It is lovely to arrive to a very welcoming receptionist, the gent is always friendly and now remembers me, has everything's sorted without any complications.

Nice hotel good pub next door free parking.

Lovely staff and nice and quiet despite the pub next door. All rooms are air conditioned so no need to have the windows open despite it being 25 degrees outside at 10.30pm when I was there!

Complained the room smelt of weed to be told that we had used the room and therefore it was unfair for them to change it. We had only lied in the beds. Found evidence in the room that someone had been smoking. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience.

Clean room, all you need for stress free stay! Lovely, friendly and very helpful staff. Same with pub next door, where you have your breakfast — good portion and variety. Recommended.

3rd time staying here for theatre and shopping trip into London. 10minute walk to Perivale central line station then 20min journey into centre of London. Very pleasantly surprised to see upgrade of previously shabby pub next door. Had very acceptable meal there, steak cooked just as I asked and from friendly staff… definitely recommend.

This was an unexpected visit for me and my family. We turned up late in the evening, the lady on reception desk was very helpful and made a family room up for us making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, bedding and towels were fresh and we had a peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was an extra cost for the adults however the children are free. This was served in the restaurant next door. Thwre was a great choice of hot and cold food (full English breakfast items, continental, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and crumpets) and plenty of cold and hot drink options too. We returned for our evening meal and were not dissappointed.

Absolutely amazing service, centred just outside of London it's a 5 minute walk to the tube where you can get straight into central London. Oh and if you ask for hot choclate you can make hot choclate in the room, decent prices too.

Excellent staff, really clean room. First full nights sleep Iv had in weeks. The pub next door was great too for a bite to eat before driving to twickenham for Eminem.

Great location for London weekends out/gigs/events. Easy parking and access to the tube. Inclusive breakfast sets you up for the day.

Clean and comfortable rooms, we are a family of 6 with young children. The staff allowed us to share one room instead of being separated in two. Otherwise it would be 3 stars.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to the nearest London Underground Station and about half hour train ride into the city on the Central Line within zone 4. It takes about half an hour drive drive to Wembley Stadium. Hotel has all you need with friendly staff with useful information. The hotel offers free parking too. Next to the hotel is a pub restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My experience there was pleasant the rooms are clean people are helpful and the price is affordable for everyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening.

Friendly staff on reception. Room was ok but traffic was loud through the windows which sounded and felt like they were open although shut. Located in handy spot.

Hotel good and staff friendly… restaurant in pub food was fine but it was very messy environment… tables not cleared etc.

Still wondering how a hotel clean and comfy like this one has that reasonable prices! I'm pretty sure they have an amazing team that knows how to do business, I'm pretty sure I'll stay with them again when I visit the UK next time. Service staff were very polite and professional, not once I entered without a warm greetings from one if the staff. Great job guys.

Lovely welcome, friendly which is more than I can say for pub next door. Menu not very good for non meat eaters and I opted for just a plate of veg as even the pasta and soup contained cream. Did not bother with breakfast,

Really good Premier Inn with great staff. The food standard is really good and the staff are a true asset to the chain. The rooms are what you expect from the Premier Inns — clean and spacious. Will absolutely use again.

We stayed for two nights at this Premier Inn. The room was to the usual standard. Comfortable, nice bed with a decent shower. The breakfast was excellent, cereals, full English, yogurts etc. The staff were great, very helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the station. Great for getting into London.

Happy, helpful friendly staff on reception. Not far from Perivale underground station, in walking distance. Ample size rooms for the 4 of us. Clean rooms and everything you need for your stay.

Typical Premier Inn next to a local pub. Free parking. 10 min walk to Perivale central line tube. Easy access to central London. The pub serves breakfast and evening meals. The hotel is right on the A40 so easy access to motorway. The rooms are well sound proofed so there's hardly any traffic noise. However this results in stuffy airless rooms. The Ultimate Wifi is supposed to work with 3 devices but would only work with one. Overall I would recommend this location.

Its beautiful and neat place with beautiful receptionist. She was amazing helpful.

Great hotel. Restaurant next door was okay, the carvery was dry and you could tell it had been out all day.

Always a friendly greeting from reception staff. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Considering it's near the motorway it's very quiet. There is a breakfast buffet in the pub next door which is fine as long as you don't turn up early or late in service as there is often not a full availability.

I never stayed in the hotel but I went to the pub restaurant and was impressed. It's absolutely massive. And the carvery looked amazing. Staff were friendly too.

Stayed here often since 2001. It is much improved. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Friendly staff on reception. Still bugs me you only get one hand towel per room in all Premier Inns now but just ask and they will bring another one. There are two bath towels always. Restaurant next door been nicely refurbished and has Carvery now. We had breakfast but it wasn't as good as when they did freshly plated cooked breakfast. Staff there friendly too. Will continue to use this Premier Inn.

Rooms are big and clean, only downfall is the shambles of a pub next door it's affiliated with. Lager is watered down and food is sub standard. That being said, if your looking to just get your head down you can't fault it.

Superb place to stay for visiting London. Easy to get to by car and the underground only 5 mins walk (Zone 4). The family room comfortable and the bed excellent. Eating next door is friendly and efficient.
