Rough area, restaurant closed, bar closed at no time when I booked it did it say they would be closed, bins just by front door overflowing with alcohol empties people stood by the door drinking.

Stayed here a few times it’s spot on as 99% of PI are.

Great place and worth the stay if needed.

Lovely place to stay food and staff lovely.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Great team here. I have stayed here many times and am met with big smiles and chat from every member of this team. Today they had an IT glitch which meant they had to take everyone to their rooms. They handled this with smiles and nothing was an issue. I would be proud to have a team like this.

Very central. Uber to the station. Rooms very clean and quiet even with hebroad right outside your window.

5th visit here, always looked after, nice friendly staff, usual premier inn clean and comfortable rooms and eat all you can breakfasts.

It was 00:45 when a women and her child casually walked into our room obviously thinking it’s theirs. How the hell on earth does that happen!?!? And how should I fall asleep again!?!?

The staff are doing the job properly and beautiful hotel.

This is a great hotel. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable and the showers are decent. The location is good for transport with rail/tube stations being a short walk or bus ride away. Not much else in the area though, not that nice being just off the M4. But overall worth it. Plenty of parking space. Better than Kew Bridge Premier Inn down the road which had no parking.

Poor, poor and poor! I can’t express how bad this place was when I stayed. Rude operations manager (Rajeev Kumar) and night supervisor that was with him (a lady) no customer service skills whatsoever, both incompetent at their job and the manager thought he was entitled to talk to customers in a bad way and wasn’t able to deal with room issues when I had reported I had no clean towels and my room hadnt been cleaned for the entire 3 days I was there. Housekeeping staff are dirty and they don’t change the sheets or clean the rooms properly. Other staff were rude and not trained at all in this hotel or equipped with the necessary skills to deal with customers, not surprised given the bad management they have. The rooms smelt stale and of smoke, absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Fantastic Property with Aircon! and very accessible public transport. 20mins from Heathrow Airport by car. Staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful… 10 out of 10!

I decided to stay here while visiting London as it’s walking distance to my family apartment. That was a big mistake as this place is dirty, you just can’t tell from the missleading pictures. They do not change the bed sheets or pillow cases during your stay, they turn them over and make the bed again when you are out of your room to make it look like they changed them to clean/fresh sheets. I realised this when I got food on the duvet and the next day, I came back to find it on the inside of the duvet, it was just turned over and made to look clean. I called reception to complain and they said they would send someone up to change it. A room service lady came and took some of the bedding and rudely said she would come back as she only has 2 hands… is that really how people are trained to talk to customers? Not only is the room service rude but so are the reception staff. If you do decide to stay here, check your sheets and you will see they are never changed. Also parking is £10 a day in a dark, damp, cramped basement that’s pretty scary day or night akin to something from a horror movie. There is no street parking around here, so you are forced to park in their car park. 1 evening I dropped 2 towels on the floor and asked for new ones and reception preceded to question me about why I need new towels and if I had more people staying in the room with me. Never have I been interrogated because I needed replacement towels.

Nice hotel and nice room, check in wasn't very smooth and rogue hairs in the 'clean' bathroom otherwise would have been 5 star.

Shame on those of you running this place. Every single evening/night, drunkheads and plain stupid people keep us residents awake. Coaches heading to the airport at unearthy hours keep their engines on for hours and having you on our doorstep is a curse. Not sure how anyone staying here can get any sleep but as far as I can see most of them are probably people crashing after a drunken night out. A formal complaint will shortly be in the post to your management and to our local council.

The room equipment is pretty standard, however, it smells badly of some chemicals. Giving-headache badly. And of course you can’t open the window : (

Rooms are quiet despite being opposite A4 Clean and friendly. Had a very bad meal though — gammon ham fatty and undercooked, egg hard and chips probably reheated so a bit of a let down. Kew Premier Inn is a better option for me.

Didn't stay here, but went here to eat breakfast each day. For $12 it was a full English breakfast including sausages, eggs of any kind you'd want, hash brown cakes, "bacon, " several juices, milk, cereal, muffins, pancakes, crumpets, toast, Nutella, Marmite, etc. Was really impressive and the best breakfast we had while traveling!

I wasn't expecting it to be so nice! The rooms were huge and reasonably priced, the staff were so friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back.

