Hotel is fine and clean but very disappointed with their parking situation, the last time we stayed there I got a ticket as there isn't any parking there (3 spaces for the whole hotel) and today I parked in the car park with a disabled child in a wheelchair to be told that I would have to remove my car. Food is fantastic there.

Well run, comfortable and lovely food. Wine not great but plenty other options. Service is impeccable and everywhere is spotless. Be sure to book parking in advance.

Would 100% recommend to stay here! Super clean, sparkly rooms, amazing service, comfy beds, but the bar and restaurant was my Favorite! The meals were Massive and perfectly priced! Drinks were lovely, steak was cooked PERFECT! The staff were so kind and suggested the brownie for dessert and it was the best! We are from Australia but Will definitely be coming back!

This hotel is wonderful from the reception to the rooms. Probably due to the area you are required to provide ID and have a £50 deposit against damage. Once you have gone past the warm welcome from reception that has a good open clean decor, you will take the lift to your room. A great sign for a good hotel is cleanliness and sharp chic design. This the hotel has in abundance. Moving to the room. It is spacious modern with an inviting bed and the essentials required for your stay. The TV provides hotel information along with your standard Freeview channels. The bathroom is immaculate with lovely marble and an excellent shower. The only negative point is having to leave. It is reasonably priced and can be reserved at lower prices if caught in time. Another plus point is the cafe, bar and grill alongside with a friendly front of the house manager. Service is fast and the food well presented. This is the gem of East London without a doubt and certainly the number one choice for the price. If you are in the area there is no better choice. Excellent!

Live in the area and have had family stay in the hotel who have all really liked it and been treated well by the staff. I also visit regularly for food which is well priced and a good standard. Coffee is also 10/10.

Room was clean. Abit small and the shower was small but was fine. Had to pay to use fridge though. Could not put my own drinks in it without paying for the key. Other that was good.

Having recently stayed for 5 nights I was very happy with my overall stay. We had 2 rooms which were of a very good standard, rooms were clean and refreshed every day. Food was pretty decent and the portion sizes were large to say the least, bar area was nice and bright with a good selection to choose from, outdoor seating area was handy in the warm weather. Albeit it is on a main road it didn't really bother us too much. Overall good hotel would stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights to see the Rolling Stones at the Olympic stadium. Wonderful hotel, great staff, hotel was very clean, tidy and modern, good powerful shower too. Tried the food in the pub below, 1st time trying Turkish and it was excellent. Very small issues, no full size mirror and the ironing room was a pain and the small ironing board was a nightmare. Would def stay again.

Stayed here On a one night stay with my mum and son, when ringing we was told there was no rooms available to fit us in, after checking he’s computer the lovely man on the phone swapped some things around and managed to get us in! When we finally got there after a 7 hour car journey we was hit by road works and couldn’t seem to find the hotel, another gentleman who was on the phone stayed on the phone and sent us he’s location and come out to find us! Wow how fabulous,, from booking to arriving to breakfast in the morning was all fabulous staff was great friendly and welcoming nothing to much. We will defo be back.

It's good to see one of Leyton's pubs back in service with a stylish new look and a very smart hotel has been added to the mix. The staff are friendly and helpful, a bonus when the price is as keen as it is here.

Served and revered, it is not like the mother home… Taking into account that we are in London where we eat badly here instead we found a little pity for our stomach!

Very good hotel is a 10-minute walk from Metro Leyton Station (1/2h from central London). Room made every day in housekeeping, with a very decent restaurant in the hotel, an open reception 24/24. Close to the hotel I would stay here again if I come back to London.

Stayed here on Christmas night after spending the day with family who live close by. There is a bar that was open until late, but unfortunately frequented by some younger locals who seemed compelled to cause a disturbance after proving they were unable to handle their drink. Fortunately the issue was dealt with professionally and swiftly by staff. The place is clean, the rooms are nice, the staff are pleasant. The location is unfortunate as it forms part of an island in a one way system that carries a high volume of traffic, particularly during the day. As a consequence there are no parking facilities, apart from on-street and out of sight. There is considerable traffic noise if like me you like a window open at night.

The room very cold (313) In all other respects the hotel is good.

Lovely Hotel, great staff and delicious food in the restaurant. Nice clean rooms, comfy bed and bathroom with an amazing shower. Air conditioning was easy enough to work and was in a decent location to access the underground tube stations to get to the other parts of London. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good for London particular when you consider the price. It is relatively close to the centre of London. It is certainly close to Westfield. The rooms are great an clean. They are rather spacious. Food is also very good.

Probably we read too many reviews and expected higher standard. Thanks job, we are every weekend in hotel. That hotel was big disappointing. We got room without daylight after complaint we got new, like upgrade free. What? Window is upgrade? We saw something like that in HongKong, but there was mention about it. We tried to switch off air conditioning, but unsuccessfully. Carpet was super dusty and I had a cough in the morning. Bottle of water was part of mini bar, not free in 3 stars hotel? Furniture was ordinary. Definitely never ever.

Great hotel rooms and friendly staff. Food at the restaurant is amazing from breakfast to dinner. I think this is a family owned hotel who surely go the extra mile to make all guests happy. Parking is very limited and must be booked in advance but there is plenty free off street parking and the front desk reps advise where to go. I totally recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff Room clean, comfortable, spacious. Room located on the 3rd floor. Not disturbed by traffic noise.

