Lovely lunch today at the Walpole. Very polite staff also.

Great place to sit with a Ben Stacey shooting the breeze with a nice cold pint watching the world go by before football.

The food is great and good serves.

Pub grub at the best pub I have been to in London! Loooooove their food. Amazing chef and great ambience!

Great good and nice people.

Great place friendly people will definitely go there again.

UPDATE: they’re looking to sign up existing residents by charging more for rent! When the rent is ridiculous for what we have gotten. There’s been no true fix in service & awkward vibes with the reception staff. The security guards are still cool. I would not re-book this place or recommend it. Do not book this place because it’s close to the uni, shared flat or another accommodation would serve better purpose. Around 7 months ago or so, the night shift security guard was awful. Very rude to guests Glad he’s gone The issues that my friend has had were ALL the following @neth has mentioned on top of that are; Slow replies to emails (Rude ignorant or not realising the point in emails) Being promised by the previous receptionist (Rebecca) I. E free 2 weeks rent & now not being fulfilled Door could not lock from the inside & had to use immense force to lock it (imagine playing rugby with the door for 10mins every time you want to lock the door especially when you’re going sainsburies or sleeping). Took around 4 months to fix Friend being 1 of the first guaranteed to have the top studio — not fulfilled Moved in whilst building was still under construction No internet connection when moved in for the first 2/3months No hot water since this morning (27/05/2018-28/05/2018) Bathroom is ridiculous considering the price you’d pay for rent. You’d bang your elbow every turn. Blinds are weak Wardrobe is ridiculous, whoever designed it must’ve won an award.

This is the worst student hall! I can’t recomend it, they treat their residents very bad and don’t respect or help them at all. I wanted to visit my friend who lives there for 3 days and they didn’t let me. Their guest policy is too strict.

The don't allow residents to have guests and the management is the worst. It's more like a jail than a home for me.

(The way clothes hook on are facing you rather than the side) Air ventilation is utter rubbish. On our front facing window. We have 1 ventilation which works (we’re able to open/shut it). There’s a 2nd vent on top & is constantly open. The general sound cancellation is very poor, could hear neighbours talking & footsteps from above. The people that work here have gotten a lot better. A lot of issues still remain.

The building is 2 minute walk from New Cross station and very close to the University. Rooms are nice and spacious and has a nice common room.

This place is awful. I have had nothing but problems since moving in. We had no internet for the first 2 months even though we had been charged. The building wasn't finished when they allowed people to move in. We have issues with hot water and heating and end up going without it sometimes and the management is terrible. We are extremely disrespected and they ignore our emails. Never stay here. This is hell. You are much better going with university owned accommodation.

My cousin attends goldsmiths uni. The hall staff during the day are friendly but the night staff are very serious. Other than that the facilities are good and it's a great accommodation.

Amazing student accommodation in London, I highly recommend! Especially the manager Kevin! Very polite and friendly!
