Booked 3 rooms 11 months in advance for an event, to be told 3 months before our stay they had cancelled our booking. When I complained I was told I could book somewhere else for less money. So if you’re thinking of staying here, shop around. You can get cheaper accommodation elsewhere!

Great hotel clean and tidy very friendly staff shame the bar wasn't open at 10.30 PM on a Saturday night nowhere else near to have a drink other than that I've no complaints free parking as well!

Hotel room was standard, little upgraded from a travelodge. We went here because we searched in house facilities. We got there yesterday only to be told all facilities were closed including the bar. Was very disappointed ☹️. I’m disabled and was really looking forward to using the pool and sauna to relax, sadly nothing was open. Room was clean bed was comfy. Room itself was as expected like travelodge. While point in coming was for facilities, hoping to get a little refund back very disappointed ☹️. Not even an email to say facilities were not open because we would have cancelled our stay and gone somewhere else.

They are not an honest business. I was supposed to stay here in March but due to Covid-19 my trip was cancelled. I contacted the hotel and they said I could get a full refund. Then I was charged a fee that magically costed the price of the hotel.

I stayed there in December 2019. The rooms were nice and clean. I liked the bathroom — spacious! Very quiet and comfortable rooms in general. We had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant at the hotel and it was alright. Great hotel for a business trip!

Amazing value great hotel can’t fault it in any way highly recommend.

This was NOT a 4 star quality hotel. Kept awake for 3 nights in a row by events playing obscenely loud music till 1am! Front desk didn't care. The rooms were very basic and the double bed was two singles pushed together the bathroom had stains on the wall, paint peeling off the tub and disgusting blobs of done identified substance on the shower curtain. Avoid booking here at all costs.

Lovely hotel, my only criticism is the lack of vegan options on the menu, thought for a large London hotel they would have got this right.

The best hotel beds ever, comfy pillows and great rooms. Very spacious, clean, staff very helpful!

The hotel is very nice and people are so friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy… We enjoyed the pool and the gym. Food was delicious as well including the breakfast…

We had a lovely stay at this hotel last weekend and I would like to thank the staff in the restaurant who helped me to get breakfast as I had my toddler with me. They were very kind. The hotel was lovely and clean and we also had a good nights sleep.

I have booked my groups In this hotel for years with no issues but recently on 3 occasions when they have wedding their is no control in the car park and my coaches haven't been able to leave to do their work and when you ask staff to make an announcement to move the cars they say it will be to much hassle to move cars to get my coach out and that means hiring in another company to do my work also I stayed in the hotel a few nights ago and they charged me 25 pound to park my coach on top of the room rate due to this they have lost my work.

It’s a basic place, no fridge in the room and small tv.

Not a very clean hotel. It looks nice from the outside but once we got into our room we were not pleased. Our bathroom wall by the sink was splattered with coffee. They gave us a pillow that had a very questionable dried up stain on it. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom of it. The first day they didn't clean our room even after leaving the sign on the door to please do so. On the second day they did clean our room but our wall by the sink was still dirty and we still had the dirty pillow. I had dropped a piece of plastic on the floor in the bathroom and even after they came to clean that piece of plastic was still in the same spot. The second day after they came to clean our sink was not draining we called the front desk and were told housekeeping wasn't in anymore. If I'm ever back in England this will be the last place I would stay.

Amazing entrance. But actual room was OK. Bed was hard. Bathroom could do with been freshened up (water marks near toilet n chipped paint on bathroom walls. But overall it was a nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.

Room was spacious but looking tired in places. Marks on walls, loose plug sockets, nail sticking out of door architrave. Clean enough on the whole and the supplies in the room replaced frequently which was nice. Bed was a zip link affair with softer than average mattresses that have a lot of motion transfer, so sometimes my sleep was disturbed. Generally lots of parking but check if there's anything going on. When I went, there was a huge wedding and the guests blocked everything inside and outside the hotel. That said, this only happened once in the 10 days I was there. Staff on front desk nice enough.

Had our wedding here and venue was so accomodating and helpful in the leadup and on the day! Made the day stress-free and always on hand which was especially helpful with 750+ guests! Ample parking and great accessible location especially for those coming from afar. Had a room as a bridal suite and would definitely go back and stay there!