Astonishing quality and value for the price. The hotel is small but very modern, lovely and clean. The front desk staff is very kind and accommodating. They were helpful in ordering taxis for us and printing boarding passes. There’s a very handsome young guy that works the night shift and he was always super kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to anyone especially Americans looking for a great place for an awesome price. There’s also a very tasty restaurant called Sahara on the same street. Definitely stop by if you come to this hotel.

I didn't actually stay in a room but the food was amazing. Loved it. The staff are very nice and provided am excellent service also making sure everything is ok. Very welcoming. Definitely will be go in there from time to time.

This is a great new hotel and grill/bar. The rooms are modern and clean. Extremely comfortable bed and aircon to help sleep at the correct temperature. Although the rooms are of average size and the bathrooms small (but not tiny) the layout is good and enough room to get around easily. A lift for easy access with baggage and a small car park, first come first serve basis. I stayed 2 nights arrived around 7pm and the staff moved a staffs car to allow me to park. The food is great, freshly made in the open to view kitchen and plenty to choose from. Breakfast is also very nice I had the Spanish omelette and an awesome coffee (costa eat ya heart out). The staff are friendly and fully helpful to get you what you need. I would recommend this hotel to all if you need to stay in the area, ill be back again soon without a doubt Ill probably become a regular guest here when im working in the area. If I could I would give 10 stars. Prices are reasonable at £75/night with £15/parking per night which I think is reasonable since you are safe in the knowledge that the gates are locked at 10pm and your car is secure.

The rooms are lovely and the restaurant and bar makes this place an excellent hotel, cannot wait to stay there again. The food is excellent! The staff are very helpful and the location is close to Westfield Stratford Shopping mall. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

Whilst working an event at London stadium We booked a 10 night stay — Nice hotel with a new fitted out clean room and friendly staff — we booked a basement room that comes equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge, hob — all clean and in good order — except the hotel didn't supply anything to cook with or eat with — no plates, cups, glassware, pots, pans-the kitchen was bare not even a sponge or a washing line to dry clothing. So pointless. I asked a number of times for cooking utensils but got nothing. I asked when I booked the room if they had parking which I was told they did have limited space on a first come first serve basis but I could find plenty of on street parking — this was an absolute lie the car park holds 4 cars and is used by the staff so you have no chance of getting a spot if you are lucky enough to get a spot expect to be blocked in — there is no on street parking at all the entire area is permit parking from 08:00 to 18:00 each day so If you like getting up at the crack of dawn to drive around for two hours until you can park on the street about half a mile away go ahead. The ticket is £130 or £65 if paid within 14 days so if your driving and want to support the local council and enjoy spending money on fitting the kitchen out with household items book away. Breakfast you pay for is expensive and not very nice but the coffee is excellent just what you need when getting up at 07:30 to move the car.

As this is a new place it's looks fresh its clean, the only problem is the male and female use the same toilet where some of the male don't lift the toilet seat. One of the toilet didn't have any toilet paper. The staffs were very friendly and polite.

Friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms and good restaurant. Dinner really good, breakfast good but no traditional options like cereal available. Would stay again as great value for money.

Very good hotel. Room was modern and very clean. Food was superb and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it and will be using it again as commute to Olympic Park isn't far at all.

Lovely hotel. All staff were helpful & friendly. Room was very clean & nicely decorated. 24 hr reception & reasonably priced drinks at the bar which stayed open for us as long as we wanted to drink.

I was there last year and have reviewed this place on TripAdvisor and Expedia. I did have a broken elevator (lift) during that time, but I was on the second floor so no big deal for me. For the price, this place EXCEEDS value. You get a Smart TV, Free and FAST Wi-Fi, as well as being accessible to the Tube, Overground train and Bus! Not to mention I Ubered like it was no tomorrow (cheaper than the Black Cab, though I highly recommend doing the Black Cab at least once… it is an experience in and of itself. ) Oh, and if you're an American, like me, you will appreciate having your own bathroom in a London hotel ("en-suite bathrooms", apparently is a luxury… paying $450 a night in the West End to share a bathroom with complete strangers is not my idea of fun or luxury…) About the neighborhood itself… keep in mind this is East London. The people there are super friendly. However, this isn't a posh, tony, chic, etc, neighborhood by any stretch… but at the same time, you will not be robbed, mugged, murdered, etc, either… it is very safe. You are only going to be in your room to s*t, shower, shave, sleep, and plan. You will also be very comfortable doing it. If you are a tourist and you know you will be travelling via the public transportation and you don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel, then this is the hotel for you! Can't beat the price… just can't!

Very good, very quiet and simple. Clean and professional too. No nonsense hotel stay. Very close to Leyton Underground Station which is very convenient as a way to visit the centre of London.

Fantastic place with great prices. Very clean and comfortable. Bus stops are close to the hotel which take you to Stratford so you're straight on the circle line.

This was a brilliant hotel. Friendly staff and amazing quality rooms. Clean and modern. Good transport links in between the Central line and Victoria line. Bus stops are 15 seconds walking distance. I asked for an iron and ironing board which was provided but I had to go down and collect it rather than services bringing it the room. Nevertheless, Great facilities and just a fantastic place to stay.

Comfortable Hotel, good price and although this removed from downtown, it is easy to get by Metro. The room and the bed comfortable, the shower a little small but all very clean.

New hotel, clean, good facilities, comfortable beds, for London large rooms, very nice staff! All good! We will be happy to come back!
