Room was clean and tidy and we had a bit of a view just what we needed before flights back home a nice rest.

I booked 7x rooms for my wedding guests to stay in 2 weekends ago. Upon checking in NONE of the rooms had been booked despite 2 confirmation emails being sent. Additionally reception called me 6x on my wedding day (during the wedding reception itself) even though I confirmed (as mentioned earlier) that each guest was to pay individually for their room PLUS the room type guests were to be allocated. Additionally my security deposit is yet to be refunded 11days since checking out. I've tried to call multiple times however the call keeps dialing out. Despite this the room itself was clean and tidy, I cannot fault the hotel itself there however the customer service was appauling.

Creaky floors, little to no sound insulation, the shower rail was left on the bed by room service when I arrived, breakfast was cheaper if you bought it separately than with the room (from a breakfast cafe across the road rather than in the hotel itself), and dirty bedding. They are busy renovating but would not recommend as it is now. Parking was very useful though.

We regularly stay in Holtwhites Hotel for family reasons. It provides clean, comfortable accommodation at reasonable rates for London. It is situated within walking distance of Enfield town centre and station. There are lots of restaurants, traditional English pubs and cafes close to the hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming. It could benefit from the installation of air conditioning for the summer months.

Pretty mediocre hotel. No bar or restaurant. Breakfast should you choose to purchase it is at the cafe accross the road. In my opinion it should be called a guest house rather than a hotel. I was in a superior room and to be honest there wasn't anything superior about it.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and it had a comfy bed too.

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly on arrival which is always nice. The room however, was very basic indeed. The TV didnt work so we had to ask reception for a plug in ariel so we could watch it. The view from the window was a brick wall and the bathroom was freezing cold due to no heat coming from the radiators despite being on full. The hot water was also hit or miss. It took a long time to come through and at one point there wasn't any at all. Unfortunately due to those issues I wouldn't come back. The room was clean and tidy though with fresh bedding and lots of tea/coffee sachets.

Great boutique like hotel in North London, friendly staff, good facilities. Rooms clean and tidy, well priced. Only drawback is the road noise, it's on a busy crossroads, but otherwise recommended!

Basic but adequate. Small room. Comfortable bed. Clean.

Have stayed here 4 times now, road noise is not good if you are a light sleeper, it has limited parking space, council place next door takes up a lot of the spaces, 24 hour reception is good, room's are ok, pleasant staff, not bad all round.

Very nice hotel gd clean nice staff friendly I am here second time I liked I enjoyed.

This hotel appauling broken beds, dirty rooms staff are slack and don't seem to have any information or what is going on.

People working are really friendly, however I don't think the rooms are as good as they should be.

Not to end. Had faulty shower in twin room got upgraded to family room. Much better.

The service here was good, there was an issue with the room we were given but it was quickly resolved and the staff were very polite.

Very noisy hotel, heard people all night long coming and going. Doors banging and the mans heavy breathing in the room next door. Very disturbed sleep.

We stayed for just one evening on 10th Dec 2016. I requested a family room for my wife, our two children (three years and one year) and myself and were allocated a triple 'superior' room. It contained a double bed and two singles but I was informed that we would be charged extra for a travel cot (the first time this has ever happened in all the hotels we have stayed in around the world! ) The first thing I noticed was that the room smelt quite musty, a bit like an old people's home, and the décor was very dated and not in great condition. Stains on the skirting boards and wallpaper and mould in the very tired, old bathroom. The window in the room was wide open when we arrived (luckily it was a mild day) and it soon became evident that this was to counter the fact that it was baking hot in the room despite the radiator being turned off. We paid £95 which did not include the travel cot or breakfast and would not recommend the hotel to anyone at that price. The quality was no better than that of a hostel. The only plus points are i) there is a private car park which is very convenient and ii) the staff were very friendly and approachable — the receptionist managed to find us a lamp when we requested it (although surely there should be one in a hotel room anyway? ).

It done what it said on the tin! Very comfortable beds too. Lovely.

Nice hotel, clean and cheap, nice area really friendly staff.

I was here 7 months & worth every penny. Miss it now but may return if something bad happens 2 me!
