Terrible Experience Booked date with hotel, hotel confirmed, then changed mind and by this date original date had passed. I’m now £120 down, haven’t stayed at the hotel and have no future date. Raised complaints/comms, they simply ignore me. Stay away…

Extremely disappeared On arrival was told the pool/spa facilities were closed. Following us checking out, we were fined for ‘leaving cigaret ash on the floor’ — Me and my husband do not smoke cigarettes. We called the hotel manager to query the payment taken out (90minutes to get through) and was left more frustrated as the manager was extremely unhelpful and careless, referring to contacting the police to investigate (a complete waste of time of key workers). We then followed up with an email to formally complain but no response. This is causing so much unnecessary stress/frustration.

This is a great hotel, the staff are fantastic, the food is great, and the rooms very clean, the best nights sleep iv ever had in a hotel, I’m a miserable hard to please bstard so for me to be happy it must be good, I’d recommend this place to everyone, compared to the competition ie premier inn that’s next door that I have stayed in recently this feels like the savoy. 5 stars for me.

I stayed there for the Tyson Fury VS Dillian White fight. The worst organised hotel I have ever had 90 minutes to check in bar closed because no clean glassess run out of half the beers. Staff not apologetic in anyway. To be clear this is a management issue not a staff issue. Whoever the manager of this location is should be fired for doing a poor job. I have stayed at Novotel well over 30 times in my life and never have I encountered anything like this. In fact I have stayed at 2 star hotel which were better service by a country mile than this hotel location.

Only had drinks but served nicely wil return for a meal a nice menu 💔

Quiet rooms and a lovely swimming pool.

Very impressed with this chain, ordered room service which arrived in ten minute, with unexpected condiments and extremely well priced given its location, the rooms themselves are very modern, stylish and very accommodating, the shower button reveal adds a great twist, would highly recommend if staying in Brentford.

Great hotel. Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Rooms were clean and although our room was on the side of M4 we never heard one car unbelievable sound proofing windows. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again Many Thanks to all the staff.

Good sized rooms, comfortable, quiet, helpful staff, everything you'd want in a hotel.
It's a little bit hard to find from the M4, we had to stop and check the satnav, but got there in the end. The carpark was a bit trick to navigate as well.

Superb modern hotel. Spacious rooms, good food, a little tricky to access but just keep you eyes open for the sign and you will be fine. Could not hear a sound fron the neatby M4 even though only a few yards away. Pleasing modern design. Well done.

I had a good stay in this hotel. The room was amazing and I got a tasty breakfast. The only issue was that even if I raised the temperature, it dropped and I got a little bit of cold during the night.

Only went there for a birthday breakfast. Awful. Very poor customer service. Complained about running out of milk for cereal and porridge, but instead of apologising the manager started justifying herself saying there had been lots of guests so we needed to wait patiently while they replenished. 2 staff members thought porridge and cereals were the same thing! When both were asked (separately) how to order porridge, they each said to help ourselves from the cereals area, which had no porridge. Only a 3rd waitress appreciated porridge was not the same as cereal, and took our order. Chef doesn't know how to make scrambled egg. Far too overcooked, very dry, and lukewarm — perhaps due to being on display for 2 hours. 9am approx on 1 July (Sunday) is when we visited. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was amazing. However the waiting to be taken your table seemed to be too much of an effort for certain staff in a suit. I thought it was quite bad that a chef had to ask if we were being sorted. Smile and lead by example came to mind especially when telling staff off infront of customers. Appalling management skills. The reception staff were lovely when we booked in and out. The room was very nice and so were the domestic staff.

New, good breakfast buffet, large and comfortable room, a little far from the center, bus at the door and Metro to 20 minutes walking.

Hotel is great, rooms are of good size, clean and beds comfortable. Restaurant has nice breakfast. Location could be better and ask a room facing away from the motorway to avoid noise.

Very good hotel but far from the center.

Quite impressed, apart from the cost. But it is London. If you’re driving there, the best place to park is immediately outside. The spaces are free but it’s pot luck whether or not you get one. Fortunately we did, despite it being difficult to find your way to the right spot. Reception was a bit weird in that there wasn’t the usual desk arrangement, but we were still greeted pleasantly and efficiently. I hadn’t paid for an executive room, but we got one. Everything there that we needed and the bed was very comfortable. An interesting “magic glass wall” to the bathroom that could be turned from clear to opaque with a push of a button. Everything looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is good, without being deep anywhere. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot food and genuinely hot tea and coffee.

First of: you‘re right next to a very busy highway — opening the windows at night isn’t an option. The AC in our room was sometimes working sometimes not. Nights were warm thus. Breakfast service on the first day was horrible — our waitress couldn’t be bothered with anything. Second day it was fine. The sauna is disgusting. Moldy and chewing gum on the wood… The rooms are up to the Novotel standard. Beds are as usual — amazing. Mattress is stiff and supportive. Overall it feels like a Hotel missing a decent manager. Come if you need a great bed near the M4 and don’t care for a sauna or breakfast.

