, and if you close your window tight the traffic noise is minimal, but for those who have sensitive hearing you can ask to swap to a back room, if available. The night team are happy to help and takes but 3 clicks of a mouse. Checking out the location of your desired hotel is always a good idea.

Play area for childrem albeit small entertained them. Food lovely and quiet room.

Decent rooms with TV and other facilities. The best thing is the bed. A good night sleep is guaranteed.

Difficult one as it truly was a mixed bag. Arrived to pre check in as I knew I would be arriving late with my family and the day staff were amazing, helpful and catered to all my needs. Arrived later that evening and the room was slightly chilly, turned up the thermostat and then a funny egg-like smell filled the room. I then reported to the night staff that assured me that his colleague would be up shortly but no one arrived. Went back downstairs (no family rooms or any rooms for that matter on the ground floor) and couldn't find a member of staff. Exhausted so went to sleep. Breakfast was another mixed bag experience. Met by pleasant staff but then asked for veggie sausages which then took extremely long to be served and they ran out of fruit and needed prompting to replenish the crockery and cutlery… but the staff were very lovely but not very helpful. Bed was fine but a very strange visit. No traffic noise as room was rear-facing overlooking the car park.

Room air so dry you have to walk 10 mins to closest shop to pay for bottled water, as hotel bottled water is extortionate, they wouldn't serve us food & instead told us to use the chocolate & crisps vending machine — we had no choice but to do so! We were still hungry and begged for food but they told us to use a delivery service which we attempted but the restaurant refused to deliver! We begged them several times but they refused. After spending an hour trying to order food using the apps the reception suggested, the restaurant still refused to deliver to the hotel. We gave up and went hungry. It felt like we were putting everyone out with our most basic needs. All in all an unpleasant stay.

The staff are very welcoming and ready to help you at any time with smile in their faces, rooms are very clean with fresh smell الغرف مرتبة ونظيفة لكن ينقصها ثلاجة والموظفين لطيفين جدا

Friendly staff, convenient location (not far from railway station and just down the road from Twickenham, where we were heading) and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to Heathrow.

Ideal location for trips to the National Archives and Kew Gardens. Rooms are clean and presentable. There is extra soundproofing here due to the presence of overflying aircraft. A small car park is available for guests at a cost of £10 per night.

Great place, cheerful and helpful staff especially the ladies on night duty.

Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9.30am saying to check out even though check out was 12. Room keys not working, made 3 trips downstairs to get back into my room.

Great value & location. 5 minute walk from Richmond tube station. Very good breakfast, kids eat free and bar happy hour between 6-8pm (buy one get one free, has to be same drink). Car parking £10 per day for residents (first come first served). Can checkin online in advance for convenience.

Excellent venue. The self check in desks are really quick and easy to use. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Very clean and new. Restaurant is very nice. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly but a little slow to serve. Prices were reasonable (for a hotel).

Very nice, new and modern hotel with ample parking too. Lovely and friendly staff who helped with Breakfast and Dinner and if you had a problem. Great central location with Kew Gardens just under a 10 mins walk away and with Richmond Park just behind the hotel. Lovely time away from the family in nice Premier Inn, just right.

Location is good, 15 minutes from underground. Room was clean, breakfast is great. Price is reasonable.

Good clean rooms and a good night's sleep. A bit far from the river to be labeled 'Richmond' (20 minute walk on a busy road), but reasonable for a business stay in the area. Some street noise but it didn't affect my sleep.

Good value for money hotel, Great for Central London. Good room and breakfast but don't bother with the dinner.

Road noise can't be helped. Disappointed they now charge £10.00 per night for car parking.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean. Very easy to check in and out, friendly helpful staff, ample car parking. Would stay again if in the area.

Please pass on to the staff at the Richmond hotel a huge THANK YOU! They were wonderful especially a lovely lady who I think was called Kim? We had our 3 children with us (age 1, 3, 8) and she made their stay extra special, talking to them and making them feel included not just talking to us adults. She is a true credit to the Premier inn company!

Warm and spacious room, shame about the noise from the main road all night.

Our room was spacious and comfortable and warm, breakfast was great, evening meals were also good, good location for us. Staff were awesome. Will definitely recommend and rebook.

Standard rooms: clean, modern. Staff could be more attentive to the guests, and the road through the window is down.
