Lovely rooms… recommend! Large room.

Poor alto if decor is dated and staff are rude.

They have no empathy for their neighbours. Employ contractors with a crane that bleeps loudly all day from early morning to late night. Their customers and local residents have complained but are being ignored. Why chose a hotel with such an uncaring nature? This is during lockdown when we are advised to stay at home.

You’ll be disappointed to see the place. Please view the place before you book the venue. The place is messy. There is a cash and carry right next to it!

Went for a meeting in one of the halls. Nice large size, chandeliers, carpet, tables for eight people comfortably, foyer also carpeted. Nice for a wedding or conferences.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms are very nice clean and TV and coffee making facilities, shower over the bath, nice view excellent food and atmosphere, I stayed two nights with my boyfriend and really recommend it.

Great value for money! Hotel located on the central line of the Underground 30 minutes from central London. Breakfast offered. The only downside is the dilapidated bathroom, the bathtub joints are not clean. Otherwise good stay.

The staff seem to be the ones holding this place together. They were extremely polite and helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Unfortunately the hotel itself was a complete let down. I arrived to be given a room adjacent the pub. This had what can only be described as an industrial blower that generated the most annoying noise. There was also 3 or 4 flies flying around the room. I asked at reception for a different room and was given another room on the other side of the hotel. This side had a railway line. There were no flies in this room but when I went down for dinner I spent most of my time between bites swinging at flies to stop then landing on me and my food. I asked for an ironing board and what was brought up had seen better days. See pic. I will not be staying here again. The office door behind reception was left open and the mess and disorganization in there was for all to see. It did not fill me with confidence when I arrived and my experience here only confirmed my initial concerns.

I feel bad giving this hotel only 3 stars but all things considered I think its fair. Positives — Location is great for the tube, service was great and the room was spacious. Negatives — The place is really dated, it is crying out for updated decor and some well needed maintenance. I was only staying for the night but at £109 a night I would expect better. All in all it served a purpose and I would probably stay there again but I am not fussy, if I was I would been very unhappy with the state of the rooms.

The staff are polite and very accommodating, they're the best part of the hotel. Unfortunately I couldn't get over the fact that a smoke free hotel reeked if cigarette smoke.

Great location. Right next to central line station second wall. Very average rooms and air con doesn't work. Rooms need updating. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

Good value for money, very clean and tidy double room. Excellent continental breakfast. Near to central line, shops nearby. Indian or Italian evening meals. Pub next door serves a variety of meals.

It's right next to the South Ruislip tube station. Apart from that I can see no reason to recommend this hotel. The bar has a television blaring out Sky Sports. The restaurant serves Italian and Indian. The staff are surly. The rooms are comfortable but tired. The parking is free. I suppose for the close proximity to London actually it's not so bad. Maybe I should have given it 4 stars.

Easy access to park locally. Not sure about the security guards after 11pm. Rooms are quite nice.

Basic but nice! Parking on the weekend is a nightmare, especially if there is a private function! Staff seemed pleasant.

We stayed in room 214 as we arrived we noticed we had 1 large towel between 2 of us! When my hubby asked for more they said there isn't any! Staff didn't really care at all. No gowns in the room no glasses to drink water nothing. The next morning we had to go down to collect breakfast as there is no room service! They only had milk and no alternative to it like soya or almond… we had to eat our toast dry as there was no butter! About 10:30 (check out is at 11! ) My hubby couldn't take a shower as there was no water. When I rang reception after the third time they answered told them about shower… "We are aware of that is nothing we can do" Wouldn't stay here again as it's a joke. It looks like the owner and it's staff had already given up on this place.

Hotel may have been getting in the years, but ok. Kitchen is excellent!

The place is wonderful, the staff is nice also the prices are affordable for London. In the room I also had a nice bath that was great to use in cold days also the food in bar is good — tasty and you also get recommendations from staff if needed. The breakfast is continental, but you can also order like full English breakfast if you like.

Stayed in room 119. Room was reasonable size, a little dated but excellent value for money in London 1 minute walk from South Ruislip station. Free parking with a guard! There's also room service available.

Ok. It's cheap and it shows. The rooms are tired and showing some dilapidation. Do NOT take a rooming the first floor. If you requested a quiet room online ask again at the desk. Also, quiet appears to be a relative value. Breakfast does not include Lavazza coffee. The coffee was horrid. In short, it's cheap so don't expect much more than a bed, comfortable, and staff who are well meaning and attentive. Ps there's a pretty good cinema with a good Frankie and Benny's within a 10 min walk.

