We stayed at the leonardo recently and it was amazing clean, friendly helpful staff lovely restaurant can't fault any of it would definitely stay again wonderful.

Amazing. Near to airport, the bedrooms are very confortable too.

Amazing service, rooms and all round great experience.
Had a delay and missed our coach from the airport so we booked in here. Y daughter got sick all over the bed and they came up to give us bedding straight away. Wonderful food, amazing staff and just a great experience after 2 days of flying…

Room was extremely cold. Bring with you sound proof headphones. Rooms are very old and used. Not recommended to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the stay at this hotel. We booked a room with 3 singles beds, which was on the first floor of the hotel. The room felt like it was something out of the 60's. The carpet was threadbare and had holes in it. The tile on the floor in the bathroom was cracked in numerous places, and moved as you walked on it. The shower stunk of mold, with mold growing around the shower area and sink. The towels were old and threadbare. It just felt totally rundown and old. On the plus side, the bedding felt clean, however the beds themselves were super old and you could feel the springs. Great location, super convenient, but badly in need of an update. I would rate this hotel closer to a 2 star than a 4 star.

Excellent service, quite, clean & nice rooms, conformable bed & pillows. The staff was very kind. Internet service was good. Good location. Everything was perfect.

They changed our Room and changed Floor. I booked Ground Floor with Sofa Bed and they gave me first floor with single bed. It was already paid, I asked for what I booked and they told me it was not available. Shuttle Service to Heathrow is paid service, they don't mention it on website and it arrives at 30 minutes interval. Be Careful! Won't Recommend booking this Hotel.

Very convenient hotel near Heathrow. The free U3 bus service to Heathrow central /Terminal 2&3, 4&5 is just 150m away from the hotel. Reasonably large sized room with large size TV and other necessary things such as kettle etc. The breakfast within the hotel is quite well spread choices for the price of 10 UK pounds. I requested for an early check in and hotel responded promptly asking me to check at the hotel on the given day. Luckily I could do early check in by 9am.

Booked for a weekend stay as near to everything we needed. Unfortunately life got in the way and had some bad news so cancelled all plans and our trip… this hotel still charged even though I was assured I had 'cancelled' my stay not changed any dates and that because I hadn't paid anything I wouldn't be charged. Their policy does clearly state no refunds but at this point I had not been charged and again I was assured it was all fine. 2 weeks later i'm £200 out of pocket and have been told I didn't even have the conversation about cancelling. Rubbish customer service and will never use this hotel, have shared my experience with several others who will no longer be giving their custom either.

Be careful when you stay here because they will take your money with absolutely no moral compunction and without offering anything in return if they are able. When booking my hotel I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Completely my fault (although their website made it easy to do). On arriving the attendant at the front desk couldn't change the dates saying they were booked and refused to refund me. She was, however, willing to cancel my reservation on the date I accidentally booked so that hotel kept my full payment for the date I actually booked and will be able to rent out the room I booked too, in exchange I got absolutely nothing. Booking the wrong dates was an honest mistake, and I understand if they were full on the day I genuinely needed, but the least they could've done was refund me for the incorrect date.

Fast check in, good food, good service. Worn mattress, constant humming noise beside room 1034. Friendly, helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast. Worth the rate.

No hairdryer, little staff available.

Room was very hot and air conditioning very ineffective. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Nice staff and convenient to local airport and can be reached in five minutes from Heathrow Central Bus station for free on the public bus.

I didn't like… Terrible dinner.

I really don't want to score so high as this will encourage everyone! Perfect after a gruelling 22 hour flight from Oz. Polite informative staff, great room (free upgrade if you join their free loyalty program which took less than a minute). Room so quiet I thought for a moment Heathrow had shutdown.

Nice, friendly, friendly and helpful staff. Although being close to the airport you don't hear noise.

What a great place to stay. We dropped someone off for a night flight and decided to stay overnight before travelling back to Wales. Bed was comfy a day it was quiet. Will definitely stay there again.

Frankly awesome! Nothing to complain about the food is excellent and the service is clean. The rooms are spotless.

Great hotel. Staff very helpful. Gala booking agent sold room with only a double bed for 3 of us so my son didn't have a bed. The lady on duty at reception that night sorted out a bed for my son and was extremely helpful.
Room was a good size and comfortable. Got our wake up call for early flight and the hotel organised a taxi for us to get to term 3.
Fantastic hotel to stay at if you have a early flight the next day.

