Seems to be closed for refurbishment at the moment. Quite stingy with food when I went there for our Christmas meal.

It was ok. They were preparing to close for renovations, but the service was average for an economy hotel. Transportation was easily available and food was everywhere.

Friendly staff. Good food. Rooms are good value & a good nights sleep.

No frills hotel get what you pay for.
Good for people who are in the building trade lots of space for parking vans.

Maybe if someone got murdered in the rooms, they might get cleaned, it's on the direct flight path of Heathrow airport so no need to set your alarm for 05:30, booked 3 twin rooms and ended up with 3 doubles, somehow the hotel staff thought this was funny? It's a bum hole of a hotel where standing in the rain to have a wash would be more hygienic, the rooms are modelled on the refuge camp in France, at least breakfast was thrown in for the price, a fine art and talent was used in sourcing the blandest food known to man, as for the staff, I've seen more life in a tramps vest!

Yes enjoyed our stay, helpful staff with taxi's to airport etc. Comfy beds clean comfy rooms. Reasonable prices. Would recommend, oh pub on site to.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Simple Hotel. Large room and bathroom. The breakfast was very good. 15 minutes walk through the park to the Metro. Just great, we would spend our holidays right back at this hotel.

I and my friends stayed at Master Robert Hotel for 7 days. Just walk outside Heathrow Terminal 5 and its right there. Inside is very luxurious and modern, the rooms are very clean and well-furnished and accessorized.

Just spent the night in the Master Robert Hotel. The hotel is situated between the Heathrow and the Heathrow Terminal 5. Every member is staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast. Room was spacious for one night. I would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel from 10 to 19 April. Awful hotel, no Internet in the room, and we're in 2015. Missing the toilet brush in the bathroom, bathroom faucets just cleaned and dripping, cockroaches in the room. I would never recommend my friends to soggioenare in this hostel converted into a Hotel. We stayed at Master Robert Hotel the night before a flight. Location is near Terminal 5 and the hotel looks really very good and very good restaurant as well. Spotlessly clean. The hotel and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. We will stay again here.

It's pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. I've stayed here four years running as we do an annual car club meet in December at Ace Cafe then go out in the evening. It is clean but pretty basic and very outdated. The rooms have obviously not been renovated in a long time, the TV is an old CRT thing, the heater is huge, clunky and noisy, and the windows are single glazed. This is a problem as the hotel is right under the Heathrow flight path and the planes are frequent and loud only stopping between midnight and 4am. Since we've stayed a few times we take ear plugs, I strongly suggest you do the same! Most of these are minor things and since we weren't in the room very much, were tolerable. The thing I do have a problem with is charging £5 a day for car parking! There is plenty of it and the hotel is not located somewhere where people might park to go elsewhere. That said, the parking is right outside your room so is very handy and you can can claim it back if you spend more than £10 (per day) in the bar. Overall it is a reasonable hotel for the money but certainly more of a bed and breakfast than somewhere you'd want to spend much time.
