It was nice and cosy however, the blinds were broken and people on the street could see into the room.

Apartments facilities needs a serious upgrade and thorough deep cleaning. Customer service phone is not been picked up on several calls to complain of inaccessibility to apartment because the cleaner was reluctant to release the apartment keys. I did not have a very good experience staying at this place.

The studios are nice and I would have given 5 stars if they had a little more in terms of cooking utensils. And maybe if they had fixed the shower mount and the kitchen sink tap.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Do not stay here. I have never felt more unsafe in a place I have paid for. It is NOT worth the cheap price tag. They rent out rooms for parties, they receive all kinds of council complaints because of all the disturbance and you will not get any sleep. Even if you manage to stay on a quiet day the mattress is so worn and lumpy and the blinds don't close! Please heed all the terrible reviews!

Attention! This apartment is a fake apartments, don't book it. Immediately after your arrival they will tell you it's water leak in your flat and they will put you into ground floor, basement with no possibility to stay there and will disappear, no possibilities to call them, communicate, nothing! I needed to book another hotel.

Terrible! Dirty, almost no kitchen utensils, a mezzanine bed that has such a low ceiling it becomes unuseable (also horrible damp and stained mattress), non-existent staff support. Never stayed at worse (and ripped off in billing). Stay far away.

Plus side, it's a relatively quiet place, close to the metro and has good pubs nearby. Downsides, here they come. The place is filthy dirty and small. Rented for 4 persons, there were indeed 4 sleeping places, 2 double beds, but so badly that when one turns to the other side, the otherone is moved off the bed. The sheets were gross and didnt seem washed. There were only 3 mugs, but fortunately 4 plates. Only 2 seats tho, so when having dinner, two persons were forced to sit on the bed. When turning on the stove the power stopped working, and wasn't fixed soon. The bathroom was so small that showering was nearly impossible… I wouldn't recommend going here…

As area is quiet and the subway very close. The experience was pretty bad. Dirty Apartment, the mattress was broken and it was impossible to sleep, there was food in the bowls of the closet, when moving the bed base was a condom used, the door of the terrace did not open, the Wi-Fi did not connect…
We communicate it to the manager and the next day was presented with a new bed, ordered to clean the room, fix the door of the terrace and had telecommunication operators solving the problem of Wi-Fi. From the third day everything is correct, but the first two… of grief.

Dirty and excessively small. Far from the center although very close to the subway and supermarkets. Quiet area.

We stayed on July 2016, family of 4 persons on apartment that is located on the entrance floor. It is perfect solution for travelling family in very good price range. The apartment is big enough and comfortable, nicely equipped and the Mark was very helpful. Location is great with enough restaurants and convenient stores around. We certainly will come back.