My partner and I stayed here after a wedding reception at the rear of the hotel. We had a tiny room and one towel between us! For breakfast we ordered hot food only to find part of the food was still frozen. Unfortunately most of the staff did not speak good English and were rude and abrupt. We won't be staying there again.

Nice employees, clean hotel standard breakfast with the opportunity for money to access more choice.

A bad experience for sure, key card wasn't working and instead of being polite enough to come up and give it to us instead told me to come down. I paid for breakfast to be included when asking for eggs they said that costs £5 a head extra, like are they for real! So I would definitely advise to ask what is included in breakfast as the most obvious thing wasn't included.

Arrived on Friday and was greated very professionally at reception. Our room is large and well appointed. Breakfast was as expected and dinner was excellent value.

Convenient location as it's close to the train station and supermarkets/ takeaways. Free hotel parking with security guard at all times. Value for money in terms of room prices however furniture a bit old and not 100% clean. Enough to get by from one night to the other. Breakfast is good and has a good selection. Can get a bit rough at night time when people have a few drinks and cause problems and disturbance.

Location is good. Next to the underground amd sainsburys superstore. Rooms are adequate. Old fashioned. Wallpaper was pealing off however the room does the job. Continental breakfast is complimentary which is always good.

One star based on the fact it had a roof and a bed. Though the latter was only part of my issue. 2nd time I've stayed in a Ramada. I said it would be the last, the first time. This is definitely the last time.

Basic hotel. Rooms clean and tidy. Small food area. Bar prices are reasonable for London. Rooms could do with updating.

The location is easy to find. Food was nice. Dance area was big.

We have been to the Ramada Hotel restaurant 5 times and we highly recommend it. The chef Andy is an excellent cook. He provides outstanding service and exceptional quality of food, especially the steak and the Indian. Andy is very friendly and comes out to great us personally to see if we are satisfied with our meal. Nothing is too much trouble and we will definitely return in the future. Well the fire alarms definitely work. Thanks to the woman from Ireland for putting them to the test at 2am and waking all guests for the next few hours. Other than that, the hotel would have been a very pleasant stay.

Very good. Staff helpful, right beside tube/rail, but noise not a problem.

Ideal location for access to Wembley stadium vial train. Hotel dated and in need of modernisation. Rooms adequate but not very clean. Only 13 tables for breakfast. Had to queue for a table! Coffeemachone ran out of milk. Poor in general. Room was on ground floor. Lots of noise from hotel staff from around 7 am! Only one member of bar staff.

Really nice hotel, close to tube station and has on site parking. Continental breakfast was included and we could even request a bath for our room instead of a shower. Would stay again.

Didn't stay here but attended a seminar in one of the meeting rooms. Staff were extremely pleasant, the room was always in good order and snacks were served throughout the day as well as having tea and coffee topped up. I enjoyed my time here. The only issue was the parking which was not ideal but they seem slightly pushed for space in that regard.

Went to a wedding at this location (in the convention center), and even stopped by the lobby bar a few times. The staff was helpful (helped me clean out a stain on my jacket), and the venue was in great condition. Very nice place for an event.

The hotel was very good. Nice rooms with a nice size and friendly staff. It took about 30 to get to the hotel by train from central London. The hotel was right next to the station which was very nice.

Pleasant atmosphere, great service from staff, nice food from the bar snacks menu at a decent price.

Excellent staff, free parking and good continental breakfast. Right next to tube station. We arrived early, the reception staff were very courteous. They allowed us to park for free before check in and assisted us with the underground map, so we could explore London and check in later. On our check in the reception staff were different but again courteous and allowed us to change our booking dates. The restaurant staff Bobby and Sylvia at breakfast were excellent, and most helpful assiting with breakfasts. Continental Breakfast buffet had good choice. The croissants and pain au chocolate were very fresh. Fresh orange and grapefruit juice were nice. Cereals plentiful and good choice. Literally, next door to Ruislip underground station. Sainsburys across the road. The room and bathroom are basic but VERY GOOD for 3 star standard. Some rail noise but this did not disturb our sleep. Very family friendly staff… Overall, we would definately stay here again. Most of all the staff made our stay very pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly, the pizza next door was surprisingly good.

Stayed fro 29 October to 1st November. Very clean, very polite and helpful staff. Restaurant service excellent. Continental breakfast free. Hot breakfast very good and reasonably priced. Close to heathrow airport. South ruislip station 2 minutes walk. We will always stay here in future while visiting London UK. It should be atleast 4-5 star.

ATTENTION! I stayed three nights in November and TWO NIGHTS OUT of THREE there was no hot water IN the bathroom!
The problem was extended to all Hotel rooms, and my request for explanations they answered vaguely saying that they would have done so as soon as possible to repair the damage.