I am currently staying at this hotel, I have to admit that this is one of the most friendly, most welcoming hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is excellent, as a chef I was very happy with the quality. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are a credit to the Novotel family. So far on my stay I have been made to feel really welcome and special by Megan whom I met on my first night here. Very friendly smiling all the time and very attentive. Davide and Eloisa and Madeleine have been amazing and again very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone I know coming here. I am very much looking forward to my stay here again.

Excellent service, great food, staff is so polite and nice and helpful. Good location. Love the restaurant design, bright and wide space, brilliant idea having games on the dinner tables. Came here with my family and I loved it and next time in London will definitely be back here again.

Very nice, modern and above all clean Hotel. Rooms very modern with excellent Bed and own? Cushions that are super comfortable. Large "open" bathroom with Bathtub. TV, Climate full Program and silent. Staff very friendly and helpful. In the Entrance Area large seating corner with free Internet Access and Restaurant-/Bar. WI-FI everywhere in the Hotel. Novotel is scheduled for the next Holiday. Happy again!

Hotel like any other from Accor. But: seldom so friendly staff met in a hotel.

The executive rooms are very spacious, have wonderful beds and very nice bathrooms. My bathroom was absolutely handicapped.
The breakfast buffet is very plentiful. The service staff fills up quickly and is very attentive.
The pool is large for hotels and a Saunarium is also available.
If you don't want to dine in the city in the evening, you can eat at the hotel. Thursday is India day, the curries are very good. But… the restaurant is rather drafty and cold.

Very clean, modern and affordable hotel. Parking is slightly confusing — seems a little unfair that if you manage to find parking at the upper level of the car park its free, if not you must pay £15 or so for the night. Facilities on the whole are very nice, rooms are spacious with good facilities. Reception desk however is a little strange; only manned by one staff member who kept having to go back and forth to get room keys?! Why don't they make a have decent reception desk with all the necessary requirements… Would be smart to probably position it away from the lift as customers always coming and going.

Highly recommend this hotel! Beds were soo comfy. Amazing nature themed decor. Brilliant buffet breakfast. Staff could not have been more friendly. It’s a bit out of the centre of London but price is such good value that tube ride is worth the effort. Definitely coming back!

The executive room was very nice! Love the glass shower window into the bedroom so you can watch or be watched with a choice of frosting it! Clever! Great helpful staff. Clean and had the best weekend here for the six nations rugby! Met a lot of celebs in the bar Friday night. Clearly a place everyone loves. Gorgeous food and well stocked bar! We’ll be back for sure!

A modern hotel that is a pleasant place to stay for business travellers using Heathrow or working in the Brentford area. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Food is ok but there are nearby restaurants if you want to get out and about.

Nice hotel, nice bar, nice room. But… The bed and pillows are awful… How can you get it so wrong.

Stayed a night here with my wife, and my two children. Been here before and the room again was perfect. Nice size. The kids loved the electrically obscuring glass wall between the bathroom and sleeping area. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We also had time for a swim in the nice pool.

Few things around the hotel, subway at 20 minutes but bus nearby. On the other hand, the rooms are very good, the service OK.

This was hands down the best stay we have had in London. The room was great land the staff were brilliant and super friendly.

I only attended the hotel for a quiet drink with friends, but it was a really nice experience. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I loved the variety of seating on offer, from regular high and low table seating, to large soft lounge style seats. This is a great location for food or drinks for any occasion.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms areally great, clean and the swimming is really nice. Even if you don't stay they have a great restaurant that has live Indian music every Thursday for their curry night.

Nice hotel with good pool and dinnung area. The bathroom has a glass wall, which means the whole room gets illuminated at night… Not great if your children are in same room as you.

I regularly come to the restaurant here for dinner. The food is great with beautiful presentation. The service is fast and pleasant and the interior is very modern. Highly recommend it to anyone — be that family, couple or a lone traveller.

Check in was easy and short. Bed was comfortable. The morning buffet was superb. The only negative thing that I could think of is a poor water drain of bath sink. Even that was bearable.

I was very impressed with the rooms and facilities at the hotel. I had a warm welcome. I was staying for a week at a time and having a pool and gym is perfect to pass the time and relax. Also a very clean kitchen and tasty food.

Short overnight stay, but had room service supper which was really tasty and beautifully presented. Managed to squeeze in a quick swim, and the facilities were excellent — clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely with attentive staff and seemed like nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the Breakfast Room is awesome with deep sofas and ceiling suspended chairs to lounge in as well as the dining tables. My room was comfortable and stylish and I loved the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Very efficient receptionist who checked us in quickly, ordered a taxi for our departure, stored and retrieved our cases with extreme politeness. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. My only criticism would be the towels are rather small and thinner quality than I would expect compared to the other features of the room.

