Absolutely devine experience from the moment we stepped in through the door. Highly recommend the Alice High Tea! They went above and beyond to meet my celiac specific needs!

Won a night at the hotel through a charity auction at a considerable cost which I was happy to pay. This was during there refurbishment some years ago. Kept a close eye on there reopening and contacted them they did. Wouldn’t honour the voucher as ownership had changed hands………wow and this was all for charity…. Poor response.

Great service. Lovely afternoon tea too.

The Franklin was absolutely magnificent. My wife and I stayed in the garden suite for a week, for our honeymoon. We had the highest of expectations, and they were met or exceeded at every turn. The attention to detail, the staff, the restaurant, the massages, the architecture… so much more, everything was perfect. We cannot thank them enough, or recommend them highly enough.

We were booked in the Gore, a sister hotel, that isn’t yet open, mostly because it’s a boutique hotel. We were asked if we would like to stay at the Franklin at no extra charge, on arrival the staff were very attentive and upgraded us to a larger room. A very nice room too.
The breakfast was lovely. And although there are no coffee or tea making facilities they will bring them to your room on request.
It’s also in a beautiful spot, we looked out into the private gardens.
Would highly recommend.

From the moment you enter the Franklin you feel it is your home away from home — it truly feels like you are in a residence only with all the luxury amenities. The staff, the accommodation, the intimate dining area are amazing. That’s not all it is so quiet yet centrally located to the museums, shops and tube station to take you all over London Thank you for the experience.

Really luxurious spacious rooms, we got a cake to celebrate our anniversary! The breakfast did not seem that price worthy.

The hotel is very nice, comfy is the right word to describe it, very quite and in a great location, the room very nice and well decorated, I would suggest to offer a broader selection of food for breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel! What makes it great is not only the accurate design but also the warm welcome of the Management team and of the Personnel. A perfect concierge who will always arrange the taxi for you at the right moment, a room service that assure that everything is clean and comfortable to rest at night, staff members ready to fix in no time any problem you may have. What to say: the perfect elegant and calm corner where to recharge your energies after a busy day.

Looking for something a bit different this hotel didn’t disappoint. The location, whilst extremely quiet is well placed for South Kensington Tube Station and bus routes too. The room was very good, the bar was great without the struggle to get seated as is often the case in London hotels and the breakfast was a delight. All the staff were great and we’d definitely return.

The staff was over the top friendly, kind and helpful. The service is some of the very best we have ever experienced at any hotel around the world. The room was lovely, spacious and well appointed. Spotless clean and all the amenities were included for a perfect stay at a home away from home. The gardens are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, yet, when you cross a block, you are on a main street with many shops, fabulous restaurants and Harrods. The underground was close and it was a fantastic walking area. We will definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience and we thank each and every one of the professional and kind staff for making our stay a perfect one. Blessings to all. I can't say enough about how great this hotel is… so happy we selected this amazing hotel. Not only was the room clean and modern but the staff were so helpful and friendly! My daughter ended up leaving her cellphone on a black London cab and the awesome driver called us from her phone and I asked him to take it back to the Franklin (because we were on a train to Paris at the time. ). I then worked with the Franklin to overnight her phone to Paris. They were so helpful in getting this done for us. Thanks to everyone at The Franklin for a wonderful stay!

The Franklin Hotel in London is simply lovely. It is beautifully decorated, the staff was extremely efficient, polite and helpful! We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a superb room — over looking the beautiful gardens and most of all the dinner was fabulous, great service and presentation, all the dishes were tasty and well presented. A must stay in London if you would like to have an unforgettable experience and be pampered for a few days.

We had a delightful stay at The Franklin. Everything from the room, common area to the staff were very welcoming. We definitely would return and recommend to our friends.

Just have to be direct to the point. There are loads of other hotels options for you to consider For the same price or even better: -Limited breakfast selections -Bathroom sink clogs -short circuit electricity problems -inattentive housekeeping services -inflexible front office services -erroneous name upon arrival which was never corrected even upon departure Overall these could have been avoided but they were not addressed properly. I would give this hotel a miss on our next stay.

The staff at The Franklin went above and beyond. They knew it was my girlfriends first time in London and they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The suite overlooking the garden was exceptionally stunning. I felt like royalty. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Magnfiique Hotel. We highly recommend it. It is a small hotel very design, a beautiful decoration made with great taste, the rooms are sublime, incredible bedding, you clean your room twice a day, all the bedding is changed, it is very nice. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It feels like home. The hotel is very well located, close to Harrods and many shops. Very good restaurant in the vicinity, you can do a lot of things on foot. You are 40 Minutes walk from Oxford Street with a great walk through Hyde Park, it's just the perfect place for a romantic weekend. We will return it is a certainty.

This hotel is absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived until departure we were made to feel totally at home — in luxury surroundings. Our room (junior suite) was beautiful & spacious and the bathroom had a deep bath and 2 rainfall showers. The staff, especially the reception staff, couldn't have been more helpful and really set the mark very high in terms of service. The only negative point is the lack of a chest of drawers or somewhere to unpack clothes. There is an area for hanging clothes but no proper wardrobe. Everything else was beyond excellent!

Excellent location, very friendly and pro-active staff, beautiful suites. It's like a home away from home. We had a great time staying at the Franklin which will become our place to stay when in London Just found it a pity that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the suites.