Premier inn delivers clean tidy pleasant to stay. There are no windows facing the main road hence very little noise if any. The building is a solid construction did there's no noise from upper floors. Food is great and the difference is that's outs tyme restarunt which is run by premier inn staff. Decently stay there again its local to central London and airport good all round.

Price performance fits, breakfast very good!

Like all premier inn rooms are a decent size. Check in was nice and quick. I have stayed in many premier inn and this one needs some tlc. In our room a few stains on the wall. The window could not be opened as no handle. This could be intentional but it needed to be closed properly as a slight draft was coming through. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Always had lots of food and never ran out. Not to far from train station either.

Nice clean rooms. Safe parking. Really lovely food and fantastic service from the lads tonight. Perfect distance to Kew gardens. Will recommend and come back.

Possibly the best customer service we have ever received! Our little boy was treated like royalty at dinner, The staff have gone above and beyond to give us the best experience, would highly recommend!

Decent hotel. English Breakfast at the top ^^ and the bus will drop you off right next to the hotel I recommend!

Hotel room was well cleaned and stocked with amenities. Hassle free check in and helpful staff. A bit far from London's city center but its worth the money to stay here. Wonderful hotel.

This is an ideal location for catching the tube to London. Its about a 15 minute walk to the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, the usual standard for a premier inn. The cooked breakfast was great. Toast, cereal, full English, muffins, yogurts etc. The only let down was the evening meal, the food was good but we didn't get all that was ordered so some things had to be brought out afterwards but this was no big issue and the staff were apologetic. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Tina in the restaurant was fantastic. Excellent, warm and genuine customer service. Without doubt the best and friendliest service we have received in 2017 and a credit to the Premier Inn brand. Elena in reception was also great, efficient, friendly and warm. Merry Christmas and thank you.

Clean rooms. No opening windows, fresh air freaks avoid. Restaurant is totally useless. Been waiting for dinner for almost an hour since ordering, it will be time for breakfast soon and I won't be eating it here, can't afford an hour wait before work… Having read recent reviews by others, all I can say is that some people are easily pleased… I'm starving. Still waiting. Now 19.53 hrs. Oh! and most of the beers and all of the 2 cider choices are bottled. Bottled beer is for drinking at home… not in a "restaurant ". Still waiting. Now 20.00 hrs. Came in at 7pm.

Very good for its price. Cons: Not too well cleaned in the rooms, far from the Metro. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Room was great, clean and presentable. Had tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was clean and bright. Cold water wasn't very cold though. Hairdryer in the room. And the heating and air con was fab, controls at your own pleasure. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend to everyone to either using a Premier Inn and/or staying here x.

We stayed at this hotel as it is ideally situated for travel to Twickenham Stadium. The hotel is clean, tidy and the rooms are of a good standard, as always the beds are extremely comfortable a great nights sleep. The Premier Inn breakfast is second to none, a self service full cooked English breakfast, excellent quality. The staff at this hotel are very pleasant, helpful and have a very professional attitude. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Overall I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

I have stayed at the premier a thew times when I have visited London, I have never really had any problems staying. When I arrived and checked in everything was nice and quick, the staff were nice. When I went to my hotel later on the hotel room was quite noisy as I could hear the lift going up and down all night which made it difficult to sleep as that's all you could hear! I left in the morning and went into central London and I noticed I left my dressing gown so after I had finished in central London I phoned up and they said they were going to have a look and ring me back, they never did ring me back so I drove there and they said we can't anything about it. Never staying there again as that dressing gown was expensive and the staff were useless.

Excellent service, amazing food, comfy rooms. Best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. All seem content in their jobs. Transportation access is ok. Bus to the Picadilly and District lines. Located in zone 3 train lines. The area around is going down, but the hotel has great security measures.

Great budget accommodation, with secure parking (paid). Handy location for M4/A4. Nice restaurant, with friendly helpful staff.

Hotel is basic and good value for money. Only downside is the lack of phone to contact room service. Staff were really helpfull. Also another downside is when booking it does not mention that there is a charge of £10 for overnight parking per day which is really really bad and this should be stated clearly.

So quiet clean and amazing rest after a long flight. Restaurant with a large menu and the food delicious highly recommended.

