At €100 night on London it's okay.

Good location — close to Victoria station and to buckingham. Perfect to explore the city. Basic conditions but… it is a B&B.

It was okay, the location was perfect for my purposes, it was clean, but quite run down for the price. Also, there was no kettle in the room! I've stayed in better places in South Kensington, for lower prices, and they did not charge for my leaving the luggage. One mention, however, Vanessa was really kind and helpful on my last day!

Disaster.
— Too expensive — very dirty (it stuck on arrival long black hair in the shower and were not once removed during the 5-day stay) — bathroom and shower too small — no housekeeping — breakfast consists of 3 half toasts per person, some jam and D cheese — to get a second cup of tea or coffee, you have to ask — breakfast only possible from 8-9 pm — staff looks grim and annoyed — room amenities catastrophic — 10 minutes walk to Victoria station.

Common toilet & shower, sink in the room. Squeaky beds… perfectly fine for one night. Wi-Fi included, but is very unstable.

Pretty good for the price, was nervous about the shared bathroom but it was actually not a big deal at all. Had a nice stay overall.

Very average hotel just enough to sleep there. Very small room, carpet on the floor and the most annoying toilet and shower upstairs.
As for breakfast, we can say that it was OK nothing extraordinary except for a few expired products that were reported.
What made the difference is the young man who received us at the hotel, and who was friendly.

Please please don't ever go to that hotel, Don't see the picture and book, its very dangerous evils hotel to sleep, very horrible room's and no secured, the men staff, are dangerous for that hotel very honest, Will go true a bad nite a that hotel. Please I am not advice anyone's to booked that hotel. I have make complaint to organisations, according to my job, I have to help the environment. Not to stay in at that hotel. I would call it a bed & breakfasts not a hotel. How ever it's clear & tidy staff really helpful. Room is better than the premier hub.

Rooms small bathroom invisible… a small soap in 3 people. Separate shower. Sink in the bathroom very small. Simple breakfast in room with open window, so a little cold.

Room and shower quite tiny but clean and kept! Very good breakfast. Fresh fruit every morning! Very nice staff. Cool located for a London getaway, only 5 minutes to Victoria station! Price-performance is right!

For those with a spirit of adaptation. However located in a very quiet area full of hotels, pub supermarkets and everything you can serve, safe area, 10 minutes from Victoria Station from where you can easily move to visit the city.

Basic but well featured hotel, convenient for Victoria. Good customer service. Offered take away breakfast supplies when leaving early.

Shabby rooms, small bathroom not even a plastic glass to wash your teeth, breakfast below all the staff not nice, I would recommend especially not this hotel.

Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Sadly, the actual accommodations aren't up to par. Stayed in a double room with private bathroom that was awkwardly tiny with a shower in the middle of the room, 2 feet from the bed. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and didn't make for a good sleep for me or my fiancé. Other than the staff itself, I can't recommend this hotel, nor would I stay again.

Small but clean Hotel. The location is perfect as it is located in area 1 to 5 minutes from Victoria station.

Although dated the hotel is very clean.
Convenient proximity to the Victoria Station. Staff friendly and polite and breakfast was good. Value for money good, hotel to use as a countertop for sightseeing.

Great Hotel. Really friendly personal. The rooms are a Littlebit small but really nice!

Friendly staff & cosy room. Close to Victoria Station & within 15-20 minute walk to many attractions. Only improvements I'd suggest would be extra lower socket or two, one double socket in the room wouldn't accommodate a working professional with few items to charge up. Also shower facilities to be upgraded to a larger room. Barely enough room to move even just using the toilet. Apart from that, comfortable & pleasant stay overall.

Small and family Hostel in London. The personal offers a try excellent. It is very well placed both by the proximity to the bus station as the of train from Victoria, as well as subway and bus. Ideal also for visit London. I used a double room with bathroom. The spacious room, very clean.

I was 4 years ago, great, mostly clean and friendly people. Central location, well in General. Proper breakfast, somewhat chaotic receptionist in the evening but very homey. When you return I will certainly repeat.

Its the most shit hotel you will ever visit, dont shae card details I recieved 4 unauthorized transactions from the hotel. Shit hotel.