The staff is very professional and friendly; this applies to every single one of the staff without exception. The hotel location, for my purpose, could not be better. I also think that the décor is beautiful and very eye-catching, especially the use of the gray Colors.

I recently was a guest at the Franklin Hotel in Chelsea Knightsbridge area. The Franklin is a marvelous hotel, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location is so convenient, allowing you to shop locally at Harrods, walk to a series of nice restaurants and easy access to the Tube. I enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with the latest technology to ensure the modern traveling has what they need to be productive. However, it is the beauty and ambiance of the hotel and the great staff that make it a great place to stay!

This is simply the best hotel I've stayed at and I have been to many great hotels. The staff are superb, the atmosphere is like being at home without having to do anything. The bed linen is the the very best, I will definitely go back.

Stayed here with my girlfriend to celebrate our engagement earlier that day. Absolutely loved every part of the hotel and the staff made every effort to make the stay even more memorable. Rooms were amazing, breakfast was perfect and the whole experience was unforgettable. Best hotel I've ever stayed in and I never wanted to leave. Magical :-)

Overall the room is very nice but something is missing. I do not get bed turn down service any night, no additional bottle of water supply after first night which is pretty weird. Lady working in the breakfast room is very thoughtful and good memory which is important.

We only stayed one night at this beautifully decorated hotel in Knightsbridge, to attend a concert at the Royal Albert Hall in the evening (a short walk away). It's a very smart, contemporary boutique hotel with all the amenities you'd need and expect (even a garden — which is unusual for central London). The stand out feature though was the friendly staff, who were welcoming and professional and made you feel comfortable from arrival to departure. The Franklin is definitely on my shortlist to stay again.

We had booked our wedding night here. However, after the hotel we were going to stay at the night before let us down so spectacularly, we had only one thought, which was to book the night before at the Franklin too. And we were not let down; we were greeted warmly by staff who went out of their way to help us. The day before the wedding the staff helped organise treatments for my wife at very late notice. We had drinks that night at the bar with a few close friends and, again, the staff were brilliant. All our guests commented on the fantastic service. Our junior suite was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. On the day of the wedding, staff were happy to help assist all the people that arrived at the hotel on the wedding day — they even had housekeeping change the sheets and make the bed (even though we weren't staying in the same suite) so our photos would be perfect. They helped ferry up wedding bouquets etc. On the wedding night our second suite was incredible, the effort the staff had gone to was fantastic. We were so amazed. Rose petals, champagne, wedding card… Honestly we we're blown away. The suite itself is beautiful and decor unrivalled. We also had drinks at the bar on the second night, and once again the staff were brilliant. We really were made to feel like the only guests in the hotel which was not the case. We will 100% be returning, the hotel is beatiful and staff are some of the best in the world.

It was my first time staying here and I totally love it! I love the interior design of the hotel. The service is excellent and cleaniness of the rooms too. The staff are polite and welcoming always. I love the hotels garden. My 10 days were excellent at the hotel. Thank you!

I travel nearly every week and was unfamiliar with this Italian Hotel Chain Such an exquisite boutique hotel on a quaint quiet street. The attention to detail at every level is impressive. The lobby, restaurant, bar, sitting rooms, and the actual suites — all feel quaint, but luxurious. The staff is extremely professional, accommodating and pleasant — — Adding to our wonderful experience. There is only one small recommendation — in the sitting area of the suites a bit more light is needed. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in London — Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Staff were unfailingly attentive, even helping us find a great babysitter for our almost 5-year old while we attended a function one night during our stay. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The private garden was an unexpected bonus. Location is great for many attractions and transport.

The hotel was chosen for its proximity to the Victoria & Albert Museum, where I had to go for work. The surprise was that, despite being in a central location, the hotel has the comfort, silence and tranquility of a house, which in fact was in the Victorian era. My room overlooked the beautiful interior garden, so that we could sleep with the windows open. Beautiful bathroom, with double spacious shower and bathtub. Ample supply of towels, soaps, various toothbrushes, a real phon etc.
Also great breakfast in the morning and dinner that we enjoyed in the hotel. Staff extremely courteous and willing to fulfill our every request.

Renovated very well, very chic, makes you feel at home and pampered.
Convenient close to Harrods and many shops, well served by public transport but quiet because not directly on the road.
Like the others in the chain the staff is impeccable.

Best boutique hotel I ever staying in (and I travel a lot). Design is lovely but what makes the difference is the kindness of the staff, they are all top notch, always smiley and ready to help! I highly recommend the place and I will definitely be back soon!

The reception staff was very kind and helpful in anything we needed. Our room was outstanding with a great view on the beautiful hidden garden. Elegant internal design, private atmosphere throughout the hotel. Very well located for shopping and walk-around. We'll definetly come back.

The Franklin has a young, generous and efficient staff who help with every request immediately and with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, clean and the location is fantastic. This is my second stay in six months and it just gets better! Thank you to all the lovely staff. Breakfast was delicious, my favourite place to sit is in the restaurant (even for a drink) to enjoy the beautiful green garden in contrast to the fabulous interiors of black and grey. The Franklin is so calm I feel like it's my home with all the advantages of a hotel. My husband loved the hamman and our room with the enormous bathroom. Can't wait to return! Thank you again for your help with all my requests! We love the Franklin!

It's a plasure to spend a few days in this amazing hotel. The locations can't be better in the center off London. The staff is friendly well trained and always smiling. The bar is great to get a drink before you go to bed in a fantastic room. I will be back soon.
