Wonderful hotel. Really lovely rooms, very stylish and comfortable. Friendly staff and an amazing location for the price. There rooms are very small, but if you aren't planning to be in it much then it isn't a problem. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was a hot day when we were there. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel and more than reasonably priced for the area. The room was a bit small but since I was by myself, it was perfect for me. The staff were super friendly at check-in and during my stay. The happy hour offered was amazing! Lots of different cheeses, crackers, olives, etc. And, of course, wine; it could be a light dinner if you have a big lunch. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, lovely helpful staff, service was not wanting. Clear directions to the room and what was available in terms of facilities and meal options. Room was displayed nicely and clean. More bijou than expecting but had everything you needed and the sky TV was a nice touch. Would stay again.

3 blocks from Buckingham Palace and 1 from Victoria station = perfect location. The Z offers a complimentary happy hour of cheese and wine which was perfect for the transition from day touring to going out for the evening. Everyone working there was helpful and attentive. Loved the Z!

Comfortable despite a really small room.
For young people no worries but for clients a little older I would not recommend it because the bed is placed in a corner so difficult to get out. But it remains a convenient and comfortable and especially clean hotel.

The double room that we touched is exaggeratedly small. No plates, no light tables, no refrigerator, no phone, feet touch the bathroom wall.

Lovely rooms if not a bit small but expected. Staff were nice and helpful. On the other hand the breakfast wasn't great and didn't give many options as well as the eating area being the the reception. A very odd choice and confusing at first. The only bad thing to note about the room was that due to its location we could hear the trains above and below ground almost constantly throughout the night but we were in a lower room so higher rooms may not have this issue.

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. Great breakfast. But our room was super small, had no window, and the bathroom "walls" were actually glass panes, not great when you're on the toilets and the other person can see everything…

This accomodation is beauty and clean. Position of hotel is ok! The staff is nice and kindly. Singl room was a little bit small.

The rooms are furnished in a modern style and offer everything you need.
Unfortunately, they are also extremely small, and are close to the subway, so you can hear them all the time.
I wouldn't book again.

Great location, friendly staff at check in and check out and the rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. I had a basement room (so no window) but for an overnight stay only was fine. The room was small but well maintained, had full complement of sky TV channels on a good size screen, the bed was comfortable and there was a small desk too with tea and coffee facilities. Only slight downside of the basement room is that you can hear the trains from Victoria as the pass but it wasn't too distracting. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Overall though, very good, would stay again.

Functional place, rooms rather small but large beds, very comfortable. Very clean, very well connected. But a lot of extras, such as tea, and tea in the room, water. Wine and cheeses free in the afternoon. Staff very friendly. Speak Spanish. We are happy to help you.

We are staying for 4 nights from Dec 23. I find the staff are friendly, specially Martha who is very helpful assisting me to find routes to different attractions. Her heartfelt service is very impressive. The room is clean and modernly renovated. The complimentary cheese and wine provides other selections for non-alcoholic and latase intolerance guests. I definitely will stay in this hotel in my next visit.

Absolutely loved it. Had a fantastic location for lots of local attractions. All attractions are within a 20 min walk. The hotel itself is right opposite victoria train station meaning you haven't got to get more public transport or complete a long walk with you bags. The hotel staff were very helpful and whilst we didn't eat there the hotel did provide free cheese and wine for two hours each evening.

Great location, centrally located, walking less than half an hour you are at Big Ben and it is situated literally a minute walk from Victoria station, from where both trains and three subway lines depart, the main ones to the bargain. As if it were not enough for guests, from 5pm to 8pm is offered a rich aperitif made with wines and fornaggi. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable and standard size beds, 40-inch TV that let… Nn fault. No channels in English but Sky English so infinite choice… Indeed, as written by many, are small, so it is of paramount importance to have a good fellowship with the travel companion, because virtually the privacy nn exist. Although small they are extremely well organized. Each space has its own specific function and nothing is left to chance. Excellent temperature, needless to say, considering the 5 stars, I highly recommend it.

Clean and tidy hotel. The rooms are well appointed.
The only small problem is the shower space, because it is separated from the room only by glass walls, it is not very intimist.

The rooms are modern and clean for English standards. It's all in what you need, even a German socket, USB charging port. Only Mango, there is no window, at least in two rooms. There is air conditioning. The breakfast is also adequate (European-not English) from hearty to sweet. From 17. Oo to 2o. Oo There is a small buffet every day with open wines and soft drinks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is highly recommended.