Great night’s sleep. The room was clean, plenty of space and above all, quiet. This hotel is so convenient for terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Heathrow. We found the staff friendly and helpful. There are several options to get from the hotel to the airport; we chose to book a taxi through hotel reception — the taxi was ready and waiting for us at the allocated time — the price was good too. On return, we picked up a London black cab outside the terminal in the bus station; again the price was good and journey was quick. We took the package which included the parking. I must admit that we did struggle to find an empty spot and ended up parking along the side wall of the underground car park, which the hotel were happy with. To round up, I would definitely choose this hotel again to stay at using park and fly package.

Nice and comfortable hotel near the airport.

My wife and I were flying to Shannon so stayed here one night. Staff were very courteous and we had a very pleasant stay. Didn't have anything to eat but we found the drink at the bar expensive. Apart from that a lovely hotel.

I had an allergic reaction to whatever product they use for cleaning. The smell of perfumed cleaner was very strong in our room and I had a sore throat and headache all night. I would have asked to switch rooms but the smell was in the common areas too, just not as concentrated. Also there are many sets of large heavy doors to get through in order to get to one's room and it was very inconvenient to try to manage those with luggage. The staff members were very friendly and the restaurant food was very good. Location is good. My rating is solely based on the overpowering perfume throughout the building.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the bed and bedding! It was very comfortable to sleep in, and it's a shame I only stayed for a few hours. The bathroom is pretty, everything was clean, and there was free water in the rooms. The price for a room for 3 people was fair, considering the hotel is so close to the Airport. I have no complaints.

Comfortable room and bedding. In room hot water kettle and iron/board. Heating unit worked well and room was quiet for being next to Runway 27R. The restaurant food was plentiful and tasted fine along with late night beers at the bar. Nearby is fast food dining and a local pub. Over all I had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel LHR.

Had a good night's sleep in this comfortable hotel very close to Heathrow. Large comfortable room. Great breakfast included in the price. The hoppa bus takes you right to the door. Would stay here again.

Good hotel, good location for Heathrow terminals with very friendly staff.

Great for one night stay. Easy check in check out! Great staff. The food at the restaurant was okay! Convenient location arrived in T5 and departed from T3. Taxi was 10£

The hotel is cheap and the room was really good. We checked in, slept on the comfy beds and checked out for our flight so we didn't have time to check the Wi-Fi etc but you get complementary sparkling water. The bathroom and shower were excellent. The breakfast felt wanting but it's good if you just wanted a bite to eat before a flight. I would have rather spent my money on the airport though.

Comfortable rooms and very lojusas, it is necessary to improve the breakfast.

I've stayed at the Leonardo several times now and no doubt I shall stay here again. Of particular note are the pleasant and efficient staff, the reasonably priced food and drink and the excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are modern and comfortable and it's easy to get to the hotel from the airport using the Hotel Hoppa service.

I have stayed at this hotel several times now. I find it to be good value for money, clean, easy check in, and out. Good meals, friendly staff. And a generally easy fuss free stay. Very convenient for Heathrow with regular buses, ora hotel taxi service.

The stay was absolutely flawless and I had no trouble with the arrangements whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The food during the breakfast buffet was tasty and hot. The room was always heated and everything was clean, not to mention getting free sparkling water everyday!. Overall extremely satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I booked and paid a month in advance, everything was in perfect order at check-in and took less than 5 minutes — much appreciated after a late-night arrival at Heathrow. Got a good burger from room service near midnight, and then went right to bed. Wake-up call came exactly at 6:30 as I requested, and breakfast was outstanding. Good food, good service, clean room. Great for an overnight and convenient to the airport. Price was reasonable.

Good price, clean, good attention, modern, all very good.

Having stayed many times the hotel still offers a good service at a competitive price. However some staff should smile occasionally. The menu in the restaurant needs updating and better quality fresh fruit needed at breakfast. Hotel is always very clean apart from the rogue cobweb in my bathroom. Good stay as always, no major issues.

Easy reach of Heathrow by hoops bus for less than a fiver. Staff very helpful and courteous. Food in restaurant deliscious and reasonably priced. Service at the bar very good. Rooms clean but slightly dated but for an overnight stay more than adequate.

First, you only get there with a buss that runs away from the central station. Because Central station is easy to find and is easily accessible from all 3 termineln. The Buss Hart 24 hours one can drive up Harlington Lane for free with and asks her to drive there changes money in Germany is much cheaper whose commission is hair streubend.

Smooth check in. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. It is perfect choice for me rather Than cheaper options I used earlier at. Heathrow. Will stay again.