It's a budget hotel with fantastic and simple rooms. All the things needed are in the room. The location is nice. Right next to the hotel is the bus stand which takes you to South Ealing station for underground.

Best Premier Inn I've visited. Room was good. Meals were very nice indeed and reasonably priced. Staff couldn't do enough for us. All in all a brilliant visit and we'll be coming back.

Stayed in this Brentford one, I was there with a bunch of mates that served together in the Forces, years ago, we meet up here once a year for the Rugby. The only people in the bar, around 25 of us having a few beers, takings photos having a laugh. We were told to be quiet as a women complained that her kids were frightened of the noise. This foreign lady needs to understand, we do things like this in our country and one person complains and we have to shut up, the bar staff refused to serve us, saying it was Company Policy not to serve people who make a bit of noise. Not a problem we went next door to the Novotel, as long as we were spending, these people didn't care if we danced on the ceiling. As we had booked an evening meal we went back, service was slow, orders confused, a bad experience, I ordered Stake pie in suet pastry, there was no way on earth that was suet pastry, the mashed potato was instant mash and tasted like manure. It took over 2 hours from taking the orders to us finishing the meal, 8 of us. At the end of the meal I saw the cook and told him just what I thought of his standard of warming up precooked food, he had the neck to stand there grinning I told him not to grin as it was very poor, but the man just kept grinning and nodding, I could feel myself getting angry and, had to stop myself from punching his lights out, the whole experience was a farce.

Great size room for family of 3, beds were very comfortable, room & en suite spotless, parking good, breakfast really nice. Staff very helpful & pleasant. Perfect place for a London stopover. Would def stay again.

Very friendly staff. Good food choice. Breakfast was very good. Not very busy. Couldn't hear airplanes from Heathrow, but could hear a fair amount of traffic from A4 hence the 4 star rating. Overall great value for money as always with Premier Inn. Would stay there again happily.

Room and hotel were spotless. Very tight squeeze in our family room, no floor space for the kids to play. They had a chocolate tombola on on behalf of Great Ormond Street hospital and after spending £10 on tickets my kids didnt win a thing but then the staff didnt even look just said "sorry no win" we couldnt tell because there was no way to it was all very random numbers not the normal 0 or 5, just glad the money went to a good cause… The restuarant staff were really lovely and the dinner staff were great with the kids… wish they would but a non slip bath mat in the family rooms though it would be a lot safer for the kids.

Economic for the well connected that is with Central London, friendly, good service, very good breakfast, there's nothing interesting about but is worth to go to sleep and then visit London, I liked, my next visit will surely happen again in this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Pretty new. Friendly staff. Very reasonable prices.

This premier inn is a newish build so very fresh decor. The staff at the desk are helpful the staff in the restaurant just need to smile once in a while. Wi-Fi reached the 5th floor and not a bad signal if you pay for the faster Wi-Fi. The parking is good has underground and maybe 10 spaces overground. All in all a comfortable place to co-habit if working away.

I am really pleased to have found this hotel! Clean and modern with very friendly, professional staff and a comfortable room. Within very easy striking distance of the middle of London, all for less than £40 per night. Excellent!

Clean, comfortable, and affordable. The shower head was fixed and pointed above the shower taps, so I was in close contact with the shower taps due to the positioning of the shower head while showering but nothing major. Friendly staff, clean room, bathroom, and water closet. I also requested a quiet room and my request was fulfilled. Thanks. :-)

Very nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Only problem was the plug in the sink was broken. The restaurant was very nice and the staff helpful.

Hotel was within 20 minutes walk of the nearest tube station (you can also make the journey via bus) so was good location for seeing central London. Great, spacious room. Very clean and had great facilities. Very cheap for a London hotel too! Breakfast had a great spread and was delicious. Would definitely go again.

Hotel was upto Premier Inns good standards. My only complaint is the £10 charge to park in their car park (24hrs)

Excellent service, room has bed, shower, TV and hairdryer — everything you need when staying over in the area. Picked up a room at £35/night too!

Great personal service with staff being attentive and the food excellent. Price was very reasonable for London.

Beautiful new, comfortable and well designed rooms. The beds are great! The only downside is the limited options for going out to far. Also in spite of good glazing (which affects mobile reception) there is still noise from the adjacent M4 and A4 if your room faces that way.