Wow, absolutely loved this place, it was just me! My son arranged to meet us there and I delighted. The ambience was fabulous and the staff were excellent, I will certainly be going there again.

Great room layout and service. The layout was impeccable: sink was at a normal counter height, coffee cups came with saucers and spoons, the shower was intuitive and easy to understand. The bed was also very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, despite my early arrival. I appreciated the walkthrough of the room and that the staff checked that the Wi-Fi worked for me. When I couldn't figure out my power adapter, the staff member at the desk graciously helped me.

We loved our stay here. Hidden minimalistic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The room size was bit small but that's wht you get in London.

A clean hotel, modern and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and if you have any doubt with the language, there is Silvia, a native of Santander, to get yourself out of trouble and help you in whatever you need. The beds, very comfortable and the rooms are perfectly soundproof. Rooms not very large but well-exploited. The kitchenette is very well equipped and replenished every day, coffee capsules, sugar, milk…
The location is excellent: it is in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Buckingham Palace and Saint James Park, which leads to a few steps of Big Ben, the London Eye… Also a few steps from Victoria station and Grovesnor Park, from where you can catch any bus. Also almost glued to area restaurants (I recommend the Zizzi) pharmacy and a supermarket (Waitrose) where you will find all you need for breakfast or any other meal. Without a doubt, a very good option.

Love the location! 5 stars for that! staff were really friendly and accomodating. The room I had was quite noisy as it was the first room where everybody passes. The window was taped as otherwise pedestrians can do windowshopping into my room. Small room but for 1 night perfect. Very modern and practical.

Very good Hotel in the entre of London. Tube is a few minutes away by foot. The rooms are very small (smaller than they actually seem to be on some pictures) but perfect for a night or two. For a longer stay I would recommend a bigger room, there is no place for more luggage. Breakfast and service are good, the food is fresh and the rooms are clean. Price is fine.

It is a hotel that has a perfect location about a 5 min walk to the palace, to Victoria station, and many restaurants has a plaza two blocks away that has very good restaurants. The room was very clean, cosy and all the staff very friendly.

Great location next to Piccadilly Square, and one of the better prices found for a queen bed in all of the tourist hotspots. Small room but to be expected. Very clean. Had an issue with the air unit when we arrived but upon mentioning it to the staff they fixed it immediately. On that note, very friendly staff. And they offer a daily happy hour from 5-7 with free wine and cheese, which is a nice bonus before heading out for the evening!

Compact and efficient rooms. Free wine and cheese every night. Good selection of nibbles 24 hours a day. Helpful staff. Not pricey, especially considering the area. No ice buckets or fridges though, so don't expect to keep groceries or cold drinks in your room.

Location is fantastic one minute from the station. Rooms clean and tidy. Free cheese and wine in the afternoon. Bed was a little hard but clean and fresh. Airton was OK.

Great hotel with strategic location (a few meters from the tube, buses and train station). Rooms very small but comfortable, not recommended if you have too much luggage. Breakfast over being great is definitely plentiful and varied. Polite and friendly staff. Daily linen change.

Lovely cheese and wine, but reception team seem to be a bit muddled, but where very friendly. Room was a bit stuffy but comfortable. Good value for central London.

Well located hotel with reasonable price, rooms itself are limited to the minimal for people who more value location and sleeping quality (or watch a bit of tv, as channels are abundant) with airco in-room. Did not try the in-house foods as the direct area has enough pubs, restaurants and other eat-places available very closeby. would not mind to return here later.

Great location, our Queen room was great, had breakfast with many different people which was the best we were there for our 10year wedding anniversary and wouldn't of wanted to of stayed anywhere else thanks to all the staff and owner.

The location is good. The room is really small and in the middle of the room is a bathroom with glass walls which obviously doesn't provide any privacy all. The service is good and you get a free glass of wine every afternoon. We got the impression that there are quite a few people using the common areas so it could probably be a social aspect to this hotel.

Stayed here with my girlfriend at the start of April 2015 for a bargain price. Brilliant location, friendly staff AND we were upgraded to a larger window room for free! Would definitely stay again, even if the room was smaller.

Good decent hotel, good location and very affordable when you take into consideration London accommodation prices elsewhere. Also love the amenities such as Wi-Fi, sky sports etc Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Nice clean modern room. Warning team work is needed to navigate around the room. We also had a steel support beam in the centre of the room. I'm sure it was meant to be the maintenance cupboard but they decided to make it a room. On the plus side the service and shower facilities were excellent. Near to the tube station and bus services.

Small nice hotell, good price. Only down is you can hear the trains in the room.