This is a lovely hotel with some of the best facilities and staff I have ever encountered. From the maid service (top notch! ) to the restaurant (Raul is superb — he makes everyone feel special and well attended) to the front of house staff (They even provided a cone with my name on it in the parking lot so I wouldn't have to stress about parking! ) I'm just so impressed with the quality and care and attention this hotel provides. It's well worth being a member — they go above and beyond to attend to your needs. I can't fault a thing. The pool is lovely, the sauna is hot, the X-Box a huge hit with my kids, the breakfast is delicious! Location is also great, Ealing Broadway just a heartbeat away for fantastic shopping and restaurants. A+ Experience, I'd highly recommend it for families wanting a relaxing few days in London. It's a hidden gem with all the convenience and comforts one could want.

I would like to say what was good and what could be better. First of all, the room was great and should stay that way. (tv could be bigger and more modern). The biggest problem is the Front Desk, I feel as a guest that the individual must stand a long time throughout the day, the security is also compromised, (reinvent the front desk). Another point is perhaps is the breakfast. A waffle station is a good investment, another good investment a good coffee machine. Hospitality and a stronger professionalism and uniforms. Enjoyable stay for weekend break with my partner. Modern hotel a decent spin to city centre. Rooms clean and modern. Open bathroom unusual, fine for couples, would prefer some privacy in toilet. Can see this creating difficulties for people. Personally would stay again. Wi-Fi excellent, nearby shop handy. Public bus nearby but long walk for tube. Nice part of London.

When I arrived (~14:15) the systems were all down and so was unable to check-in (and that also meant that people couldn't check out, especially if they had to pay for additional services). This meant for quite a lot of people in foyer, either waiting to check-in or check-out. Eventually able to check-in around 15:20. Not the best start to my stay. Additionally I have stayed at this Novotel hotel, in Brentford, several times now and I don't think that I've ever stayed there when there hasn't been some sort of refurbishment works going on — including this time (Leisure facilities). Surprising since it's a relatively new hotel. Also somebody somewhere was having a rather loud party early hours of the morning, still going until around 03:00-04:00, which disturbed my sleep somewhat. Wasn't on my floor — perhaps room directly below or above mine. Anyways tho, I like staying there and will likely continue to do so. j.

Stayed overnight with my son as my daughter was in one of the nearby hospitals. We were told we could check in at 2pm but our room wasn't actually available to us until about 4.30pm. On finally checking in we were also told that the safe was broken in our room so couldn't be used. Fortunately we did not need to use it. The room however was comfortable and big enough for my son and myself to share and the continental breakfast via room service was lovely. On departure there was a lovely gentleman in the underground car park who on seeing my son was fascinated with all the 'posh cars' took his photo for him standing next to one of them. My son didn't stop smiling.

Good reception by the staff, we quickly settled in with a good understanding of all the facilities available from the hotel at our disposal. The restaurant is affordable, excellent and the quality of the superior products. Good stay in the hotel, we will definitely return for our next trip to London.

In General, everything is fine, but I would like a bit more diverse Breakfast.

A big downside to me: the pool. I went there to relax after a day of work around 19:00 and this one was occupied by swimming lessons. The noise and the place taken by the teacher and the children/parents who were marching simply make the pool out of service.

Nice, available and fast home when requested. Room correct, we were able to enjoy the pool and the lunch was varied and very good. The only downside is the location of the hotel, it says it feels so good that I would not hesitate to come back for a next stay in London. In conclusion, the hotel is recommendable at all points of view.

We had a great time. Clean room, hotel well served but above all what we are in the right direction is the kindness as well as the generosity of the staff reception at breakfast. It's just a joy to be warmly welcomed. And the reception staff who speak in French and who is super available.

I stayed here on business trip for a few days. The room was really comfortable and the breakfast was good. The location is a bit far from the center with the closes tube station being South Ealing, which is about 20 minutes on foot from the hotel.

Was very nice. Not too bad at all. Campbed was lumpy mind.

Clean tidy and easy to find. Very good value and easy links into the centre! Would go again.

Small rooms not well looked after. Staff not very helpful and understaffed at busy times, bar shut late at night despite it was supposed to be open. Building site next door so noise from 8am in the morning. Car parking limited and has to be payed for each day but machine always not working so was told it would be free. Rooms always hot during summer and no air con apart from a dirty desk fan.

Wow. The staff as a whole were the friendliest I've encountered in a hotel. The superior premium room we stayed in was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant, all of which was delicious! I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone and I'd gladly stay here again.

