Basic hotel. Continental breakfast included. Wi-Fi works fine. The bathroom was a strange pod installation. There was a gap in the window that wouldnt completely close. So there was some street noise.

Friendly staff/service. Cozy basic room with all the essentials. Water pressure was mediocre. Had a room facing the street and windows don't filter the noise.

This is a small, inexpensive, very clean hotel that is very close to Paddington Station. Breakfast buffet with limited options is available. Peculiarly, there is no kettle in individual rooms, probably due to their tininess, but you can caffeinate up in the lobby. The en suite bathrooms are really small. No lift, so not suitable for those with impaired mobility. Overall, a solid choice for a budget traveller.

Good location. In the photos it seems a little more "current" than it really is, but we were in the 3 nights and we do not have many drawbacks. It fulfills its function.

Very good location, 3 min walk to Paddington rail and tube station. 10 min walk to hyde park. The room is very clean and has facilities you need, such as safe box, hairdryer. However, the room is small, no lift, very small tv, no refrigerator and too basic breakfast.

Classic Hotel run by Indian/Asian without infamy and without praise.

Simple, friendly and quite central.

Basic hotel with a small room, but it was clean, comfy, warm and a good price. Worked out cheaper to travel up the night off peek, stay here, eat and drink out than it would to have traveled up at peek time just for the meeting, so all in all a good deal.

Pleasant staff. Clean and well presented room. No lift so hard to get cases back down from the second floor (reception staff helped carry them up). Rooms at front of hotel are exceptionally noisy all night as this is a busy road. Double glazing or better fitted windows without gaps around the frame are really needed. I'd happily stay here again but only in a back bedroom.

You get what you pay for… A small room with a capsule bathroom. For the money it's fine for a reasonably central location and close to Paddington station.

More than price worthy with a Great location.

Great location an easy walk from Paddington Station. Comfortable room with small, but adequate bathroom. Staff offered to help get my luggage upstairs at check-in, which was great. Wi-Fi has been a bit spotty, so that's a bit frustrating, but would still happily stay here again.

Do not stay here. Unethical business practices. A representative from the hotel was told that I would stay at the Omega if they were unable to refund the deposit they had already charged my credit card (I wanted to change hotels but would keep my reservation if I was going to be charged by the Omega for the one night). They agreed to fully refund the deposit that very day. Weeks later, I had to e-mail the hotel and request the money be refunded as promised, and the owner e-mailed me back a snippy note that intimated that no correspondence ever happened, and, I quote him: "if there is any correspondence. Regarding this issue I will issue a refund immediately. " Well, when solid proof was given to him by the on-line company I used (they had a case number and written notes on a verbal agreement to waive penalty and the name of his hotel representative), the owner still refused to refund the money. The owner clearly lied to me in his e-mail. I wrote back that I forgave him but I would share the lesson learned. If you are a person of principles, avoid this business at all cost. They’re not about customer service. They will do anything for the almighty pound/dollar.

Having stayed in many London hotels while on business I've got used to standard 'small London hotel rooms', however my room at the Omega hotel was not small in the slightest compared to others at the same price. If anything the room seemed bigger due to its modern design, floating desk, metal frame bed (which my suitcase fit under perfectly) and compact bathroom. My room was spotlessly clean and fresh (they have obviously refurbished very recently), the shower was hot and powerful and the bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. These three points are very important and what I want and expect from a hotel and the Omega hotel more than delivered on these! The breakfast was great, with a vast continental selection which surprised me for a hotel of its size. Fresh fruit, cold meats/cheeses, boiled eggs, yogurts and many bakery items (I had to try one of each which turned out to be way too much to eat for breakfast) were all on offer in a buffet style. In summary, this is a hotel that is very well maintained and very reasonably priced for what you're getting in central London and I will definitely be returning.

Booked for the weekend so myself and my wife could sample some of the London night-life and not have to worry about drinking and getting home. We booked the hotel after looking at their website and were really pleased with or choice of hotels. The room was clean, freshly decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us good information and pointed us in the right direction for a great dinning experience. I would thoroughly recommenced this hotel.

Small room but clean, owner isn't the best but rarely see him. Reception staffs are really handsome and friendly boys if you like little flirting during your time. Kitchen girls are sweet and helpful.

This hotel is the worst I have EVER stayed in. I am writing to complain big time about this hotel. We had a terrible experience in this hole of a hotel. The beds were miserably uncomfortable, the pillows were like rocks and when someone came into the neighboring rooms, it sounded like they were entering ours. On top of all that, the manager was the most miserable, rude, nasty, inhospitable person I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. He turned it into the inhospitality industry. When I inquired about charges for local phone calls, not only didn't he give me a straight answer, he hung up on me! Unbelievable. Whatever you do, don't stay at this hotel and warn your friends. If I could, I'd rate this with no stars.