Super helpful staff, nice rooms great buffet.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night, prior to returning to the U. S. And found it a pleasant place to stay. The only thing we found that was a slight negative, was the doors. They would slam shut if you weren't careful. Other than that, the room was clean, nice and comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant the night before with friends from London and found that enjoyable as well. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Thank you for a nice stay.

Very nice hotel close to Heathrow with shuttle service. Clean and comfortable room. The thermostat didn't seem to want to shut off so I had to turn off the cooling manually. The drain was a bit slow in the sink. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was great. Very good value for money.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Efficient, friendly, and so helpful with directions, etc. The check in was fast and smooth, and we were able to check in early both times we stayed, which was so helpful. Our reservation was found immediately, and we really felt welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed, wardrobe space and toiletries were nice too as were the reading lamps and chair. The bathroom was spacious. We needed to be helped with operating the telly, maybe an instruction sheet for overseas visitors? The free bus stops right next to the hotel and there was a shop and a children's park 3 minutes walk away. We had a lovely view of the 'planes taking off from our window too. Altogether a very good stay both times, and we would stay here again! Many thanks!

I was actually going to give this place four stars until I got jerked around by the front office staff. Be very careful when you check in for the scam that is the morning taxi call. I wanted to leave at 4:30am, so the person at the front desk told me they would arrange for a taxi at 4:30, I said maybe I'll get an Uber and she said they're not reliable around here, and then I asked whether there's a hotel shuttle and she said it's actually at 4:45 and you might be cutting it close. So she wore me down to the point where I said yes, and I went upstairs and went to bed. Fast forward to the next morning, I come down at 4:30 and say where's my taxi and they say "wait over there" and then they call the taxi. I didn't order a taxi for one to be called, I ordered it for it to be at the goddamn door at 4:30. I ended up telling the guy at the desk to get bent, because it was 445 and the shuttle arrived and my 430 taxi still wasn't there. What a load of shit. Long story short, they're obviously getting kick backs from the taxi driver to give him work, regardless of how much it cost you, or how inconvenient it is for you. Don't fall for it.

I stayed for one night, was supposed to be flying out the following morning but my plans had changed!
The room was clean and spacious and I was surprised at how quiet it was considering I was facing the runway… I couldn't hear the planes at all when the window was closed.
We had free Wi-Fi, hot and cold complimentary drinks as well as the usuals such as sewing kit, soaps etc. For an additional cost we had overnight underground parking and breakfast.
There is a great (and very well priced) pub just up the road called the 3 magpies so we had dinner there as it was much, much cheaper and the staff there were very welcoming.
Breakfast was very nice and all tasted fresh, we had a full English and I also had a bowl of fruit & yoghurt.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars but I found the staff I encountered, as polite as they were, all seemed somewhat miserable in their jobs, making them a little unaporoachable.

The choice of the hotel was dictated by the proximity to the airport and the excellent price for a triple room, 90 euro. The room was clean so how nice the guy at check-in. Negative note the exorbitant cost for a bottle of water 6 euros.

A pretty typical Holiday Inn on the edge of the runway at Heathrow. The hotel rooms are Ok and the staff friendly. The food in the bar area is better than many hotels I've been to. The club sandwich is a particular highlight if you're hungry. This is a good spot to grab a bed if your flight is very early or very late as it's only minutes from the main terminal hub (though look elsewhere if you're flying from T5).

Two couples on this trip. We had been touring for a week. Wanted a good place to stay the night before our flight home. It was a very nice place. Clean, Internet worked and free, Smelled good, Food and drinks great, Staff courteous. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

4 Stars? Wife and I stopped in after a delayed flight into Heathrow as the price looked good. What we've experienced has not. My power adapter for Europe/UK was damaged in Venice and I was kindly directed to a vending machine which had the adapter for 8 £. Upon inspecting the room a bit more the bed had hair in it and the hair dryer provided sounded like a buzz saw. It had also melted part of the outer casing. I can only see staying here if you needed the car park or really liked thw bar. Avoid otherwise.

Stayed one night before morning flight, parking for a week. Booking (by phone) screwed up and no parking booked and leaving early this needed to be sorted with some confusion behind desk. The Duty Manager Enderson Mar-fan sorted it quickly, efficiently and sent us to Terminal in a taxi on the hotel. All done with courtesy and calm good humour. This man is a star and any top rate hotel should headhunt him! Pleasant room, good experience and great staff, nothing but praise.

Good enough for what I needed. The rooms are getting scruffy but the breakfast is reasonable and staff polite. Not what I'd call 4 Star though, seeing as this is London (if only the edge of it). Didn't try the Wi-Fi though.

In February of 2010 I was with my family in the hotel because she is us postergo a day trip to buenos aires.
