Small hotel but very clean and convenient for our business in London. Amenities were a nice surprise, such as the mini bar drinks (non alcoholic) being complementary. Staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Room was fair size and the bed was very comfortable. The chocolate in the room and l'occitane products for the bathroom were also very nice.

Excellent hotel, clean, well done out, parking available. Staff incredibly efficient and friendly. Breakfast too.

Very clean. * 2 minutes walk from Hendon Central Station. * The bathroom vanity kits have all you need: toothbrush, shaving kit, slippers, and many more. * Breakfast options are a little bit limited, but the Tea is fantastic.

Location is perfect 5 mins from underground, Hotel has parking and staff very friendly. Rooms are very well presented and extremely clean. Would stay again.

Very cozy and warm hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast served every morning and plenty of parking available on site.

Great hotel. Good that you can park your car there and it's only 1 minute walk from the tune station.

Great location with good links to central London. Fantastic hotel overall, very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were attentive, the room was incredible and breakfast was cosy and delicious. Highly recommended.

Although the hotel is a little out of the way, it is well served by public services (Metro: and bus at very few steps). The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are spotless and it's nice to find toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, razor, nail file, Toglitrucci diskettes and cotton sticks in addition to the usual cap and shower. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, from cereals to smoked salmon. Great value for money.

Lovely place to stay. 9 / 10. Very close to Hendon Central underground and short journey to City centre. Generous breakfast with toast, cereal, pastries, Fruit, yoghurts, and a large selection of meats, cheeses and pates. Comfortable beds and quiet location.

Tries to be a boutique hotel but the squeaky floor boards and filthy ironing board tell the real story — two B&Bs joined together and tarted up. The whole hotel was left without hot water because of a tripped fire alarm. Only positives were a decent mattress and better than average breakfast.

The Hide London was our base for a weekend in the city. We chose this hotel because of price, location, free parking and reviews. It is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and it is less than 5 mins walk to the trains. Great choice.

Nice, small, family-run hotel with clean and well equipped rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful staff, which is also always on call. The breakfast room is a bit small, the breakfast itself offers a large enough selection and is constantly replenished. The employee Margot was particularly committed and has also fulfilled personal wishes (strength of the coffee). The nearby subway station is only a few minutes ' walk away and about a 30 minute drive to the city of London. It is also noteworthy that the fridge in the room was filled with water and soft drinks every day! Highly recommended, we would stay here again at any time!

Nice little hotel in North London. Hard to walk to downtown, but close to a good tube stop. Lots of food options nearby and the hotel has some parking, in case you are driving to the place. Staff was friendly.

Nice hotel, clean, bed & pillows comfy. Lovely continental breakfast. Room warm but air-conditioning & window if your not a light sleeper as aircon npisy & we could hear the traffic with it open. We stayed in room 4, would recommend. We arrived early & they accommodated us with no quibble. We heard no noise from any quests until breakfast time. Spacious bathroom, amazing they had an additional shower head for lady bits, loved this touch. We forgot to pack a shower mat & I felt unsafe as the floor in the shower unit was slippy. Tube station a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to from the underground, nice rooms. Staff have been extremely friendly and helpful.

I came to United Kingdom travel, stay here. This is a lovely hotel, friendly staff, knowledgeable and you can ask them questions. They will give an answer soon. Room is big enough, very good and soft spot would have been preferable, this person, I like the soft bed.

First time visiting the hide, and will now use it everytime we need a bolt-hole close to the tube for trips and treats in central London. Hendon Central tube station is two minutes away (Northern Line), the staff are great, breakfast is included, rooms and spaces are appropriate for the number of guests (smaller) have a premium feel for premier in prices. Lovely little touches lost on the bigger chains like complimentary chocolates and mini fridge, or even L'ocitane toiletries. Definitely recommend. Don't forget to reserve a parking space ahead if your stay though!

Excellent little hotel just a couple of minutes walk from Hendon Central and the tube to the city. It exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect, modern and clean, the beds were very comfortable and satisfied both a hard — and a soft bed person :) Very helpful staff, and most importantly; a lovely breakfast continental style with lots of fresh fruit and baked goods. We would warmly recommend anyone to stay here, and gladly come back another time.

Perfect treatment. We stayed 4 nights, perfect care, cleaning, breakfast buffet amazing, all kinds of accessories. Slightly away from the Centre but within walking distance of the metro (exactly between zones 3 and 4). It did not seem that we were in London (for the crappy-accommodations to which I'm accustomed).
Highly recommended.

The only negative is far from the Center.

Stayed for a week in October 2012 to visit all that London has to offer and found the staff to be extremely helpful, the hotel beautifully clean and well equipped and as for the breakfast, well it was absolutely amazing — as much as you could eat and then some! Free parking was a real bonus and with less than 5 mins walk to Hendon Central tube it was deal for getting into the city each day. Can't fault it and will definately stay again if in area.

About a year ago, my daughter was starting a new job in Hendon and we needed somewhere suitable for her to stay, whilst she tried to sort out a house-share. The staff at The Hide couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful — they took the stress out of what could otherwise have been a really difficult situation. I cannot praise them highly enough, particularly the manager Ranjit, who went out of his way to help.

Good hotel on the outskirts of London with free parking. Perfect for driving in from the north and getting the underground into the centre. Clean rooms, great service and nice breakfast.