The staff was so accommodating as I wasn't feeling well upon check in. They went above and beyond to help me feel better and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I am so grateful for their hospitality, and would highly recommend this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and their food was delicious. Thank you, Z hotel!

The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. I was a bit uneasy about booking a room with out a window! But the furnishings and comfort of the room was lovely and I'm very glad I stayed here. Would definitely stay here again. Also it was a brilliant touch to have the sky box with all channels and air-conditioning and complimentary drinks.

Nice hotel. Room in suteren is micro and without window. But modern and very design. Big TV with SKyBoX. Air conditioning. During the night sounds of trazitoru and metro. Especially the tranzitor (Zzzzzzzzzzzzz) was noisy. ¨ Near to central london.

Great place to stay. The rooms are very small, but that only meant my friend and I had to keep organized and shuffle a little every day to get ready. The staff was really friendly and helped us navigate the city. I will be staying with Z whenever I visit London from now on. The train noise is not that bad. I thought it would bother me, but I never noticed it when I was sleeping and I've never lived in or been to a city with a subway.

Careful what you ask for. We thought we'd be fine without a window, so we ended up in a cupboard on the top floor where the easiest place to move around was in the shower — and only in the shower. You need teamwork to navigate a couple through the smallest of rooms. My girlfriend could only get a Wi-Fi signal when standing just outside the door. Handy if you want to meet the neighbours, but there's cheese and wine evenings if you want that instead. Aside from the faint vibrations of the trains, even on the sixth floor, you do sleep well though. You can't hear the trains, and even if you're waiting for that rumble, you'll quickly forget it and sleep right through. Perhaps the best sleep we got on the trip, even with the pokey room. Bigger rooms — I'd hope — have more plug sockets. We had one and only one. Teamwork needed to charge phone, iPad, watch, hair straighteners, hairdryer, the kettle. Staying again is not out of the question, but isn't top of the list either.

Very close to the busy tube, coach and train station of Victoria! Very convenient to travel around. Nice staff with nice service. Free coffee when I was waiting for the check-in. Wifi connection was good. Room was neat and clean but small with no window.

Positives — extremely friendly and courteous staff, complimentary drinks (although not sure how far you could push it), excellent location for Victoria train + tube station, £85 room, large TV with sky Negatives — small, pokey rooms (we were given an upgrade after an issue with the room rate but it was still one of the smallest I've experienced.

We already know that London is a city very expensive, but is that the hotels are still more. After searching websites of search of hotels we (my partner and I), this hotel is located next to Victoria Station (one of the largest and most important of London) for a more than reasonable price. The reception is located inside the cafeteria/restaurant (so don't worry if you are not of first) and is open 24 hours. Our room was very small and without window because the budget didn't give us to much more, but I must say that was very clean and was very cool. Available throughout the hotel free Wi-fi and it works very well (I could even do a video call with a very good quality).

Right next to the Victoria Station, and ideal starting point for inkonventiellere trips in and around London. Z Queen room is one of the larger in the Hotel, but still very small. Angel v. Thierry Mugler Badkosmetik, in-house brand of drinking water, a fluffy new Handücher and great bedding, in the evening, a little cheese and Weinbuffet in the Breakfast room/lobby for free, nice guests, many Spanish-speaking employees at reception are all very nice. The Hotel is centrally located, but small and well hidden. Late in the evening after a long concert in the O2 Arena was the taxi driver the address is not so easy to find ;-) online Early booking ensures the best conditions.

Wonderful except for the size of the room, the walls touch the bed on three sides. The location is excellent, Victoria station and tour bus stop around the corner. Good staff and pleasant little bar.

Not bad, not amazing. Rooms quite small. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get toothpaste (forgot at home).

Hotel is fine, the staff very friendly and kind, there is a great tasting of wines and cheeses from the 17 to 20, the location is perfect, the great problem of the hotel is the size of the rooms is too small for two people with lots of luggage, if it weren't for this great detail the best catalogaria.

Free wine and cheese? Check, Friendly staff? Check, Fantastic location? Check, Good night's sleep? Check. Given all these plus points, what could actually be wrong about the Z Hotel. Well, just a few things, but only minor things considering this hotel has £100 rooms and is located right near Victoria. The first issue would be the really cold rooms. The air conditioning is on full blast and I could not work out how to actually turn it down. Although, this maybe my fault, because I had drank a lot of the free wine at this point. Another drawback would be the lack of windows. More precisely the fact that only a few of the rooms have windows, and they are £30 more. A real case of daylight robbery! So, all-in-all a good place to stay and even better if you are a vampire.