Terrible hotel! only thing nice was the pool and the staff at the restaurant. It was way over priced AC didn't work and the the rest of the staff could have been more rude! left an item in the room and took calling every day for a week to even get a response then they conveniently couldn't find it. Do not stay there!

Very nice hotel and reasonable room rates. Would definitely stay here again in future. Only thing I didn't like was the VERY limited 24hr room service menu between 10pm and 6pm so had to make our own arrangements. Great stay overall.

Odd place for a hotel on the edge of a housing estate. But in general it's a nice hotel with a lovely pool, just wish they had more food options in the hotel.

Good hotel, value for money but a bit on the outskirts of London and away from tourists landmarks. Good for those who wish to stay near by Heathrow airport.

Booked the hotel as it was local to my meetings the next day and at a good rate. Staff are nice and friendly and I received a free upgrade to the suite, what a room. Very impressed and made my stay, lots of parking, will stay again.

Hotel room nice and clearance, double bed is actually to single mattresses put together. Food is shockingly poor. For dinner I had the stir fry noodles with Szechuan sauce and chicken. There was very little chicken, most of it was gristle and had bones in it which wasn’t in the description, wasn’t nice at all.
Also had breakfast as well, unfortunately dry. It appears that all the food was sitting in the hot plates too long, even the scrambled egg was dry! There was also dirt…y plates which I handed back to staff, but no comment was made about it. Checked my bill there was a £4 service charge for using the restaurant, which I was shocked at considering I made a complaint about my food. So people be wary of that if you do choose to eat there. Stay there, yes. Eat there, help no!

Good hotel, good breakfast, a little retired, but you can get on the 482 bus from Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport.

Very large and modern. Correspondingly large Restaurant. Hotel is preferred by a great many Indians. 3 Stars more realistic. No Minibar.

A Little Outside London. My Journey Time to London Mitte about 90 Minutes by CAR. The Rooms could have been better maintained. Broken Lampshades and defective, woven Furniture. In the Evening until 6 o 'clock in the morning only cold Water. I would have the Impression that you want to make a good Impression. But There is still a lot missing to justify the fourth Star.

Exceptional customer service and very friendly staff. Lovely hotel, and very welcoming. Catered to every need I had. Night manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly reccomend this hotel.

Nice hotel about 45 minutes outside of the center of London. Very close to the airport. It is popular with tour groups. The breakfast we had was good with a decent amount of options, but I don't know if that is included with everybody's room. I didn't get to check out the pool. Nice little bar with a pretty good selection of beer and liquors. Room was clean, but I had trouble with heating up the room. If you are willing to travel a bit to get to the city, or just need a place near the airport, this is a decent option.

The room was clean, but the recent need to remember to bring toothbrush and toothpaste razor and slippers oh, a lot but no Chinese channel, breakfast suggested to eat potato cake, coffee, toast, do not recommend drinking their home orange juice, breakfast canned peaches, there is no fruit, there is no rice porridge yogurt. A little better than I thought:

Easy flat access. Large car parking area. Lovely reception staff. Spotlessly clean. The beds are firm but comfortable. With windows closed very little aircraft noise. Lovely pool area again spotlessly clean. Only one small gripe. No handbook of services in the room ie pool location restaurant times emergency numbers. All have to be accessed via the TV. Very tedious and still couldn't find any of the answers to above question s had to phone reception.

My partner was staying overnight due to work so I was fortunate to join him. Had a quick meal when I arrived — I was running late due to major traffic problems so only just got there for 7pm to get a bar snack but the nachos were really good. Room was lovely & comfortable. Staff were all friendly & the breakfast was good with a fair number of options available. I'd recommend this hotel, but if travelling there on a Friday evening beware of traffic in the surrounding roads.

