Lovely hotel with lovely and very friendly staff.

The hotel is right in the heart of where you’d want to be with everything within walking distance. The rooms are fantastic, well sized and each with a kitchenette to add a welcomed finishing touch. The staff are really pleasant too and nothing is too much trouble.

Very central and modern hotel. Quick check in by friendly staff. Very nice and modern rooms. Also quiet. It was my birthday and I had a card and bottle of wine waiting when we checked in, very thoughtful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely book again.

Underground rooms, no light almost like being stuck inside 4 closed walls.

Smart design hotel. Nice staff. Nice room features (but try to avoid basement rooms). Quiet sub-street in middle or Soho. A bit tight on shared space, breakfast (good) by pre-order from partner restaurant but you have to eat it in your room. Not cheap but for the great location and smart design it is London norm. Recommended.

A perfect stay. Very close to SoHo but no noise. Clean small single room with all the amenities I'd expect and some surprises. Comfortable bed, clean closet and kitchenette. Coffee, filtered water, and power adapters. Small but tidy bathroom with a comfortable shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Prosecco happy hour was a nice surprise. Short walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Would stay at again!

This is my second stay at the double room. Clean linen, towels and extremely helpful staff. Ask for a quieter room if you sleep early. The rooms facing Zelman Meats can be slightly noisy at night, although it stops around 22:30

Ok stay, the amenities within the room could have been better plus very limited outlet usage for charging devices, using hair tools and etc. Great location though and lively atmosphere around!

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two children. I emailed to ask if we could drop bags off as we were going to the matinee of Lion King. I had a prompt reply to say that was fine but when we arrived we were told our room was ready as they knew we were arriving early. The room was spotless with everything we needed. Staff were so helpful, polite and friendly. This is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of Soho with everything in walking distance but tucked out of the way so once in the hotel you had peace and quiet. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

I’ve stayed here a few times now, and can’t find a single fault with it. Standard rooms are compact but lovely, and the little kitchenette is a godsend for longer stays. The staff are incredible; every interaction I’ve had with them, they’ve been warm, friendly, and helpful. For a stay in central London, the location is really convenient. Definitely my first choice for a trip to London.

Excellent location. Very nice modern hotel. Very nice and clean room with small kitchen. The small room is really small so if you want more space and you don't care to pay a bit extra so better to take a bigger room. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Great places to eat breakfast around so dont worry that they don't serve breakfast in the hotel. We loved Princi which the staff at the hotel recommended.

We have stayed here twice. The location is excellent. The staff couldn't give us enough help. They were fabulous. As the great David Ogilvy said, "you don't just open up the door for the guest, you accompany him/her to the street and hail a cab. " This is precisely what happened to us. We asked for a cab at the front desk. They told us it will arrive in 20 minutes or so, which wasn't acceptable. So one of the receptionist walked out to the street corner (maybe 300 ft), hailed a cab and pulled it over to the side street. She walked back to the hotel and accompanied us to the cab, then walked back to the hotel. Now that is service. I doubt Ritz can do better. Yes, the bed were soft. No problem. We asked for a bed-board and got it. As long as we get this kind of a service we stay here in the future.

Small room but comfortable for a 3 day stay. The bed is very cozy and I like how the wardrobe is split between clothes closet and kitchenette. My only complaint is that there's no outlet in the bathroom so you have to blow dry and style your hair next to the bed.

Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Room was very nicely finished, though lacking in a decent table or comfy chairs. Good little utility area, fantastic water filter. Bathroom was fantastic. Bed was good though I wasn't sure about the mattress topper. Room was noisy though as to close to the lift, could hear it binging and people chatting waiting for it very easily.

I really like the concept, and the location is amazing.

I used the meeting room and it was equipped with pens, pads and coffee. It was also cheaper than a lot of the other I went through. Highly recommended and will use them again.

Great Soho location. Convenient for work, good, drinks, and shows/entertainment. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Quick check-in. I really like automation with lights and motion sensors inside the rooms.

Stylish hotel, great service, centrally located. Loved the coffee maker/ built-in kitchenette tucked away in one of the wardrobes.

Excellent hotel very well located with a decor very modern and comfortable I should clarify that I was in July of this year 2017, and the staff was excellent also! especially the Local Ambassador who speaks Spanish as I the Lord Juanjo Sources very well.

Incredible location right at the centre of Soho. The staff are fantastic and guests get special discounts at some of the local bars and restaurants too. Highly recommended.

Love, love love this hotel! It's in a great location in Soho, the decor is contemporary, and the level of customer service we were provided by EVERY associate at the front desk rivaled that of a 5-star resort. The rain head shower was one of the best, and the cafe that delivers breakfast to you has wonderful croissants and fresh-squeezed…

Great service! Great location. Only downside was there is no fitness center. They give you access to a gym that is about 10 minutes away but it is not a nice gym at all and when I went to go the gym they said "do we still do this? " If gym is not an issue then I recommend it!

