Great place, good choice of outlet stores, large covered park area and Box park and local events makes a great place for families.

I participated in the RISE event and we went to Box gym after. Good place with good service by staff. Have not got to Designer Outlet yet as did not know where the shops were as more hidden away. Brent Civic Centre is nice. Wembley is much better now that they have renewed things. I used to not like the High Street at all.

It’s a great service and services and staff as well.

Just been to Wembley Park to watch the Iconic Dame Shirley Bassey unveil her plaque to celebrate the Birthday of Wembley Arena. Fabulous day — really well organised and a lovely cup of tea courtesy of the lovely Deepika. Rounding off with a fab lunch and some great shopping in the London Designer Outlet… AND YES I DO NEED ANOTHER PAIR OF TRAINERS.

Great shopping. Don’t like all the high buildings though! Good restaurants.

Customers being prioritised by how much they are paying for a car park @ Wembley parking. If there’s an invent day they will let someone in who pays £30 but not who has Cineworld card and gets discouraged ticket! Poor management, discrimination towards customers. Always had issues with the service. Can not believe this place is in London. This establishment takes customers for granted so have no proud in their business.

That was my first colour run and it was absolutly amazing. Lots of fun and very great day.

Ok place just lacking a little grass, plenty to do in the area and I think the kids had more fun in the fountains by the civic hall.

We recently booked parking for the Bear Grylls event on Saturday the 8th October for the Red car park. We had booked the event late so parking was limited, we chose the Red car park as it was open 24hrs. We had booked into the George Hotel for the night as we did not want to sit in the car for hours trying to leave the area and planned to spend the day shopping at the outlet centre. The car park was in the perfect location. We paid the £30.00 event fee in advance and arrived around 4.30/5pm on the Saturday, we were however shocked to be charged a further £24.00 when we came to leave at 1pm after making our shopping purchases and dining in the outlet centre on the Sunday and Saturday evening. We understand that as a business you need to make a profit but we feel £54.00 for 21/22 hours parking is daylight robbery and does not encourage visitors to the area to stay and use the amenities that the area has to offer. We asked to see a supervisor regarding the costs, he arrived promptly. The office attendant asked to see him in the office first, so we waited patiently. The supervisor left the office after 5 minutes, walked straight past us and left the area. We waited a further 20 minutes and asked the attendant if he would return. The attendant did not know. We became frustrated waiting so paid and left feeling very disappointed.