Stayed for one night for a company Christmas party. Room
Overly and clean. Bar service 2nd rate and food absolutely shocking. Nachos bar snack was dressed well on top with whole nachos but under 5e top layer they had thrown all the crumbs. Christmas dinner was ok but warm instead of hot. Breakfast was the worst I have ever tasted in a classy look8ng hotel. Bacon was under cooked and thrown into the terrine like it had been dragged out af the bin. Sausages were anemic looking and not hot, coffee is cheap & tasteless. I thought I must have gone there on a bad day but reading the reviews it seems not. I wonder if they read them. Call Alex politzi someone they need professional help.

Stayed here for a 5 night business trip. My room was on the top floor as far away from the function room as possible however on 2 of the nights there were very loud parties (until 1am) that kept me awake. The reception staff were not very helpful (they offered to move me to a lower floor closer to the music! ) It is unacceptable to keep business guests awake until 1am when we had to be up at 7am for work. It sounded like a nightclub! We will not stay again. When my husband raised the issue with the manager (Zuhan? ) he offered us a new room at a discounted rate (he didn't seem to think that it was rude to keep us awake all night then suggest we pay for another room! ) Do NOT stay here!

Stayed here last night via national holiday coach trip. Room was fabulous. Staff very polite and friendly. Given it's close proximity to both a motorway and Heathrow airport you could hardly hear anything. Defo would stay here again and happy to recommend it.

Nice hotel, but the fireworks Indian New Year from 8pm to in the morning 5am robbed us of sleep.
You should avoid the appointment.

The hotel is nice enough but lacks lots of details which make the difference. Mirror in bathroom is too far away from the sink making it difficult to shave, the showers have no markings to indicate how they are controlled, the TV worked only sometimes. To top it off the fire alarm went off very early in the morning on both of days of my stay. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

Very nice hotel, room nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is just good, there is almost everything for a classic English breakfast. Located near the airport and far enough away from the centre of London. Affordable price.

Really lovely comfortable stay. Hotel light and airy however thought I read the hotel was soundproof but constant noise from the motorway. Just a little moan. All staff especially kitchen dining room very nice. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Thank-you.

Good wheelchair access: parking, room, bathroom. Modern building and room furnishings. However, having mugs and choice of powdered hot beverages but no kettle (just its base) in the room makes no sense.

We arrived by coach, had a very nice, clean and modern room and a very comfy bed. The only issue is that the shower was a little poorly designed so that it would flood a corner of the bathroom whenever used. All in all though, a great night and a lovely breakfast.

Great well kept facilities, ample parking, nice room, excellent pool. Food okay but pricey. Upon checkout I was charged a 10% service charge, the room service menu stated this charge was "discretionary" not compulsory. Upon questioning this the man working the front desk just shrugged his shoulders. I don't mind tipping good service but don't add charges just to raise the bill. Cheeky! I would have stayed again and recommend others to but not so sure now.

The hotel is lovely, but on flight path to Heathrow. Drinks expensive at the bar, but barman had a sense of humour. The evening meal was good. Mix up over the room on arrival we were supposed to have a three bed room, but it wasn't. A third bed was added, but not the extra towels, cup etc. Breakfast was very busy all the tables were large (for about 8 people) and we had to sit at a table with lots of dirty dishes, which we moved to one side. Staff passed several times and made no attempt to move the used dishes until we were practically finished our breakfast. No complaints about the food at breakfast, apart from coffee, which was the typical tastless filter usually served in budget hotels. Staff in eating area for the evening meal were friendly, could only say this about 1 at breakfast.

Very nice and quiet hotel with very good Indian food. Cooperative staff. Reasonable rater. Clean non smoky rooms. Away from city (45 minutes to 1hr journey to center of city) but near the Heathrow airport. Good if you have own convenience and for group tours.

Nice hotel on the outskirts in the middle of the townhouses, to the subway, 20 minutes on foot.

Nice hotel. Only let down was that the food was only ok.

I didn't like the idea of self service as it got crowded and that I couldn't bring food into the room with the tables and chairs. However the drinks were great and the service was also good. The rooms were big and the location of the place was okay.

It was nice, but it's defiantly not a hotel for tourists. If you stay there and you're not a local, they'll treat you like you're not even a person. Got nasty looks and rude comments. The rooms were nice and the bathroom, but there are many tour groups and kids and when we had breakfast it was crowded and the tables were never cleaned when we ate there.

