The place is pretty central to transport. The room is tiny for four people with not much room to manoeuvre. Getting in and out of the room with baggage was almost impossible with two doors opening in opposite directions right next to each other. The receptionist wasnt all too friendly and I'm not too sure if they really cleaned the room as they said. It looked like they just made the beds. It was ok for one night but I wouldn't want to stay longer, too cramped.

Quiet & Good Location This hotel has good location just 0.8 miles from the Westfield Mall and very close to Kensington High Street and these 2 fully loaded with different kind of stores that can satisfy all the shoppers demands, very quiet, super clean, why I gave 4 stars cause my room was small and no table to eat plus the ironing board is for travel not for room otherwise every thing is excellent and especially the front desk or receiptionist she is exceptional and very helpful.

Situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, only 5 minutes from Holland Park and High Street Kensington, the hotel consists of a pair of Victorian houses which have retained many period features. Kensington Olympia tube station is next to us and provides easy access to central London. Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout. Westfield Shopping Centre is a 10 minutes walk, and is located in Shepherd's Bush which is full of pubs, bars, clubs and cinemas. Picturesque walks can be taken through Holland Park, which is only few minutes away. Each of the rooms are accessed by stairs only. Guests can relax in the lounge, which features a small library of books and a large open fire. We now operate remote reception. This means that the check-in/out is automated. You will receive all the instructions via email before arrival to hotel.