Love this place. The team who work there and Jackie the manager are amazing. Always wiling to do more. Lovely cocktails and a great wine selection. The rooms are clean and well put together. Love them always make me feel welcome.

AMAZING HOTEL! The rooms are very modern and have a few quirky features. Breakfast had a huge variety and there is a great entertainment area in the lobby. Gym and swim facilities are also very nice so I would highly recommend this place!

Really flashy rooms with great service. Pool is clean and sauna is great too. Parking is easy but not cheap. Breakfast is really tasty, buffet style, and there's lots of choice. Bar and restaurant has an eclectic mix of seating.

Has been bastantr well, very modern but I put a four for the savanas of the camar were a little in bad conditions.

Standard travelogue room. Breakfast was baked Bacon. Baked sausages. Baked mushrooms etc. This is not to say it was bad but know what you're getting. My room 213 is directly opposite a building site so having arrived at an unreasonable time of 4am I was awoken at 8am by the builders. Not unreasonable to expect this for a city hotel but bear it in mind when booking.

This place is fantastic, great staff brilliant bar and the (if you can get it) ask for the executive sweet, it's the bomb.

Well what can I say about this hotel … in one word " OUTSTANDING " … considering this hotel is on a busy traffic route to Heathrow airport and " inacity" the hotel is a brand new build next to a small " village of apartments" which, by the way, has a sainsbury local store right behind the building. It's sleek, SPOTLESS, modern and contemporary design with its trendy " people friendly" reception and ultra swanky modern rooms with all the modern perks you could wish for. The reception staff and restaurant / bar staff were ultra fresh, very well presented and extremely polite and always seemed to want to look after you rather than just serve you. An absolute personal load of gratitude and thanks I send to three outstanding members of staff who helped me out when I was in need of a bit more help than most. They are " Salem, Omar and little miss " Charlie. The whole team of staff from the groundsmen to the Operational management should be very proud of their shinning, spotless and welcoming little space in a big busy noisy and massively overpopulated city like their's. Oh and a review about the food? only one way to describe it is yum yum " burp". The food quality and presentation was, for the very reasonable pricing, fantastic. Beverages both Alcoholic and non are very reasonable considering your a spit and jump from Heathrow airport and in Greater London.

Rooms are incredible, really sets a powerful and provocative atmosphere! Had an eventful evening (and morning ;) ) gassed out now! 10/10 would stay again!

I could not have been more impressed with my stay at Novotel Hotel Brentford. I originally booked for one night, with my partner, who I was seeing for the first time in several months after she moved to the UK in early 2016, so was wanting to make the stay special for her. I was arriving after two flights from New Zealand, so was also wanting somewhere convenient to Heathrow. I got both, in spades. Very impressed with the room, the facilities, the restaurant, the location and ease of access, the check in, the staff, the decor… Highly recommended.

Rooms are great. The kids loved the window in the shower that turns opaque at the touch of a button! Breakfast was delicious as usual. And the swimming pool is small but perfect for an afternoons swim. The hotel is well located close to a couple of bus routes and a short walk to a tube.

Really nice hotel, brand new with typical Novotel characteristics — quirky but good. Large room, dominated by the see through window into the bathroom until we found the "opaque" button. Would definitely stay again, and good value too.

The rooms are newly renovated and generously to achieve the Fitness area is very good with Tube and Bus from Heathrow. Staff are also very friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights as I was working nearby. This is an excellent modern hotel with a great bar and restaurant. The rooms are well decorated and have great entertainment systems including sky in some rooms. Service was great, as was the breakfast. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The facilities are really good and the rooms are really comfy. Only downside is the food menu there is not enough choice and seems everything revolves around burgers. Other than that the staff were friendly and I would stay again.

We have stayed twice at the Novotel. Once in the suite and once in an executive room. Top quality rooms and the bathrooms are a highlight.

The lounge is so welcoming and the staff are fantastic.

Best location with excellent staff, service and food.

We booked one of the family rooms and for the price it was great, no breakfast included which if you wanted was an additional £15 per adult and free for the children but we understood that while booking. There is a Sainsburys local behind the hotel so we bought some fruit etc. From there for breakfast and ate in our room. Checking in was quick and painless and the room on the third floor was clean and tidy and had everything you could wish for. Kids loved the pool in the basement. Short walk down to Brentford train station and then the train into the city in about twenty minutes, would use again.

We stayed for a family party, the food and accommodation were excellent, and the staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. We came by taxi, but when the party started several guests were still touring round Brentford trying to find their way in to the hotel even though they could see it. The only access for now is down an unsigned slip road off the A4, the way in from Ealing Road South is blocked by bollards. The hotel management are aware of the access problems and trying to find a solution.

Excellent hotel, the connectivity to the centre of London is not very good, however, the hotel is very clean and the facilities and services are of good quality. The breakfast is very good although not change.