Convenient location, close to the airport. There is plenty of parking at no extra charge. Lobby is nice but once you move past that the halls and room need a new coat of paint, it's obviously used often by people with luggage but it's clean and quiet.

Nice food and good service but it's modern minimalism on a budget, which makes for an unpleasant atmosphere. Broken fixtures and fittings everywhere.

Recently performed for a wedding hosted at the hotel but received unbelievably poor treatment from two members of staff who, instead of politely asking us to cease practice in the changing room (that we were allocated to four hours prior to this incident as it was the only available space for us to change) had immediately jumped to trying to remove us from the facilities. A newly employed woman (whose name I am not aware of but she has been working there only for 6 months) and Zuhaib — both of whom had taken to act completely inappropriately towards my manager and lead dancer, even going so far as to shout, "Oi, you f***ing cow! " He then had the audacity to lie to his manager and claim it is against his religion to swear at women, to which myself and the other dancers were absolutely gobsmacked. The other members of staff (particularly Flaviano) were very genuine and apologetic for the incident and made their best efforts to redeem their reputation by treating us with the utmost respect after this awful dispute. So until these two poor examples of employees are no longer working with the company, I recommend to be mindful if you stay/visit the hotel or avoid it at all costs!

Pleasant staff and plenty of on-site parking. Great for Heathrow and a £20 cab ride to Twickenham.

The rooms are simply amazing. Tidy and cleaned. The staff is very helpful, nice and polite. I just love spending my holiday in their hotel. It's an amazing place where you can enjoy their sauna and their pool as well as their treatment rooms.

Super! From loads of free well lit parking, efficient & warm reception welcome, spacious clean room, efficient & hot room service food (lukewarm food is a pet peeve at some hotels…) Comfy bed and free Wi-Fi. Only upgrade would be on the shower heads, a bit lame but perfectly functional!

Mega problems getting the hotel staff to understand our requirements (due to their total lack of understanding of the English language) for our stay. We were pushed from pillar to post and right until we arrived we were not convinced they had got our booking right and came prepared with a double sleeping bag! However, this was not needed and we were shown to our lovely double room with ensuite. The chef had even made us a beautiful anniversary cake. The room was cold and it took several hours of turning the heat up full blast to get it to an acceptable temperature, but lots of tea and coffee helped thaw us out. The room was big, clean and tidy with a stylish ensuite with a bath. The shower did not work properly so we used the bath. The hotel facilities were superb; the pool and sauna were amazing. We were on a Virgin Experience day and were a little disappointed to find that the very limited dinner menu was a "special" for Virgin customers. However, we needn't have worried because all the food was superbly cooked and really enjoyable (portions a little small though). The bed was super comfy and breakfast was plentiful and superb. We would happily return but would take our own electric fan heater.

The location at first seems a bit remote but the Bus and underground Connections are good. The rooms are very nice and clean. But a toilet brush would have been good ;). The Breakfast was ok. All of my questions at the front Desk could be answered. All in all, I can recommend the Hotel.

I went there for a wedding the venue was very nice very spacious but the catering which I'm not 100% sure if it's the hotels staff or a external one was terrible didn't refill any of the dishes half the people didn't even get any food it was poor service. But the hotel venue was beautiful.

This hotel is located in a place that is not easy to access unless you are driving or have some other mode of transport (not close to public transport that I am aware of). The rooms are well maintained. Some rooms require quite a bit of a walk to get to, like the one I stayed in, at the 'rear' of the hotel (that is just an observation and not a fault). The air conditioning is very silent and does not disturb like some (highly rated) places I have stayed at. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and some toiletries are supplied. There is a television in the room with USB and HDMI connectivity. Wi-Fi is good with no connectivity issues where I was. The food menu at the hotel is limited and is not anything much to brag about on the 'taste' front. Breakfast was included in the amount paid for the hotel reservation and was adequate. The hotel (lobby) can be extremely crowded at times, as it also hosts wedding receptions; something I found out on the second day of my stay here. The staff sound a bit abrupt at times, but otherwise, are friendly. All in all, my stay at the Heston Hyde was comfortable.

Modern, and clean. A nice hotel right by the airport. Great for functions too.
