Ideal to spend the night if you plan to just go to sleep. Hotel in Kensington, the room we were in was still small, has a bathroom, is clean and tidy. New Beds. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with the Metro to 3 minutes. We Were very very comfortable.

Good value for money. Not big but very clean. On the other hand it is better to presee the earplugs… Very well located with everything you need nearby.

Not really clean, needs a good refurbishing. You can leave bagages but they are unnatended. Perfect location, safe, quiet, lots of restaurants and supermarkets, near tube station and tons of bus stops. Free biscuits and tea.

Good location, nice place, very clean, reception and bad care.

By far the worst customer experience ever. Unfriendly, unhelpful lady at the reception + smell of paint all over the entrance and hallway + messy. I couldn't stand it.

I highly recommend you this hotel because they gave me specially unheated water for bathing. And also my bag has gone somewhere from this hotel and never came back again. I think that someone made a care and silent services. So I got a chance to renew all the clothes that I had in my bag with my own money. It is the best hotel to taste the severity of life. Sincerely.

No Hotel, small room but with nice bathroom and big shower.
Strategic Location, convenient to shops, pubs and means with Metro stop 5 ' on foot.
Peaceful and quiet Neighbourhood.

I had No elevator and we were on 4 floor, but quality price was good. Well connected by Metro.

Clean, nice room but don't bring large and/or heavy suitcases. There's no elevator.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Small rooms and tiny but sufficient bathroom. The bad stay on the top floor, 4th floor without elevator.

Centrico and to go as a couple has enough. Good price.

Was a decent stay but during my stay the whole alarm woke me up early in the morning twice and it was a little too stuffy.

Disgusting! My partner booked me two nights. I travelled 6 hours on a coach to get there. Would not allow me to check in as my partner had the card he booked with, was not with me. My partner offered to email his card and ID. Would not accept. I offered to pay CASH, would not accept as they do not take cash! Made me leave, "go find another hotel". No help whatsoever, no compasion! AND have still not refunded our money! That's the least they can do! Not a way to treat a woman or any customer. Disgusting!

Quaint place in a fairly convenient location. Rooms were small but comfortable enough. Iron and board in room was convinient. Windows did not lock but wasn't concerning. Wi-Fi speed was about 4/0.5 Mbps on second floor.

Very economical room. It's quite basic but the staff are friendly and I slept well. Just what I wanted.

Very OK. The shower sprayed all over the closet bathroom. They only gave us teo towels so we couldn't dry the floor up. TV is literally the size of a small laptop. Also, Wi-Fi isn't free, except for in the lobby.

Good value accommodation in a lovely period building. Overlooking a quiet square and very convenient for Earls Court shops, restaurants and underground station.

Had expectations before arrival from online reviews. Basement double was small as expected, clean. Long stay might be an issue, but overnight stay fine. Quiet quite, didn't have any external noise, only a bit of movement from other guests.

The staff were friendly and the rooms clean, it was in a good location as it was quiet yet near to plenty of local amenities. However, the rooms were small and in need of refurbishment. There were cracks in the walls and tiles, and our bed base was broken in places making the bed noisy and uneven.

Location was very central The reception looked. Amazing… The room was adequate. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was good. It wasn't the best decor but met the basic needs. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water on arrival but it wasn't a big deal. The maids came In every day and made the bed. Overall. We used the room for sleeping in and it met our needs. The street was quite noisy below but when you walk the streets and see the sights you soon drop off again Overall a good hotel to stay at.

Good value for the money. It is not the Ritz, it is a 2 star hotel but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, low-cost hotel with easy connections to Heathrow and central London I would recommend the Paramount. One thing to note is that for 6 of the rooms there are a total of 98 steps (some very narrow) from the street and not much less to a lot of the others. My one complaint about my room was that it didn't have curtains and the shade on the window let the early morning sun in on the sides.

Very basic hotel. It has a tiny bathroom, beds and a wardrobe. The room was completely white, color. If you get to the first floor you hear as it rises around the world, and there is no elevator. In any page we read that had kitchen with oven and not had nothing of that.
When arrived the chain of the bath not going, it arranged and to them two days are returned to spoil. To the day following came to fix it.
The only thing good that I saw is that there is a supermarket nearby (Tesco), several lines of metro 5 minutes and some fast food bars. The neighborhood isn't bad.

Very noisy hotel with poorly insulated windows, ceilings and walls. There were separate Wi-Fi networks for each floor but none of them seemed to be working ('no response from the Internet') or when they occasionally did it was so slow as to be useless. The room was tiny with no chair and barely enough space to navigate around the bed. The good points were the friendly staff, the little tents to socialise in the garden, and the location close to the tube (Earl's Court), West Brompton railway station and a large Tesco.

It was centrally located to get around London but that is the only thing positive about it for me. I had to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs to a room that was way below par. No phone or even drinking glasses in the room. TV screen the size of a laptop-barely viewable from the bed. Pillows awful. The bathroom was so small I could hardly turn around and there was much evidence of water damage and the floor was spongy. Thought it might fall thru! Laminate floors that were poorly installed. Would not have felt it was a bargain at 50.00 per night, much less the 150.00 per night I paid. Would not recommend to anyone.

Affordable, cosy and comfortable, nice service. Good value for its price.