Nicely designed hotel. You can find art pieces in the main hall. Rooms are small but luxurius. Location can not be better, it is in the centre of Soho. Highly recommended.

Best location, near a lot of restaurants and bars. There are several metro stations are within walking distance. I hope they are able to provide their own Breakfast, rather than from other coffee shops in the buy back… the staff was excellent, helpful, very warm and very friendly.

Our family of 4 stayed 6 nights at the Nadler Soho and it was a excellent time. The staff were top notch, the accommodations were very very clean, the housekeeping staff were fantastic. The staff at the front desk were extremely knowledgeable about any questions regarding to getting anywhere ect… We felt it was a perfect location! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted so see and do. The tube is very close if you don't want to walk as much as we did and there was lots of restaurants close to the Nadler and a great little grocery store around the corner. We all would highly recommend the Nadler as great place to stay … 4 very happy Canadians!

Watched the Nadler getting converted from the original building over to the hotel it is now. Been in there for breakfast and service is good. This has now become a big part of the Soho scene and talk to some of the staff who take cigarette breaks on Sheraton Street, all seem very nice.

Recently at this shop really make you really happy. Our room was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Warm hearts, warm staff, we need guidance during their stay, reservations, taxis and all other requests when staff were waiting.

We stayed at this gem-like hotel for two nights. Hotels on its website with us and the cats the same way Eagle network to see. Some hotels are not up to expectations, but this reading hotel has certainly achieved. I'm going to want to look for a happy place in Central London who recommend this hotel.

Great location and clean room. The kitchenette is useful but it's essentially just a sink and fridge. The room is fairly small which isn't surprising for a hotel in London, but just be warned!

I liked this hotel, walked in, nice big and beautiful, and the price is in a local hotel room is the most affordable and clean hotel room! Inside the matching facilities is also very complete! Location is also very good! The traffic is very convenient, smooth, the sea water is very clear and very clean.

Great hotel, room very nice, big and comfortable bed, fully equipped, including coffee machine. Geographical location was also great from all the theatres are very near, near also has a great bar and restaurant. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We live here very happy, will come again.

In mid-August when we're in the Nadler hotel for four night. Except for the accommodation quality and location good, most of the time, we're all the staff personal attention to influence deep. We feel really spoiled, that's all because the staff really spent a mind as possible and let us live comfortably. And we met most of the staff most of the time very friendly and happy to help, we want to pay special tribute to Aru Mozuraitis, Thank you.

Brilliant staff, I haven't stayed here but got shown round the eco friendly hotel. They even have mineral water coming out the tap in each room.

My sister and I stayed on August 1 and checked out on August 30. When we arrived hotel reception, MARYJOE one of the staff directed us to the stairs with our two heavy luggage and climbed up several long stairs to our room 304. Although Nadler so-ho is really a beautiful place, the poor service attitude of hotel staff "MARYLU" already destroyed our good memory of this place. We booked the hotel in advance and had the full payment via our travel agent. However, when we checked out on August 30th morning (around 10.30am), we returned the room key to their staff "MARYLU", she entered our room number in the computer wrongly and asked us to pay the room rental fee plus some other expenses. And then we explained to her that we had full payment in advance by our travel agent. She even didn't checked the information she entered and just replied us very rudely 'NO, you didn't pay'. We said that we could showed her our confirmation but I realized that the confirmation was left at our room 304. We requested to go back to room to pick up the confirmation and she still said 'No, you didn't pay! … '. The situation made us so embarrassing. When we requested again to go back to room 304, she suddenly realized that she made the mistake on the room number. But at that moment, her attitude didn't improve, just said 'sorry (in unwilling tone) and you had made the payment' and then let us left.

Great hotel, new facility, great location and above all the best staff in London.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel at first, but it was well located and close to a lot of restaurants, cafes and stores! The staff was nice, and the room was clean and convenient! I'd stay there again.

An otherwise fine hotel, but the maids seem to be in such a rush they don't knock. Had it happen to me twice. And this WITH a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Just had a maid walk in while I was on the commode. Very embarrassing for all concerned. They need to probably get more hotel staff cleaning the rooms rather than standing around the front desk looking pretty.

Modern, with taste and great location. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and the big Wow is was having a kitchenette. Nice touch. ;).

Stayed here for a girls weekend in London. Enjoyed ourselves so much. We can't wait to go back again. The hotel is really close to all the major shopping streets and we also loved the boutique shops in the area. There are so many places for eating and drinks close by makes it a whole lot easier. The guys at the reception desk were so helpful recommending places to go out to. This made our lives all the less stressful. A special thanks to the Nadler Reception team for making our weekend so special. Can't wait to see you guys again soon. ;-).

Stayed here with some friends for a shopping trip, it was amazing! Central to everything so no need for tube, train or bus, which is great and means more money for shopping.

Very nice design hotel in the middle of the action. Superfreundliches Staff. Unfortunately, we have a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom like us less. Convenient for people with barriers.
